Justin came out to look at our dishwasher and washing machine today. He was friendly, professional and very informative. He let us know that it would cost more to fix our washer than buy a new one and even gave us some recommendations on what to buy. He fixed our dishwasher and cleaned the drainage pipe for us. I would “Absolutely” recommend Absolute Appliance to anyone!

From the BEST of Las Vegas Files! I write a lot of BAD reviews because I find a lot of bad dishonest business people in Las Vegas. It's tough to find honest service people here & it can be traumatizing to say the least. (I know. I worked in the service industry for 30 years.) I call it Grifter Town. So, it pleases me to be able to write a RARE GOOD REVIEW. And these guys are the REAL DEAL! All the 5 Star reviews are no joke! I won't go into all the drama we went through getting my refrigerator fixed. Let's just say, the owner Rom bent over backwards just to make me happy. Who does this? Absolute Appliance Services! That's who! They're prompt, friendly, professional & caring. Rom is a funny guy too. (Hey, good lookin'! lol.) Look no further. Hire these guys! Shout out! to Justin, Dale & especially Rom! You guys ROCK! It's like I've got a NEW refrigerator at a GREAT price. And Dale, my offer still stands. Come & get some music if you want it. Any time. I hope you kept my number.

I thought I had a leak in my dishwasher. Josh showed up to look at it and in under 30 seconds assured me it was normal and nothing was wrong with my dishwasher. He was professional, courteous and so reassuring. I would recommend this company 100%! Thanks for being so kind Josh! Dispatch was really nice too. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I’ve been using Absolute Appliance Services for years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Recently, I had an issue with my dryer.

From the start, they were kind, understanding, and really took the time to listen. We worked together to come to a fair solution, and I could tell they genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy.

Absolute Appliance were very quick yo respond when my garbage disposal went out. They work with my Home Warranty Company and the process was seamless.
The tech they sent over was courteous and professional and had my disposal changed out quickly. He did a thorough job in ensuring there were no leaks and assured me if there were any subsequent issues they would be respond right away.
I highly recommend this company.

We've had the Absolute folks out a couple times now and with each visit Daniel and Rom were on time, knew exactly what to do in order to fix the problem and charged a reasonable rate each time. We have tried others before finding Absolute Appliance and we were either stood up or they refused service in our Southwest location. I have waited over two weeks waiting for my washer to be fixed. Tried using my home warranty policy with delays confusion and finally giving up on them. I called absolute appliance and they came out the next day and was able to repair it the same day. Justin was my technician and was helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had a fantastic experience with Absolute Appliance Services. My dryer stopped working unexpectedly, and I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Justin arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly explained the issue. He resolved my issue in no time and now it’s running like new! The pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs.

Justin and the crew at Absolute Appliance Services could not have been more accommodating, helpful, and quick. They were easily able to identify the issue with my dishwasher, had the part ready, and the repair was done in about an hour. The 5 star reviews they get on google are most definitely merited. They now have another repeat customer.

Had an issue with our KitchenAid Dual Oven.
Called AAS and they promptly sent techs out.

Absolute Appliance Services sent a technician to check my dryer that stopped working. He was prompt, courteous, and after diagnosing the problem (switch needed to be replaced), he advised he would need to return to finish after ordering the needed part. I called after a few days to check status and was able to book an appointment for the follow-up visit. Very accommodating when I requested earlier time than they offered. Return visit by technician was also prompt and problem switch was replaced. Price reasonable after checking around. Definitely recommend!!

As a holder of an Old Republic Home Protection Company warranty for a number of years, occasionally I needed repairs on high end appliances. Old Republic sent another repair company a few times which will remain not named and was not very good at all. They said they worked on Sub- Zero, Wolf, Miele and Bosch appliances, but I am not sure they really do. They are not certified on these appliances and did not order manufacturer parts when parts were needed. The last time this other company came out ant tried to work on a small Sub Zero refrigerator that was not cooling the guy gave up, said he did not know how to fix it and to call someone else. I did research and found Absolute Appliances and their excellent reviews and found out that they are approved by Old Republic. Joshua at Absolute Appliances has come out a few times and is very knowledgeable and professional and is certified on all the high end appliances. The last job he did for me was to install a Bosch dishwasher and he did an excellent job. I told Old Republic that Absolute Appliances is the only company that I will use. I give them the highest of recommendations.

The service was excellent! The problem with my washer was diagnosed quickly, and they were out within the next few days, once my replacement part came in. Justin the technician did a great job. He was very kind, quick, and thorough with the repair. I highly recommend this company and look forward to contacting them for any future repair services.

I found out that my dryer was not heating and called Absolute Appliance Services 2 minutes before they closed. They actually answered and booked an appointment for the next day. Justin called me promptly and arrived on time. He was absolutely the best technician I have encountered, EVER. He was knowledgable and courteous. Justin found the issue so quickly and showed me the problem. He fixed it right away and to make everything actually perfect, the price was so reasonable. I will FOREVER, use Absolute Appliance Services because of Justin, customer service plus the good price. These are things that I just don't see anymore in this day and age. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I specially Tony. I needed a subzero refrigerator and freezer refurbished, and they didn’t d a great job. The units run like brand new. Tony also fixed my Miele built in espresso machine. I do appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I will always use this company.

Absolute Appliances was awesome! They were on time, did a great job and were very personable! We are so happy with the job they did and will definitely be calling them if we need help in the future!!!

A rare 1-star rating from me means a big RED Flag for future customers. Unprofessional customer service/office staff. My home warranty ordered the part and had it sent to Absolute. They lost the part and never bothered to call to have it replaced. I kept calling because the tracking information showed it was received and the person who signed for it. I left voicemail messages once they had room to receive new voicemail messages mailbox was full for over a week. They didn't bother calling back anyway. I don't think they even listen to the messages. When I finally called and got someone on the phone the girl hung up on me. Of course, I called back, and still kept my cool even though the girl was rude. The new person who answered repeated everything I said to the girl who hung up on me and then proceeded to ask me questions that she should have already known the answer to like what is the address the part was shipped to, tracking info, etc. Any company of reputable standing wouldn't have done that. There staff would be trained to GET INTO SOLUTIONS instead of playing dumb. It's absurd they are on the list contracted with my warranty. I have been without a working washing machine for a month. Now let's see if they get the part again if they can earn more stars.

I called this company when the ice maker in our refrigerator suddenly stopped working. We were lucky enough to have a repair person come over that same day! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He's seen the particular problem we had a number of times before. Unfortunately, it's very common with the make and model of our refrigerator and to replace the door, which is what the manufacturer recommends, would be very expensive. I looked it up and, sure enough, this is definitely a common problem, just as he said it was.

He was honest and said that he will fix it, but he cannot guarantee how long it will last. We understood completely and went ahead with the fix, which, BTW, was very reasonable.

It's two weeks later and the ice maker is still working as normal. We hope that the fix lasts a long time but are prepared that it might not. Either way, we were very happy with the service received from Absolute Appliance Services and will definitely call on them in the future should the need arise.

Washing machine was leaking and making a horrible noise. The house seemed to shake from the washing machine. So I called Absolute Appliance Services. Got an appointment the same day which was great 👍. Anyway technician Jun came to my house. Long story short he opened my washer machine and in 5 seconds he knew what was causing my leak and all the noise. He changed the part and my washer is working great and no more noise!!! I’m extremely happy with the work that Jun did. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Absolute Appliance Services to my friends or anyone.
