Sam's appliance & repair services was a great find!!! My freezer part of my GE Cafe Refrigerator side by side was not functioning properly. It was not freezing to its full potential & the ice maker also wasn't working. Setting up the appointment for a diagnostic was quick. After accessing the problem Sam had my refrigerator up & operational in a day. He is quick affordable & professional. If you are in need of an appliance repair Sam's Appliance & Repair Services CAN HELP!! BTW they do AC service & Repair also. Thanks Sam!!!!

I am a home owner in Las Vegas, but spend very little time there. I recently arrived for a two night stay only to learn that my refrigerator was not working. I attempted contact with eight companies before reaching Sam's Appliance & Repair. They were able to make it to my home in one hour. Sam and his son Sergio were able to quickly diagnose the problem and order a part. They came back that evening and installed the part. They were outstanding in taking care of my time critical problem. They were professional, courteous and eager to support my short timeline. I also learned that they do HVAC work as well. I will be a repeat customer with any other appliance needs as they arise. Sam and Sergio won my business! I highly recommend their family run business.

I'm VERY impressed with the work of Sam and Sergio!! They were able to fix my noisy dryer in a timely manner for a fair price. They explained to me what was going on with my dryer and what they did to repair it. I highly recommend Sam's Appliances & Repair Services.

We had been running into on going problems with our dryer since we bought them used. Other techs would give us bandaid repairs and we would end up back at square one a few months later.

Sam came out and disassembled the dryer and was able to diagnose the true problem with the unit. Repairable but almost at cost for a whole new unit.

Sam had a good inventory of open box deals and slightly used/refurbished units so we went that direction. Delivered, hauled away the old and set up the new. Great Service, Thanks Sam and Family!

Fast and easy to contact even on the weekends. Fixed my dryer not heating in just a few minutes. The owner is very friendly and helpful and offered to help over the phone too. Will gladly do business with them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I highly recommend Sam’s Appliances and Repairs (not to be confused with Sam’s Pro Services). This is a small, family-owned and operated business that I am happy to support. Sam and Sergio, a father-son team, came out during our scheduled window of time to get my dryer to heat again. They diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem, and were very friendly too! Thank you!

The water pipes in the wall started shaking every time I turned on my decades-old Maytag washer. The first repair service I called came out, said I had a water pressure problem and there was nothing he could do. Bleeding the pipes didn't fix the problem. So I called Sam's Appliance and Sergio came out the same day. I explained what was going on. Literally, within about 2 minutes, he opened the control panel on top of the machine as easy as butter and found the problem. Due to the age of the washer, he said he would have to order the part; however, he made a temporary fix so the machine would work in the meantime. The part arrived in about 10 days and Sergio came out and installed it, and I had the opportunity to meet his father, Sam! I can't say enough about such a wonderful father and son. Their love and pride in each other, their amazing knowledge and talent in their profession, shown like the sun.

They were super polite and professional and personable. You don't have to deal with a robotic "sales associate" You shop with a person. They gave me a great deal on a used refrigerator and dropped it off. The delivery guys were on time and went the extra mile to get it installed right too. I needed a front glass panel for my oven. I called Sam (owner) of Sam’s Appliances. He found the part online, but it was cheaper to purchase a new stove range for the price of the part online. Instead of him trying to get me to purchase the part and charge me for installation and labor, he took the whole door off of one of the exact stove range that I have and charged me a much lower price than I would of paid if I would of paid for the part online, labor and installation.
Sam and his son came the next day (only because I had to go to work) removed my damaged oven door, installed the new oven door within 5 minutes and helped me replace my water filter in my refrigerator.
Sam and his son made me feel special and my needs were important. Sam went above and beyond to help me. Sam and his son were very professional, kind and extremely caring. They gave me exceptional service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them always. Thank you so very much!

I don’t know how anyone can leave a bad review about these people. Sam and his son are just fantastic. Great products great pricing I have been delivering LG stove. They did a great job installed. It took the old one away but most of all just nice people.

Sam and his wife are great! They gave us a lot of great options, scheduled the install the next day, gave a fair price and were extremely prompt and professional. They even called a friend of theirs about a cabinet repair we might need.

My father called up Sam’s appliance after a quick google search and shared his self diagnosis of the issue with my washer, the locking mechanism wasn’t latching on correctly. They were able to find the exact parts needed and came to fix it same day!
