My only complaint is the $320.00 for less than 30 minutes of labor.
Was told $120 for service call ,applied to repair, was charged $79 for service call, applied to repair, $45 for the relay and $320 to diagnose and change relay.
If I was informed labor was $320 minimum I would have passed and invested in a new fridge.
$120 an hour labor rate is what I was expecting based on being told $120 minimum for service call.

I live in Summerlin, Las Vegas and my Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling in the fridge section while the freezer was still working. The technician diagnosed a bad evaporator fan motor and a faulty defrost sensor that caused ice buildup. Both parts were replaced and the system was fully cleared out. Everything has been working perfectly since.

We called last night at 5:22 pm because our LG oven stopped working. By 6:58 pm, the oven was fixed! I was thrilled of their fast response and wonderful service. They will always be our #1 call for repairs!!

ED was called to my house for a home warranty repair on the ice-maker in a Samsung refrigerator. He diagnosed the issue and returned today with the parts to repair the ice-maker.

He communicated with me for the entire process and was punctual for appointments. He also explained the reason why we were having issues.

I found Ed through my Home warranty. He came to my house to change out my ice maker motor and not only he was very efficient but also very careful with my home. He also went above and beyond and checked my other appliances and taught me to care for them on my own. I will definitely be using him again for maintenance on my other appliances.
