I called Vegas Plumbing Pros to repair my sump pump and install a new garbage disposal. Both jobs were handled perfectly. The technician was professional, on time, and very polite. He explained the sump pump issue and showed me how to keep it in good condition moving forward. The garbage disposal installation was done neatly and without any mess. It’s been working smoothly ever since. I’m so glad I found this company. They make plumbing repairs so easy and stress-free.

We had a pipe that was leaking, and the plumber came swiftly and mended it well. Very professional and well-informed. Our house is now dry and secure.

This is the WORSE company in the world. Be very careful !!!! They are rude, unprofessional, NEVER return calls. They overcharge you when they finally get there and the AC completely goes bad in a few days. We are starting a huge class action law suit to put these scammers out of business for good !!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Was supposed to have a 10 to 2 window. Called about 2:30 and was told it would be closer to 4pm. Around 5pm I left as I had heard nothing again from the office. No call letting me know what happened or to reschedule. Done with this company.

Hoover from TPM was amazing, very knowledgeable and super helpful! Ive had trouble with my AC for a while and no one could get me a clear response. Hoover made it easy for me to understand what was happening and overall super friendly!

They could not fix the issue but they made it right.

I had TPM come out and install a Hotspot pool heater this summer and I wanted to wait until summer was over to write a review. While we did have some issues with getting all the parts for the job (not TPM's fault damn Covid) the guys were always professional and did a great job. They took the time to come out and provide me with a quote, answered all of my questions as well as listen to any adjustments we wanted to be made. We did have a couple of times where the system tripped a fuse or breaker in the AC system and the guys were always prompt to get out and get it working. That is especially appreciated in the summer heat including once on a Friday night right on a holiday weekend. Rishawn was always prompt in getting back to us and we love the system and it works great. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I can highly recommend TPM Services I had multiple quotes and they came in not only the least expensive but by far the most responsive. Their work is excellent their service people are responsive and kind. I'm so glad I use TPM services, I highly recommend them. I rarely leave any reviews but I just wanted to do something nice because I was shocked at how inexpensive they are and how attentive they are. I trust TPM services and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

My TRASH home warranty company has sent almost 14 people to my house to do one simple job from the same two trash companies.
Yet no one would actually complete the job.
Jeremy was the 15th person to come to my home to CHANGE THE SUPPLY LINES from my valve to my washer.

He was so kind, so helpful, so informative, so personable and even funny, I felt like an old friend came over to help me out. As a single woman of color constantly being taken advantage of by shady service providers who can instantly recognize Im not knowledgeable… this experience was probably the best one Ive ever had.
Not only did he fix the issue but he stayed to make sure it was resolved in full, and even left me with a lot of helpful information to avoid other problems in the future.
I truly felt heard and understood.
If I ever have another plumbing problem again, Im calling them and requesting Jeremy no matter the cost because providers like him are too rare in this world.
I dont know much about the company or their other employees but thiiiiiiis guy takes the cake. Be sure to request him by name

I was put in contact with TPM Services through my home warranty after two previous contractors were unable to fix a clogged pipe in our kitchen. Jeremy arrived on time and had the sink draining like new within 15 minutes. He even cleaned the counter and under the sink, leaving the area in better condition than when he arrived. He was cordial and played fetch with our beagle, who kept bringing him toys, while fixing the sink. A true multitasker! Would highly recommend this company based on my experience with Jeremy!

HVAC - Enrique replaced the capacitor and hard start kit and drained it for $270, totally worth it. Looks like they also do other stuff, I will definitely use TPM again.

I was having problems with my drain for 6 months three different companies came here to fix it all of them charged me something and none of them got it working. The guys at TPM actually use some sort of a camera and figured out exactly what the problem was and within 24 hours everything was working perfectly. My unit have been flooded multiple times before they came and fixed it. These guys are really smart and are really easy to communicate with. I wish I had used them in the beginning I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation. I almost never take time to do a review but these guys are night and day above and beyond what the other two companies I worked with so I had to say something nice. I highly recommend TPM. Great value great communication. I now have a go to plumber and HVAC company
