Her packing/moving team went above & beyond to minimize a stressful restoration process working hard in extreme Vegas summer heat. I greatly appreciate all of their help! The gentlemen who completed the work at our home were kind and very professional. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and going to do. The work was done quickly and accurately. I will definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Great job done and very thorough. But, the plumbing company that you guys referred to me to remove the thermal expansion tank, D-Best Plumbing, I would never hire again. They were very difficult to understand with their broken English/Spanish accent. Also, I wasn’t sure if they understood what I was asking them. Not professional.

Yvette Taylor co-ordinated the repairs to our Master Bathroom that had been flooded. She and Oscar (repairman) did a wonderful job of repairing and getting everything in order on a tight schedule. My husband came home from the hospital to a clean home with the bathroom totally restored. She co-ordinated everything including floor and tile replacement, plumber and electrician and all was done in a timely order. Their Work was excellent.

I was thoroughly impressed with the water mitigation team from Paul Davis. They were timely, polite and professional. Sam and Jon were awesome to work with! They were great at communicating what was going on with the project and what to expect next. When they said they'd call, they did. They showed up on time, they were personable and I felt totally comfortable having them in my home and they did a great job cleaning up after the project. As annoying as having water damage and mold is, they made it a tolerable experience. I would highly recommend!!!

This is absolutely one of the worst companies out there. We had a flood in our kitchen and unfortunately we chose them to do the restoration. Our first project manager didn't know what she was doing at all. She wanted to take the toilet out of our bathroom 2 weeks before they laid the floor! I told her we wanted a porta potty out here for the workers, they never provided that! Some of the workers did use our bathroom and it was gross.

Then we got a second project manager. He was better but unfortunately the company isn't exactly up and up and I'm sure he was just following what they told him to do. It took them months to complete this job so no kitchen, they couldn't coordinate, they would never tell us exactly when the sub-contractors were going to show up and most of the contractors left a mess behind. They must have thought since we were retired we didn't have a life. I had to actually insist that they put up plastic so the dust from sanding wouldn't go all throughout our house after they did some sanding and the dust went all throughout the house!

They had a plumber working for them who completely messed up the reinstall of our garbage disposal and just this last week we had to hire another plumber to come out and fix all of that. At the end they charged us for items we never received, work they had never done, etc., so we had to set them straight on that. All together it was an absolute nightmare! I wasn't even going to write a review, but after we had to hire a plumber to come out and fix what their plumber had done I decided it would be irresponsible of me not to write a review.

The mitigation team arrived in a timely manner; the project was assessed and executed. Not having any experience with this type of situation, I would have appreciated being made aware that the hole cut into my wall did not include putting it back together (repairing the hole) and I wish I would have known to ask that rather than be surprised.

I had an unexpected water leak overnight. My insurance had Paul Davis approved for mitigation and for repairs. They were great. Very respectful and professional and the repairs were done rather quickly considering it happened to over Christmas and new year's.

From start to finish, the project manager, Jake was absolutely incredible. Throughout the process he was communicative and kept the repairs moving along. My repair was large and required workers in numerous trades. Everyone that came to my house was very professional and respectful.
By far, the best customer service I have received in a very long time!!

Paul Davis helped us through a remodel of our commercial building. They came in and did a complete mapping of the space so we could get an accurate assessment of the effort to remodel our space. They worked with our space planner and handled all the details to make sure the end results were what we were shooting for. The quote was well defined so we could get a clear understanding where the costs were. They managed all of the work, permitting, engineering plans and made sure everything was done as planned. They even helped out when we had change requests to make sure that work was done accurately. Anthony was our project manager and worked hard to get the work done on time, on budget and ensured the quality of the product was what it should be. I highly recommend Paul Davis if you have any restoration or remodel needs.

This company was hired through my insurance company to repair water damage in my kitchen. Their only task was to replace the cabinet boxes that were damaged. To do so they had to take out the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and unhook water lines etc. When they did the cabinet box repair they failed to put back in the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and hook back the water lines. The technician said they were not responsible for doing this. I contacted my insurance agent and in fact they put this in their contract and were paid to do so.

For the next several weeks I got the runaround in trying to get them to come back out to replace everything. Eventually their owner Steve came out and started but did not finish the work. When he came the second time to finish the work he tripped electrical fuses and failed to make sure that everything was functioning properly when he left.

When I came home, lights and electrical sockets through out the house would not come on. I am not an electrician but I know enough about GFI's and my panel box and did everything within my knowledge to get most everything turned back on with the exception of several items. I contacted the company and asked them to come out because I didn't want to incur additional costs of hiring an electrician. Steve contacted me and was completely unprofessional. I ultimately told him to ...... off and that I would hire someone because quiet honestly I don't trust him or his company. I would not recommend this company for even the most basic of repairs.

a female and male who were working on my property said they were gonna step outside for a second , when a few minutes when i went outside to check they were standing behind my unit smoking. it smelled like burnt chemicals…I remember the guy he was white, tall, bulky blue eyes and I think his name was Chris or Christopher ? a young lady who looks really young she had short hair and a care bear tattoo on her right arm, looks Mexican I don’t remember her name I think it was Veronica but I think I also remember hearing destiny. I don’t think that was professional at all and I did not appreciate that type of behavior. Also the young girl was continuously on her phone taking videos of the premises and on a call almost the whole time, I’m paying for this service and a good one at that but this service was not good at all. I don’t remember the other young lady’s name but her and the other little one were talking the whole time. I’m paying for the service you guys provide not for your employees to gossip.

Great experience, professional team and supported me during a water damaged, during the holidays. They come knew what needed to be addressed and their professional team help me in a time of distress.

UPDATE: I wrote this review a month ago, and what has been done to fix my closet and bathroom since my last review?? NOTHING. They took a check from us last November but then returned it for no reason. I asked Anna why the check was returned, and she said she didn't know why. So then we sent them a new check, and they still haven't come to fix the giant hole they put in my house FOUR MONTHS AGO (see attached photo). My house had been torn apart for months, and they refuse to address it or fix it, even though they've been paid. This company seems to be committing insurance fraud. Stay away from this company. They've been a nightmare to deal with. They'll take your money but won't do the work. I now have a bathroom and closet stripped down to the wood beams because of them, and they won't finish the job that they've been paid to do. They ripped my house apart last November, and it's now February. Unbelievable.

Original post from December: So far I'm frustrated with this company. They tore my house apart weeks ago and then just forgot about us. They didn't send the paperwork to our insurance company. The woman who answered the phone at this company tried to blame my husband, saying he didn't fill out certain paperwork - which he did!! - my husband signed the papers the same day he was asked to fill them out. My insurance company told us Paul Davis Restoration has been non responsive - so, NOT my husband's fault! In the mean time, our first floor is ripped apart and everything is in disarray, just in time for the holidays. This is very frustrating and upsetting. They seem to just not care about us.

The repair of my bathroom due to a water leak took longer than expected, but I am pleased with the final result. Despite some challenging moments during the repair process, I am giving Paul Davis a positive review due to my interactions with Anthony, the Project Manager. He is proactive, competent and communicative. Whenever he was unable to answer my call, he returned it promptly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the project and collaborates effectively with both clients and vendors to ensure a great outcome. Celso also deserves recognition; he carries out any tasks assigned to him with thoroughness and attention to detail.

Paul Davis was extremely quick and professional. They took care of everything when my laundry room flooded. They were also very communicative so I knew everything that was happening. I will keep their company in mind if I have another mishap!

Making the call to Paul Davis Restoration was the best thing I did when a unit that I own was unfortunately flooded out by an upstairs unit. From the start, they were professional and knowledgeable. The team worked with my tenant and my insurance company to quickly and effectively dry out the unit and determine the scope of damage. Insurance claims take time, but I am glad that my first call after opening a claim with my insurance company was to Paul Davis Restoration. I would recommend them to anyone that is stuck in that dreadful position of have their property unexpectedly flooded. Working with this team of employees, made a bad situation bearable.
