This whole experience has been a total stressful mess. I am not blaming Paul Davis but All-State insurance
The ball was totally dropped ans nothing has been done ans we never received a text or call telling us about the details of repair
We were completely forgotten. We have no water or use of kitchen. Now to top it off my husband is blind and I just got home from the hospital with major surgery and stress reducing my healing process
Next step insurance commission. We must get this completed this week I cannot handle anymore. We have cooperated fully why have we not been done?

One of our properties was recently damaged by a water leak from the unit above. Paul Davis handled the mitigation for our insurance company. Mike and Jose we quick and efficient at removing all drywall and insulation in the affected area and then monitoring the job and moisture content until it has now been cleared to get put back together.

Yvette Taylor has been wonderful and so far we're happy with the work so far. Just waiting for the roof to be repaired and then Paul Davis will finish the work inside.

Danny and his partner did an excellent job with the demolition and preparing to dry out the area in my house that has water damage. They were referred to me by the insurance company after my mother in-laws house flooded in the kitchen. Anthony came out and took care of everything. Communication was excellent and I knew everything along the way. My mother in-law is back in her house and she's very happy with her kitchen like it never happen.

Paul Davis Restoration did a wonderful job on my flooded laundry room. The workers were professional and did a great job. Everyone was on time, worked cleanly and were respectful of my home. I hope not to need another restoration job again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

When my condo flooded due to a broken pipe, I called Paul Davis and they sent employee Cameron out immediately to start extracting water and stop the leak. He was soon joined by another employee named Sam and together they did a fantastic job protecting my furniture and getting as much of the water out as possible. We are still in the process of completing the construction and remodel due to a flood. So we can’t comment on quality or value however, every single person who has come in the home, and there have been at least 12 has done nothing but go above and beyond to satisfy every need that my 89-year-old grandmother had. She’s extremely nervous about having people in her home and touching her lifelong Items and they have done nothing but put her mind to ease and made this bearable. They have been efficient,on time, communicative, professional, and have gotten things done in such a timely manner. We would not have been so comfortable with any other company. John, Mike, Olivia. Brenda, Joey, and Sam have a personal interest in the Paul Davis brand it seems because they treat each task as though that was their name on the company. Thank God for a glimpse of what customer service used to look like!

Excellant service- responsibilities divided into 3 segments, with an engaged supervisor on top all the way. Very competent workers, especially the Paul Davis employees on the mitigation team- Cross, Cameron, David, Daniel.
I did not have the problem I worried about- chasing contractors to get out here and do the work. Project supervisor Troy and then William made sure work moved along and workers were scheduled without issue. A thousand thank yous.

What a disappointment! I used them 10 years ago when I had a water problem in my office and they did a wonderful job. They did the job quickly and under budget. Now this franchise is owned by someone else and I guess they have a different idea of customer service.

My job took far too long and I was disappointed with the project manager. She didn’t seem to notice that my office wasn’t being worked on. When I got frustrated with how little work was being done, I pulled the logs from my alarm. I was so disappointed to find out they worked in my office only 40 hours in each of September, October, and November. That’s 40 hours a month, not a week. The project manager said 40 hours a month is normal.

When we did the walk through, I mentioned that nothing was done in the closet other than the flooring. She insisted it had been drywalled, painted and sanded, but it looks like a closet that hasn’t been painted in 35 years. They didn’t even do the baseboard! Please don’t tell me you did work when you didn’t. I told them not to finish it as I didn’t want to wait another month. There were a number of things that weren’t done that they tried to charge me for. They had such a detailed list of everything that needed to be done that I don’t understand how they could miss things.

The quality of the work was OK, but I had to watch them like a hawk to make sure they did what they said they would do. By working 40 hours a month, the project took way too long and I wasn’t able to open my office in a timely manner. They should have been able to finish the project in two months rather than the four months they took, but I think they had too many projects going on.

We had a great experience working with Paul Davis to renovate our kitchen due to a water leak. Jon and Jake were very professional and responsive throughout the entire project. The work was done perfect and I would recommend all my family and friends to Paul Davis in the future.

My repairs are not complete demo done waiting for vanity should be in on the 19 th or 20th than I have to wait for install and after that the tile install this has taken to long to be done I will let you know when everything is done

I’ve had the worst experience with this company!!! They will definitely give you a quote and not stick to their word and then lie to you and send everything to your adjuster for thousands of dollars more!!!!! I would strongly advise to stay away from them! And do not use their content Service they took 140 pictures out of my entire garage!!!!! Ana gave me a quote for a certain amount of money told me I was not allowed to have an invoice then I asked my adjuster for the And she charged me almost $4000 over the quote
