Crystal Cove did an amazing job. The foreman, Tim was always kind, on time, attentive to detail and most importantly listens to concerns. As an older single woman, learning the maintenance of a pool could be challenging. Tim makes it easy to ask questions.

We were very happy with our experience working with Crystal Cove Pool and Spa. From the stat ,each stage of the build was scheduled quickly and completed on time with no unnecessary delays. The communications throughout the process was great. We always knew what to expect, and any questions we had were answered right away. Even after the pool was finished, Tim provided excellent support and made sure we were comfortable with using the equipment. Overall the process was smooth and stress free.

We are very pleased with our beautiful sparkling Crystal Cove Pool!! Hunter and the entire staff were all great and provided strong customer service. From the beginning, Hunter was very involved with the project as well as checking on the progress and communicating with us throughout the build. Tim the Project Supervisor is great, worked with us and our schedule, consistently communicating with us and always responded quickly to our calls taking the time to explain everything to us. The workers worked efficiently and fast and the pool was completed within the time quoted. A pool is a large financial investment; we had quotes from other builders that were much more costly than Crystal Cove Pools, and they came through!! It was interesting to see the progress and we always felt supported by Hunter and the staff. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool.

Our backyard turned out just like we envisioned. Hunter and his team were great, from the planning and design stage throughout the construction. They even completed the work ahead of schedule and were the best package price of the five pool companies that I quoted. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Crystal Cove did an incredible job with our backyard. You guys, their work is so good! They built us a gorgeous in ground pool, spa, and fire pit. They did the whole backyard, plants and all. It turned out so good. They are so good at communicating and we were informed every step of the way. I recommend them 10/10!

They were so amazing. The customer service was fantastic they communicated with me so well. Crystal coves built me a pool with hot tub/grill portion. My whole backyard including white rocks and turf. From the design process, to the entire process was great I was kept so informed. Really appreciate them and would highly recommend.

This is the second pool we have had built by NV Pools. Nick has been great! He listens to our vision, takes emails and inspiration photos into consideration and creates renderings to help us decide. The pricing has always been fair, staying within the set budget, but NV pools shines with their extraordinary service. Alan is amazing for pool start up and care. And the pool maintenance team is the best we have experienced after owning pools at 8 different properties over 20 years in Las Vegas area.
