I recently had my HVAC system replaced, which required repairing the drywall ceiling attic access--the original opening needed to be enlarged for the new furnace units to fit through. Swift Construction was contracted for the repair work--something Sierra Air had pre-arranged as part of its post-install care--and I am very pleased with the outcome. I thought it would be a quick patch-and-paint job but I was wrong. Francisco of Swift Constructions put in meticulous care and a remarkable attention to detail. The result is a clean, polished, professional work that respects the paint color (which matches the rest of the ceiling beautifully) but, foremost, the original bull-nosed design of the access trim. Remaining faithful to the architectural detail is important to me--something that Sierra Air had promised, and Swift Construction delivered. Too, communication with Francisco was effortless, apprising me of the work along the way. Last but not least, he left the work area clean, free of dust and debris.

The Swift Construction worker (Jeronimo A.) who worked on installing trim & painting it for a ceiling repair was very careful & conscietious. Before starting repairs, he wore shoe covers & covered my furniture. His work was good quality. He said he will return after Sierra Heating does their final check to caulk the attic access door so that there are no gaps.
