Our refrigerator stopped working just before Thanksgiving weekend. Sam's Appliance was able to deliver one to us. If we had gone to a big box store we’d still be waiting for delivery. Very professional company.

Had two great experiences with Sam in a short amount of time when our fridge went out and then the oven. Sam and his son were very nice and efficient.

Sam came to look at my ac that goettel said had over 4k in stuff to repair. I called to get things fixed by my warranty company and was referred to sam he told me I didn't need them unnecessary repairs saved me over 4k. Do not use goettl use sam for ac/ heating and appliance needs. He is a honest person that wont rip you off and knows what hes doing.

Sam’s appliances kept their appointment time and fix both my ovens in record time. Price was reasonable. Also a few months back they repaired my dryer. I recommend Sam’s strongly.

Sam’s appliances & repair services installed my new hot water heater. They were very professional. I was very happy with the install. They said that they also do air conditioning work. I will be calling them prior to the summer to install a new air conditioner for me.

I needed a dryer real quick and got one from them for a fair price. They offer a 30 day warranty. I called them on day 47 because the dryer was squeaking badly. They had a tech at my house in 20 minutes and fixed it in 30 minutes no charge. I know when you buy used it is buyer beware and that these things happen. They went above and beyond helping me after the 30 day period.

Sam and his son Sergio showed up on time, installed appliances and fixed the dryer. Everything work and we couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend!

Sam and his son are very professional and know what they are doing. They came and installed a dryer for me and hauled away the old one. They showed up on time and had the job done in less than 30 min. Very pleased with their service. I will be using them again in the future.

Do not use these liars. They are so bad said they would be back to fix our value behind the refrigerator. Took our $100 and the guy who came could barely speak English and rude. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY. THE LADY WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS NO

Wonderful experience has them come out to fix my oven and before they got here my A/C started acting up and my ice maker in my fridge quit giving ice. The tech showed up and fixed all 3 when he left he told me he would have to come back as he didn’t have the part for the A/C. Next day him and Sam showed up installed the part A/C working again. The price they charged was very reasonable nice to have a repair shop that doesn’t charge you the highest price they can. Would definitely recommend them for any appliance repair and I will be using them for all my repairs from now on

I am editing this after having a second professional come in after my dryer continued to have issue AFTER Sam visited me in early September. Sam stated that my dryer was having an issue because of airflow, due to a pinched vent tube.

After testing this, he left and charged me $120. I was then unable to figure out why my dryer was STILL not working, even though airflow was not the problem. A professional from lowes come over and said my gas solenoid under my dryer was rusted - and now my dryer is working perfectly fine again.

I appreciate Sam as being a good communicator on why airflow wasn't good, but I still lost $120 for something that was NOT the main issue.

This will mark the 2nd time I’ve utilized the quality expertise services of SAM.

His Family also are wonderful in making the customer feel very appreciated!

My Mother has thusfar purchased 2 refrigerators from SAM, and was not disappointed in his “Red Carpet Approach” of Quality!

I had an emergency situation with the compressor unit on my air conditioner and this company happened to be working across the street on my neighbors AC unit. I asked the owner across the street if she would recommend Sam’s appliance for my AC repair and she said emphatically, yes! She uses them for everything for her rental units and her own house. I asked them if they would take a look at mine and the diagnosis was a bad compressor. Not surprised since mine was probably 25 years old. They finished the job they were on which took them into the evening and still came over and fixed mine for a good price and quickly when I couldn’t get anyone else out to even look at mine for a couple of days! Sam’s appliance really came through for me and I plan on using them again.

Purchased a new washer and Sam and son delivered it the same day and installed it for no extra cost. Great service and prices. Definitely will recommend to others.

We contacted Sam's Appliances and Repair Services late Friday afternoon and they scheduled an appointment on Saturday. Initial conversation and appointment interaction were great. Sam was professional, extremely service oriented and efficient. He came prepared to service our dryer or replace it. We highly recommend

All I needed was a couple of parts and instead of denying me. They helped me out and tested my old parts and gave me advice on what the problem is and what could have caused it. Definitely will use them if I cannot repair it myself. Most places will not do anything for you if you don't use their services. I recommend using these guys for your washer and dryer service or purchasing needs.

Sam was so nice!! We purchased our first home and bought all of our appliances with them. He came and installed them the very next day and was very communicative. They also have very good pricing and exceptional customer service!! We will definitely be back!!

This is the guy you want to call! He's straight-up, professional, honest, respectful, personable, fast and very efficient. We called a few appliance repair shops, but Sam was the one to get back to us quickly. No else responded. We were having problems with our gas stove. One burner wouldn't light, and the others weren't burning properly.

Sam came out when promised on 7/13/21 and looked things over. He found the problem but recommended we replace the stove because there could be other problems related to the original problem. He priced out a new stove right on the spot, showed us pictures on his phone, and the price was really good. He made sure the new stove matched the color scheme of our other kitchen appliances. That's above and beyond.

We got our stove today, 7/14/21, again, when promised. Overnight turnaround was beyond our expectations. Sam also made sure to register our new stove to make sure it's covered by the warranty, even before he installed it. Nobody does that.

We can't say enough about Sam. He really cares about taking care of customers. He called every time when he was on the way to the house and always responded to our calls and texts. We appreciate the effort Sam made to help us at a very important time after just buying our home and getting things settled. We will be telling everyone we know about our great experience! I needed a dryer since my old one died so I luckily found Sam's place near me. I bought one and it was delivered and set up quickly and had a 30 day warranty and that was 4 years ago and it and the washer I also got from him are both running as good as day one. Very satisfied with that business. Thank you.

My refrigerator went out and I called Sam he came out the same day checked it out. Determined it needed to be replaced and brought out a new one the next day. Sam and Sergio are very professional knowledgeable and quick responders. I would recommend them to anybody needing appliance repairs.
