I had noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling- ins got ahold of Paul Davis and Paul Davis water restoration was out the next morning Sam and Fabian did an outstanding job during the week they were coming out. Chris checked in and was great!! I highly recommend Paul Davis I give you a 20 out of 10!

Sam, Chris and Fabian were awesome. They were professional, on time and did a great job throughout the entire dreadful process of remediation from water damage. They cut out the ceiling of the living room and pulled out the tile of the upstairs bathroom. I was impressed of how clean they kept the areas.

Sam called everyday upon arrival just to let me know they were outside and they were always on time. They kept me in the loop of the project the entire time and I always knew what to expect.

Paul Davis was fast, efficient and caring. We have a 3 month old at the home and they really cared about our situation. From initial contact Yvette was on top of the project with all information needed. The demo team came in with Joe taking the lead. Then came the restoration team led by Hector and his crew Jesus and Christina. All were amazing. Fast efficient work with a very quick turnaround from disaster to a beautiful restoration job completed. Thank you Paul Davis and all involved.

Mitigation Team - Fast, reliable, always in communication and friendly.
Restoration Team - Lack of commitment, over priced and no follow up even after insurance has approved payment.

Mitigation
Danny Maiello, probably the best specialist i have ever dealt with, he was always on time, even communicated on his day off, professional and friendly. if water or any damage happens again i will definitely chose paul davis for Mitigation work ONLY.

Restoration
Don't bother, they over priced me, did not want to commit to a time line, kept saying need to apply for permits, which could take 2weeks - 2 months ??? (for a put back) then said it will take 2 weeks after approval of permits, and it should take 2 months at least, called 2 other restoration companies both came in less than 1/2 of what they were trying to charge and committed to 8 days total with permits ! - even after Insurance approved payment it's been 2 days still no call even to follow up!

The only reason i gave 5 stars because of the Mitigation only and for Danny's part in all of this.. for Restoration i will give them zero stars.

The service by Paul Davis was exceptional. The project manager, Yvette Taylor was very personable. She made us feel special and eased us of worry and concerns. We had a flood caused by a toilet. The house looks better than ever. We appreciated the dedication and the help Yvette provided us. The Paul Davis team worked well together and they helped us along through each step of the restoration. Yvette really did great working with us, who are seniors.

In summary, our furniture was relocated between rooms without the execution of a proper pack-out. During the repair process, our items were intermittently covered, yet they were still exposed to airborne dust, which settled on the surfaces of our furniture. It is important to note that we have only had our custom sectional for a duration of four months. We are still making payments on a custom sectional that we no longer possess, while the dining table and chairs have sustained damage. During this time, our dining table has served the purpose of supporting various items, remaining uncovered.This issue came to our attention when my wife was sharing images documenting the progress of our home renovations with a friend while Paul Davis was conducting the repairs. At this point, we learned that a pack-out should have been performed prior to the commencement of repairs in order to safeguard our items from additional damage. It is also important to note that we were advised not to remain in the house during these repairs due to the presence of category 3 dust resulting from the cutting of the walls. Once this information was revealed to us, we made the decision to halt further work by Paul Davis and engage the services of Elevate Restoration.

In reference to Paul Davis, I informed my insurance adjuster of the situation, which resulted in your removal from the job. I must admit, I am experiencing some confusion regarding this matter. Did you not inquire about the reasons behind your reassignment during the repair process? When I initially contacted Steve, I did not receive an automated response, which is typically what I expect when individuals are away on vacation or traveling for work. It was only after I submitted this review that he reached out to me. I provided the requested time-stamped photographs, yet Steve McNabb has not responded in a span of 20 days. It is quite remarkable how your organization operates.

Signigicant Water damage due to improper faucet installation by Angi Pros and due to faucet leaks in upstairs master bathroom dual sinks and upstairs guest bathroom with dual sinks. A significant amount of construction restoration was done which took a considerable amount of time and patience. Paul Davis Restoration team was professional and respectful of my home, and addressed my concerns in courteous fashion.

I am satisfied with the professional trades hired to fully rebuild and restore my custom made cabinet, and millwork.
