I set everything up over the phone, and the technician went over to my mom’s place and fixed the washing machine, plus a couple of other appliances. My mom was really happy — the guy was super chill, professional, and just an overall nice dude.

I’m real dang dependent on the appliances at my place, and I straight-up start stressin’ when somethin’ breaks down. These boys though? They know their stuff and handle business right — solid, responsible folks.

This company was assigned to me by Home Choice Warranty to repair my microwave door latch. The tech came out and I paid him the $100 service call fee. The tech asked me if I slam the microwave door and I stated I have never slammed the door. He stated he would need to get approval from my warranty company and would order the new latch. I get a message from my warranty company stating they are denying the claim due to information from the tech that the latch broke from the customer slamming the door. I called the tech and he stated he never told them that. I called back my warranty company and got a copy of the techs notes and he stated the latch was broken due to the customer slamming the door. I called the tech back and he again he lied and said he did not say that and hung up on me. I am baffled as to why this guy was so adamant that I slammed the door and broke it. Bottom line is I this company lied to my insurance company and to me and now Im out the $100 I paid this company for nothing but lies. I took the door apart and the plastic mount was broke where the spring attaches to the latch. Ordered the part from GE for $5.79 and will complete the repair myself. Avoid this company as they are dishonest.

Great service today with important education about my dishwasher. Tech was awesome and explained/showed why i had the problem as well as other info connected ti the plumbing. I will ise again for other appliance if needed.

Ed was s a true pro at repairing Samsung refers! He went above and beyond my expectations. Came for a warranty repair and he fixed more than he needed to. He took the time to make sure my refer was done and done right!

Ed was thorough and gave me good tips on keeping dishwasher clogged-free and keeping the back of the fridge vacuumed. But what i like is that he showed me the old vs the clean parts of the dryer. He also gave me good tips on making sure the washer doesn't smell.
