UPDATE: 02/24/26 - Silver State Appliance Repair has been calling and texting me to the point of harassment, stating that they have refunded the money to my credit card and asking me to update my review. My credit card company continues sending me updates that there has been no response from this company. I hired a different dishwasher repair company that was much more competent and completed the repairs with ease.

Paid $300 for a repair that left my dishwasher in worse condition. After multiple follow-up attempts, management continues to ignore my requests for a resolution. Since they won't return my calls, I am publicly requesting a refund for the failed service. I'll be contacting my credit card company for a chargeback if I don't get a call back.

I do not recommend this company for dryer repairs. The technicians arrived during evening hours, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on a weekday, ultimately arriving at 7:00 p.m., which is inconvenient for customers who work early mornings.

The service felt rushed and inefficient. The technicians diagnosed the issue and stated they would return the following day—again at 7:00 p.m.—to complete the repair. After the repair was completed, the dryer was not reassembled correctly, resulting in excessive shaking. Upon inspection, I also discovered missing screws, raising concerns about the quality of the workmanship.

Silver State Appliance Repair was great! My stove wasn’t working, and they came out quickly to fix it. The technician was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Now my stove works perfectly! I’d definitely recommend them for any appliance repairs.

My washer machine had a bizarre error message that 2 companies couldn’t fix Im lucky these guys came through I almost thought I have to dish out a hefty amount for a new washer. Thank you Connor will definitely call them again 5️⃣⭐️

Ridiculous. If you're like me unfortunately you won't read this review until it's too late. I was connected to this company through my home warranty it has been 3 weeks they've been working on the same appliance they made four attempts to fix it now. The tech is obviously over his head and unqualified to do the job.

If I could put zero stars I would. First of all the man came in a tee shirt and shorts no logo or I'd to show that he was from the company. Then was in my house for 5 mins took couple of photos and left. Didn't turn my washer on to see that it wasn't spinning. Then told my warranty that it was do to me over loading it. When I didn't even have any clothes in the washer. He just didn't want to do the job. Seems like the company doesn't want to work with warranty. Paid $120 for them to take pictures.

These guys are awful. So far had to reschedule 3 time and still no one has shown up. They keep saying they are going to call me back. No one has called. Don't waste your time. Better options available.

Very experienced and knowledgeable. Kept everything clean and answered all questions. Polite and went the extra mile, to make me confidence.

I ordered a repair on my microwave and my oven door. The microwave was the only one fixed. The technician said he didn't know anything about the oven door. Wouldn't even look at it. And gave no indication that he would check it out for us with the company. So now I've got to call back in and order another service ticket and wait another two or three weeks. Very frustrating
