Top-notch service! My washer had a drain pump issue, and this guy came through like a pro. Quick, clean, and knew exactly what he was doing. Machine’s running smooth now — like a new . Highly recommend!

Edgar was very knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the problem with our washing machine, he showed me the part that was replaced. He also cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend his services!

Ed was great! Had an issue with our washer and he was able to come in and get it fixed in less than one week. Very experienced and gave us tips on how to better care for our other appliances. I will for sure be calling him back for anything that we need in our home, and recommend him to all.

I honestly don’t think he deserves that. He came over and replaced like struts in my washer machine. I called and told him it was doing the same thing shaking and the UR code on the machine. He proceeds to tell me it’s a common problem and I overloaded the machine. I said no I didn’t. It’s the same laundry we’ve been doing for the last five years then he said well I have to contact the warranty company to see what they want me to do. Just don’t want to fix this mess or be diagnosed. It really doesn’t deserve two stars but

I had the worst experience with this company my home warranty sent out. When the technician arrived, he immediately assumed that my new refrigerator needed a major repair (compressor) without even listening to my concerns. After I explained the issue, it turned out to be the condenser fan.
It took a week for the parts to arrive. When the parts came I watched the technician struggle and unsuccessfully attempt to fix the problem. He’s avoided my calls for a recall and communicated only through text advising that he couldn’t come out for another week. To make matters worse, he stripped some screws and threads with his DeWalt power tools.
As a result, most of my food spoiled because my backup fridge is too small. My refrigerator is in worse condition now than when it had the noisy fan. It still made ice, but now it’s no longer cooling.

From the start of my request for service with my garbage disposal replacement to the thorough and complete job, Edgar was amazing. The wrong part was ordered through my home warranty company, which made his job harder, but he still worked diligently and completed d the job professionally and quickly. I would recommend him in an instant.

Edgar was professional, courteous, and thorough from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator, explained it clearly, and fixed it efficiently. He also cleaned up completely before leaving, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing reliable appliance repair.

This review is for 2 different appliances threw our home warranty. The first appliance was for the washing machine. He came in assessed it within 5 minutes. He was honest and straight forward and said it needed to be replaced. He really helped us out. We replaced the washing machine. The next appliance was the stove top. He assessed it and it took about another 10 minutes. He was we need new burners but it turned out to be the electrical connection/ conductors. That took a little bit more time to get fixed. He did mention that he would try and order the parts to make the necessary repairs. The final repairs were done in a matter of minutes. Very thorough, clean, fast and efficient. He changed out the parts necessary and the stove and burners work like brand new. I am very thankful and grateful for such a job well done. Definitely would recommend without any hesitation at all.

Ed appliance repair is the best ever.
Thoroughly checked/examined the microwave Oven to determine the exact problem. Unliked the other companies Ed took his time to diagnose the problem before ordering the required parts.

I had the same microwave oven repaired twice by 2 other appliance repair companies which my appliance insurance company called and scheduled for me but both companies on both separate times only ordered 1 part and after replacing the one part only, in a few months the problem continued as if nothing was done.

And sure enough finally it's working great.

I truly appreciate his thorough examination of the microwave/oven without rushing as prior techs and replacing both parts to prevent same problem from occurring.

Ed was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and explained everything thoroughly in a clear and understandable way. I am not sure how to review this company. Our process started with a refrigerator repair back in November of 2024. We had a very high quote but decided to go with them due to our large oversized Kitchen aide. The fix lead to other problems short circuiting the panel and long story short, it is now February of 2026 and our ice maker is not working. They were really good about coming out and responding, but, I feel they have given up and are not responding to the calls. Shame on me, I gave them another chance and got a different technician. I paid more money and they never called back. Do not use, Vladyslav Moloshnyi, he does not call or communicate when he is late or not showing up.

Great and honest service who didn't try to push something I didn't need.
The tech that came out, Justin, was friendly and very knowledgeable about my stove.
He actually said it was a good one to have.
I will definitely use Absolute Appliance Service again if needed.

Absolute Appliance Services have always been there when we needed them. They are consistent, on time and very fair with their pricing. We have used this company since they started their business. The quality of work is always excellent. They always go above and beyond to get the work done well. Rom, Keith and their other techs are all very friendly and nice. My family and I feel as if a friend is coming over to fix our appliances. Lol. We are lifetime customers!! You wouldn’t be disappointed to use their service.

I appreciate the honest and professional assistance from Justin! He called to ask if he could come over earlier than the original time slot which was great for me. Then once he pulled out my washer it was discovered that the leak was from an ac pipe. The company waived the service fee. Which I am so grateful for. I will be using this company in the future!

A fabulous company! Owner, Rom, is extremely responsive. I had a problem with my washer not draining the water.
They scheduled an appointment for the same day and the technician called 30 min. prior to arrival.
Tony was the technician and he diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and fixed my washer the next day. Tony is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite! Washer is working good as new!!! I’ve never been happier to do a load of laundry!

He quickly identified the problem and provided a clear solution without trying to upsell or charge us for any unnecessary services. We hired Absolute after a terrible experience with Wilshire Appliance and they were very responsive about the repair of a part that was damaged by Wilshire. They worked with urgency to replace the part knowing that we had been without our refrigerator for 4 weeks. They took our bad experience from another company and made it right.

I am writing this review to document the superior experience I had with Absolute Appliance Services. My GE cooktop stopped working on Monday, March 3. I looked on Yelp, Nextdoor and Google for reviews on appliance repairs. I chose Absolute for an estimate because of the great reviews on YELP! I completed an online request and requested the appointment was for the next day, 3/5. I wasn’t contacted for a couple of days to finalize the appointment so I contacted a competitor, Sears Home Services as an alternative. Sears Home Services reviewed the cooktop and diagnosed two parts one of which they could not get.
I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Absolute Appliance Services via phone. A live person answered and I was able to book an appointment on Friday, 3/7. Justin was the technician assigned. He called approximately 30 minutes prior to coming, letting me know he was on the way to my house. He explained that there were two parts needing replacement but one was showing out of stock, but the warehouse may actually have it. He would research and get back to me on Monday, 3/10. Over the weekend I did more research and realized it would be prudent to buy new since the repair would be approximately 60-70% of new cook top. I called on Monday, 3/10 to let Absolute know that I purchased a new cooktop and could they install it for me. Absolute was able to book an appointment for the install on 3/11. Absolute contacted me on 3/11 to let me know Justin was slightly behind and provided an ETA. He arrived shortly later and the install of the new cooktop was completed in approximately 45 minutes.
The communication and service was outstanding from Absolute Appliance. I had not used this company prior so I was hesitant. My customer experience was great!

I contacted them after receiving very poor service from my home warranty company and could no longer trust them to do the repairs.

From the moment I contacted Absolute Appliance, they were very professional, courteous and understood my problem. My first contact was Destiny and she promptly scheduled a technician to diagnose the problem I was having with custom built-in refrigerator. The technician, Tony, arrived right when she said he would and I could tell immediately, that he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and informative, but most importantly, he was honest. This particular refrigerator was a challenge because some of the electrical parts are no longer manufactured. Tony was able to locate a used control board that we needed and we’re just waiting for it to arrive.
He is doing everything possible to get the refrigerator working properly and if it can be fixed, he’ll do it. You can tell this young man loves his job and he’s dedicated to doing it right.

Kudos to the owner. If all of the employees are of the same caliber as Tony and Destiny, Absolute Appliance Services will be around a long time.

Justin was our Tech that R&R'd our failed LG front-load washer drain pump. He arrived promptly (actually early) and got right to work. Justin was very pleasant, professional, and quick - he knows his stuff!! He pointed out several points that we need to keep an eye on while noting that we are actually keeping on top of the key cleaning points of these front-loaders to ensure longevity of the washer. He shared a couple of additional recommendations to ensure we get as much mileage out our washer as possible.
We highly recommend Justin and the Absolute Appliance Services team (this is our second time in using them)!
Justin is great and we look forward to work with him in the event we have future appliance repair needs!!!

BTW: he has one SUPER and clean off-road rig that he wrenched on his own! I saw his attention to details for his own rig in his attention to our repair job - TRUE MARK of a guy committed to customer service and getting the job done right the first time.
