Tony was great! He was prompt and made sure we ordered the correct part (as it was discontinued and difficult to get). He fixed our dishwasher and I am so grateful as it’s something that gets used heavily in our home. I was very thankful that he was able to work around my chaotic schedule.

Well, their service and professionalism turned out to be fantastic! I left a review before they even came over to my house, because Nancy was so wonderful on the phone. My follow-up review is much of the same. They showed up as expected and did a wonderful job with the removal and install of our new dishwasher. The price was right and service was off the charts. I would recommend Absolute Appliance to anyone! Super good people and great work!!

We have a Jenn-Air refrigerator and some of the LED lights blew out. I searched online to find a locally-owned business with good reviews and Absolute Appliances came up. Tony came out and evaluated the problem and had the parts in his van. He was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. They communicate well - they answer the phones, promptly return calls, and the service technicians call when they are on their way. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. The owner obviously values both his employees and customers. We will definitely use them for future appliance repairs!!

Tony was great. Very nice and took his time making sure my oven was put back together perfectly. I will use him again.

WOLF SERVICE
They don’t give up where Mr Appliance flat out fails! Refuses to work on it because they lazy deaf techs. Do not call Mr appliance. Fix it right the first time with Absolute Appliance. Ask for Tony…great attitude and will always give it a shot when we had tough issues and that fixed it. Wolf oven and wolf hood. He thinks outside the box and fixes it. Mr appliance sent a deaf tech can’t hear the noises and says it’s normal!!!

I'm so glad I found this little place. Brand new refrigerators are very expensive. We found an " Oldie but Goldie ". Fully refurbished. It works really well. Delivery was slow, but who cares when the price is right 👍😄

The best service in Las Vegas. Both my Fridge and Upright Freezer are on the blink, being that they are both over 18 years old. I called Absolute Appliance yesterday morning and they were at my house yesterday afternoon as promised. From Princess on the phone to Rom who came to visit me I have gotten first class service and support all the way. I can't say enough about this awesome company except to say I am going to share their name and phone number with everyone I know in my area. I would like everyone I know to also get this type of VIP service.

Yesterday, after receiving the parts needed for the jobs, Bobby from Absolute Appliance came to my home. He was on time, he was professional and very friendly. I couldnt have asked for a more wonderful technician. Like all the other Absolute employees I have come in contact with, Bobby was amazing. I know my comments must sound as if I am making this all up but I am not. Its just that I have not received this kind of excellence in customer service for many years. I have attached photos of the service technician at my home as proof of their work in my home. Bobby repaired my refrigerator in my kitchen and the upright freezer in my garage. He left the work need and clean and I receive excellent technical service with a smile. I WILL be sharing the name and phone number of this company with my close friends and family.

Absolute Appliance fixed our dishwasher. Tony was the technician and he was very knowledgeable and even came out on Xmas Eve. I would definitely use them again for any appliance repairs!

My 91yr old father called Absolute Appliance Services November 2023 because we couldn't get the water filter out to change it. Keith came out and "fixed it" for $95. Went to change the filter and noticed it was being held in by duct tape. My dad didn't put it there, Keith did! Makes sense why the water never tasted good we thought we got a bad filter! Keith didn't fix anything. He unstuck the filter, inserted the new one and taped it in! Nice job Keith! Way to have pride in your work!

Same Day repair for Restaurants that’s important when you have to pick a company, some companies want to schedule you 3 days from when you call them but in business 3 days close is unaffordable is a lot of money loss…1. Ron was able to Diagnose the issue by pictures, he bought the correct sizes of parts just by looking at the picture they draw over the picture the solution and gave the estimate 2. They removed the gas lines and regulators same day 3. They put a better connection than the prior that was installed they went the extra mile and they tested everything and recorded there performance one they finished to assure their work was done correctly…definitely recommended!!!!

Great company, especially Tony. He has been out a couple of times to service my SubZero fridge. He is knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely use Absolute Appliances again.

And out of state friend recommended absolute Appliance because they had great reviews. I checked them out and gave them a call for my 14-year-old oven that would not warm up much anymore. I made an appointment and Justin came out to look at it. It was the main board and due to the fact that I used the self clean. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and a true example of great customer service. He explained everything and gave us tips and he was just the kind of person that made you feel comfortable in your home. They had to order the part and about a week later Justin returned with an assistant and they were very quick in getting the oven up and running again. I definitely recommend this company.

I called Absolute Appliance Services for my dryer which needed a new connection on the dryer to the wall. I scheduled an appointment and Technician Justin came in to fix my dryer that I requested needed repair. Justin did the repair turned on the dryer in which was making a loud noise. He explained what it was and he had to take my dryer apart and replace the part which he had in his truck
. He works very efficiently and also cleaned out all the lent, I was going to sweep the dust as the dryer was pulled out and mop the floor. Justin said he would do it and swept and mopped for me. My dryer works great and I was highly impressed how knowledgeable and efficient in repairing my dryer. I highly recommend Absolute Appliance Services and ask for Justin.

They need to review who they hire as drivers. I almost got run over by one of their drivers because he wasn’t paying attention to the rode in a parking lot. Another 2 ft and this would be an insurance claim and police report and not a Google review.

Tony our tech was super helpful in giving us a correct diagnosis that we can now use to fight with the home warranty company. Absolute Appliance is an honest and professional company. Excellence in service and knowledge of technician, especially Tony. He brought a second tech Miguel as they thought they may have to remove my Wolf cooktop, and together my Wolf range hood was repaired. The company representative who answered the phone and worked with me to schedule and reschedule my appointments couldn't have been nicer and efficient to work with my dates. Subzero Wolf customer service referred me directly to Absolute Appliance to perform and warranty or repair work on my appliances. They are truly the best company.

Tony came out to repair our microwave. Wasn't sure it was possible, given it was 19 years old. A new built in one with a trim kit for a high end kitchen would have been more than $2400. He was able to fix it for $300. This was the third appliance he repaired in our home over 6 weeks. Very capable, knows his stuff. Really helping us manage our aging but great appliances. This is my 2nd time using absolute appliance and both times Tony came out and was great !!!!! He is trained and certified to work on subzero refrigerators, and he knows his stuff. I didnt plan to buy a dryer today, but I could not beat the circumstances OR the deal! This is a family owned business that comes to your home with a great deal of pride and knowledge. Most of all, they come with heart and here in LV Ive found that a rare characteristic!
