Fabulous family owned company! It was super easy to make an appointment, Sam and his son came over reliably & promptly & and fixed our dryer in a most friendly and efficient manner :-) I would happily do business with Sam’s appliance again, and again!

Sam came out and correctly diagnosed and installed a replacement dishwasher. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. These traits are hard to come by and he is my go to appliance guy. I can't recommend him enough!

I'm giving Sams Appliances and Repair five stars because I'm very satisfied with finished work, and impressed with his mobile "parts supply" trailer, and customer service skills and the hard work performed by his son Sergio. They are a great team! I called and we set up an appointment for the same day. Sam and Sergio called within 20 minutes of their arrival and when they got here they were both friendly, professional and were eager to fix my washer/dryer combo. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, how much it would cost, approximately how long it might take and instructions for better performance of unit that I did not even realize. I joked with them and told them they should print out instruction cards for appliances they work on! I also thought I would have to wait for a part to be ordered, but in fact while they worked Sam ran out to his mobile trailer and brought the part back the dryer needed. I was elated. However, that evening the dryer was working fine then I noticed water coming from washing machine. As it turned out I was responsible for that because I possibly overloaded the unit. When I called Sam to come back and check it he told me he was going on vacation but his son Sergio could check on it. We'll they both came back no charge, courteous, still professional and let me know what I did wrong. So you see I believe they deserve possibly more than 5 stars. I will call on them again when I need appliances and/or repairs.

Had a problem with my fridge yesterday, called couple of numbers on google no one answered, only person that answered my call was Sam. I was only in town for one day and i asked him for same day service and he made it. Came, found the problem, fixed it and the price was very reasonable . Thank you Sam, i am your costumer for a life

Don't waste your time for repair calls. I had called for a house call washer repair with lg signature washer code LE. Technician stop by for 10 minutes and said motor is blown. He charged $90 just to come by and say that. My husband got home and open the back of washer to find the harness blue electric line torn. The repair guy is extremely lazy and will not do his job. He expects to get paid to just yap his lips, giving fake diagnosis.

I’m so glad I found this company. I had an issue with my dishwasher ( leak and the door didn’t close properly ) and they did same day repair. Great service, affordable price I highly recommend them! Thank you guys so much !!

These guys repaired my Viking icemaker and I couldn’t be happier. It was constantly filling with water instead of making ice and just wasn’t working properly.
The technician from Cold Flex quickly diagnosed the issue — a small pressure sensor that cost around $120 plus labor. Honestly, I was already planning to throw the icemaker away since it’s been with us for over 15 years.
But these guys gave it a second life!

It was an incredible stroke of luck to find these guys. I found them on Yelp and decided to leave a review everywhere so people know that Las Vegas truly has high-quality professionals who specialize in high-end refrigerators.
The first company quoted me $3,200 to repair my 17-year-old Monogram fridge. I wanted a second opinion, and Victor from Cold Flex Era saved me. He found a restriction in the system, replaced the filter drier, cleaned the system, and recharged the refrigerant.
The total came out to $800. I’m extremely happy and definitely recommend them. I will absolutely call again.

We moved to our Toll Brothers home in Las Vegas two months ago. Where we came from at Veer Tower Penthouse we had all Gagenau appliances. Never had any Gagenau appliances issues in the 12 years that we lived at Veer. DO NOT BUY Jenn Air — pieces of junks! Microwave took twice as long to heat cold milk or coffee. After 7 weeks the microwave STOP working completely! Oven took 50% longer to cook a piece of steak. The Jenn Air stoves emit RED FLAME mixed with blue flame. Red flame means INCOMPLETE gas combustion which is harmful to health and environment. The technician that Jenn Air sent had no clue what’s wrong with these junky appliances. I am very incense since VW my wife is I’ll; junk appliances are the last I need in our new home.

The technician was on time and efficiently diagnosed and resolved the problem. The repair was done pretty quickly as well. Kings appliance repair did a good job. Joel came to my house, he was professional and very careful to get the mullion heater just right. He also explained why repairs may take 3-6 months to get done. Thermadore does not keep parts, they wait until they get a lot of orders, then have them made, then sent to the country, then to the city...shame on Thermadorem, but kudos to Kings and Joel my technician.

Credit where credit is due. The way this company communicates is not good but we finally scheduled the repair necessary and the result was excellent. Joel our technician was early and very professional. He repaired the appliance properly and did an overall great job. We liked him and his work very much.
