These guys are always flagging reviews, I've written this 3 times. I do not recommend, they did a bad job on my pool. Brianna's review is faker than my wife's cans!

Vintage did our pool 4 years ago and were fantastic to work with. It was done on schedule and has worked well. Good people to deal with!

Call to have them come fix a leak in a plumbing equipment because it's under warranty. And they're saying that leaks are not covered unless something's broken. Obviously a leak would mean something's not working properly AKA something's broken like a seal.

It was smooth sailing throughout the process. They answered all my questions and were super friendly whenever we spoke. My pool looks so amazing after the upgrades they did. It took a reasonable time to finish, but any time would have been worth how great my pool looks like now. Great staff, great workers.

If I could give negative stars I would. We contracted with vintage in July. It is now February and we still do not have a completed pool. We just received a release from them to sign before they will plaster that absolves them from ANY defects including discoloration, cracks, peels.. Anything! Every single step had been a struggle with this company. They have been dismissive and borderline rude and clearly have no motivation for pleasing their customers. We are paying four times what we paid for our pool in Florida and have been made to feel like pests. We are considering seeking avenues for recourse.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BUYER BEWARE!! LICENSE CANCELLED NOT RENEWED by Nevada State Contractors Board for NRS 624.3015(3) Entering into a contract with a contractor in excess of limit or beyond scope. Vintage refused to communicate construction timeline or status but HOUNDS customers for payments before stages of work are even completed. Entire staff is hostile, argumentative and defensive when questioned on any phase of the project. Weeks went by without contact from them. I had to call repeatedly to find out when construction was scheduled. I was told this was their "slow season" so work would be timely. They never bothered to schedule any work unless I called first to ask. Constant employee turnover so there is absolutely no accountability for work schedule, quality or communication. Every time there was a problem, the employees each blame each other or pass the buck to a subcontractor. When Subs were questioned, they said they never heard from Vintage. FACTS: I was sold a $9,800 in pool cleaner then told by Superintendent to "hire a pool guy." I was sold a intelligent pool system to control flow, temperature, lights, etc. from my smartphone, but then told by Superintendent "these never work!" I never was given any instruction on the start up of the pool or any of the components. Then required to pay "1,000+ START UP fee" and threatened repeatedly with liens on my property. I paid more than $53,000 for pool/spa and was completely disrespected, cheated and frustrated. When I called the President (Gary Verbano) for help--he never returned my call. After several attempts, when I was able to speak with him--he hung up on me and refused any customer service. Then Gary did take the time to call me back later TO CALL ME A LIAR because he claims to have spoken with his Superintendent who denied everything I told him. Their Superintendent is who gave me the referral for the "Pool Guy" for the start up service! I had to schedule the final phases of the job myself. I am on my own for all issues/questions/concerns. None of the structural or design problems will be fixed. They will not honor the warranty. DO NOT USE VINTAGE POOL for anything. You will regret any interaction with them. I expected nothing more than the custom pool and spa I contracted and paid for along with reasonable customer service. I GOT NEITHER.

I had the worst experience with this pool company. I made an appointment to meet them at their office, but when I arrived, the doors were locked and no one was there. I waited for over 30 min and tried calling their phone number multiple times, but no one answered. It was a complete waste of my time and I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism. If they can't even bother to show up for scheduled appointments, how can I trust them to build and maintain a pool for me? I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere. A company that can’t even get you an estimate on time or show up to an appointment in their own office. Definitely will not be able to perform the actual project as it requires.

My pool took 7 months to complete when I was given a time frame of 10 weeks. Their communication is horrible and I kept getting excuses on why it was everyone else’s fault my pool wasn’t done. Towards the end, they didn’t finish the inspections and I ended up having to schedule my own inspections. I’ve had questions about my pool and leaks, but can’t get anyone to return my calls or emails. Even sent emails to the owner, Gary with no reply. Horrible company to deal with. My pool turned out nice though.

Edit Response: this is definitely the right company, and it's been almost 3 years since I posted this. Thanks for finally reaching out 🤣

Having a pool built is very much like traveling by air. You do research to pick the company you want to work with, build the plan together and work to get to the final destination. Pool company, just as airlines, cannot control the weather. When this factor comes into play and causes delays, it is not the airlines/pilots fault. Thus when the pool companies have to adjust with weather they are in the same situation. Putting blame on those that cannot control these elements does no one any good.

In addition, it is very interesting to me to read how people just expect things to be handed to them vs. trying to work their partner on the contract. It is a two party situation - not a one way street.

That being said, I would recommend Vintage Pools Las Vegas to anyone. They are professional. Provide great value for a great product. Any time we wanted to change or talk about something, the whole Vintage Pool Team was there. Our pool is one featured on the website and I get excited each time realizing how blessed we are to have worked with this company to get an amazing back yard! Vintage Pools Las Vegas is a wonderful, class act company that we were honored to work with. Thank you for our dream yard!!

We are currently working with Vidal and our experience has been great. They started digging on December 19th and the project is moving quickly. Vidal has shown up everyday to make sure the process is going well.

Vintage Pools is the worst pool company out there. When we call their phone number nobody answers and when you leave a message, they DO NOT RETURN YOUR CALL. If you are reading this review, do not waste your time with this company they do not want your business bad enough to return your call.

Vidal and his team were top notch! I had an old school pool and I met him and told him I wanted a new contemporary pool in the same location. It turned out way better then I could ever have imagined! Sick! I have the coolest pool and spa in my development and it’s not even close. He has a unique talent and I would recommend him if you want the best.

Vidal and Vintage pools did a wonderful job turning our undeveloped backyard into a beautiful retreat. We went from a dirt yard to a beautiful pool w/spa, outdoor BBQ island & dining area under cover of a pergola and a tile seating area with firepit surrounded by landscaping and turf. Vidal was always responsive and ensured all of our questions were answered during all passes of the construction process. Thank you, Vidal and Vintage Pools for creating a beautiful space for us to enjoy for years to come.

I unfortunately had a less than great experience with Vidal and Vintage Pools. Constant delays in contractors, didn't pay a bill and had a lien put on my house that was eventually taken off. Once completed last November, there is still a couple of cracked tiles they never fixed, there are a couple of cracks in plaster pool itself and one of the led lights has not worked since they finished and instead of dealing with it and getting all items wrapped up for a good experience they just have ignored. Wished much more than received.

I would't even given a start horrible experience with this people . I bought some chair I been in my house for a year Vidal hasn't contacted me all I send emails and messages no response his always away from the office. I wouldn't purchase anything from this company at all . not really good communication at all. Like I said I haven't got my chairs that they owe me.

We had a great experience with Vidal and his team. Vidal showed up on time for our first meeting and presented a beautiful 3D design for our new pool. We are going with Vegas Luxury Package with some upgrades. The package includes most of the items but the standard pool size is smaller than we wanted so we are upgrading the pool size and deck area. Their package is the best deal we could find. They have the nice selections of tiles and other materials you can choose from. After contract signed within a week, they are already digging our pool which is much faster than our previous pool. I will update the review as we progress.

I am beyond thrilled with my new pool! Vintage Pools did an absolutely incredible job, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish. My pool turned out beautiful, perfect, and exactly what I envisioned just in time for summer!

A huge shoutout to Vidal, who was our main point of contact throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always reliable. From the very beginning, Vidal made sure that we were well-informed, comfortable, and confident in every step of the project. He answered every single one of our questions with patience and expertise, which really put our minds at ease. Communication with him was always on point, and he never left us wondering about the next step.

The entire team at Vintage Pools was fast, efficient, and dependable. They stuck to the timeline, handled everything seamlessly, and made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and manageable. I really appreciate how detail-oriented and thorough they were in bringing our vision to life.

I’ll be honest I read some mixed reviews before making my decision, but I ultimately chose to trust my gut and go with Vintage Pools. And let me just say, I am SO glad I did! They delivered exactly what they promised and more. My backyard is now an absolute oasis, and I can’t wait to enjoy my dream pool this summer.

If you’re thinking about getting a pool, I highly, highly recommend Vintage Pools and definitely ask for Vidal! His professionalism and expertise made all the difference in our experience. This was hands-down one of the best decisions we made, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Thank you, Vintage Pools and Vidal, for making this such a great experience and for building something we will enjoy for years to come!

Update - Vidal came out and cleaned out the pipes to the jacuzzi, but it’s still not working ! Tiles are popping off .., I really regret using this contractor. Terrible experience!!

March 27, 2023 - First day signed contract.

    April 25, 2023 - Started demolition
So I wanted a smaller pool/ spa and got a lot of pool companies to come out for a bid but after talking to many pool contractors, I decided to go with Vidal and Vintage pools. So far everything that they have done has been good. We are about half way done at this point and I wanted to leave a review for the work we’ve had done so far. I'm hoping to have a great spa/pool. I will continue to update this review as we continue in the process.

August 13, 2023 - New pavers are finished and getting ready to pour the concrete and move the old patio cover to make way for the new patio cover !

August 26 2023 - Patio cover is removed and concrete poured.

September 1, 2023 - Spray deck and paint was done

September 14, 2023 - BBQ and fire pit are done but later the tiles started popping off. Instead of fixing it correctly they just patched it and more popped off.

October 13, 2023 - Had some inspection delays concerning the gates but finished the plaster today So close to finishing. Had a lien letter sent to me from a contractor but was later removed after I called and complained.

October 24 - 2023 - Pool/Spa is finished, BBQ finished, Fire pit finished. The spa jets never worked properly there is no pressure or flow coming from the jets. Had some health issues so I had to put it on hold for now.

May 5, 2024 - Called Vidal about the issues with the jets not working.

August 23, 2024 - The Jacuzzi/ Spool looks good but the jets are still not working.

    September 18, 2025
Jets are still not working properly, also they didn’t pull a permit for the patio cover.

Filed a complaint with the Contractors Board.

Vidal and Vintage pools did a beautiful job on my backyard renovation. Completely transformed our backyard into an oasis. Did a beautiful job on the bar patio cover resurfacing the pool. Also installing walls, a new spa, fire pit, and seating area. Thank you, Vidal and Vintage Pools for doing such a beautiful job!
