Pool turned out fantastic!
-
Builds fantastic pools and backs them up with great customer service.
-
The absolute worst in build and service. Customer service is horrific all around and their office person, Kira is especially rude. They do repairs without approval (don't leave your cc on file with them), and too many other problems to list. Do yourself a BIG favor and go with another company!

Great quality and pool design. They have the best paver installers in town. Overall very happy with our pool. Thank you.

Sent a picture..wanted to charge me for a cleaning when I told them the pump was acting funny...sent me a nasty text ...telling me all it needed was to be cleaned...again..and wanted 495...
Had a company came out...fixed the pump and it was done...Nevada pools is a rip off...want to tell u what's wrong by a picture and charge you 495 before they even come out.... scan. Scam...scam -
We just had a Home Inspector tell us that our pool was one of the “best executed pools” he has ever seen. From the quality of how the pool equipment was set up to the design and paver placement. Thank you Tim Kalkowski & Nevada Pools!!!

Pool was supposed to be completed in 3-4 months. It’s been almost 18 months and still not completed. They do not build your pool. They hire subcontractors and not once did they check subcontractors work. They agreed to put calf jets in hot tub and did not. The hot tub leaks. The tiles had to be exchanged because of poor quality. Still have cracked tiles and discolored tiles. Fireplace is cheap. They never respond. Blamed everyone else and Covid despite my neighbors pools all being finished in 3 -4 months. When waiting for new tiles NV pools said they couldn’t get tiles from tiles company. Called the company who supplied them tiles and found they had sent the Tiles weeks before and Nevada pools was lying. The list goes on and on. Worst pool company ever.

Nevada Pools did a fantastic job in designing and implementing our pool/spa combination. Partnering with and working seamlessly with our landscaping architect Gothic Landscaping, they created a look and feel that integrates perfectly with our desert landscaping but still has a fresh and modern aura that is visionary. The stone, tile, and pebble selections provide a 'wow' factor to all who view it. The water features (waterfall, bubbler, spillway for the spa) add to the wonderful view, and add to the fun and playfulness of the pool itself. Competitively priced (we got multiple quotes) but with a more artful integration with the overall landscaping), they executed well with no hassles and continue to provide great support on an on-going basis. We use it daily, and are enjoying it immensely. It is a wonderful work of art and joy at which our neighbors and guests marvel.

If you're used to good communication between a contractor and yourself, this place will leave you as the worst experience ever. If you're looking for crews that clean up after themselves, keep on looking. If you think you may want a salt water pool, run from this place. If you have solar panels on your roof and want an all electric pool, find someone who understands how to customize to your situation (not these guys). If you are a homeowner wanting less than a $100,000 pool, you're not worth their time or priority. If you think good weather should get you a pool in 60-90 days as promised, don't even bother with this group. If you believe that holding payment gives you some leverage with a contractor, think again--You'll have paid for 50% of the pool 25% of the way through, and 95% by halfway through.
Building a pool with these guys was one of the most incredibly frustrating experiences ever. They do one kind of pool----top of the line equipment for a gas heated chlorine pool. It will look great if you have a good sense of what kind of tile will work best, but you'll be out over $100,000, have ruts in your yard to fix yourself, have to come in behind these guys to keep trash from being installed into your pipes, watch them work 2 or 3 days a week, complete things in two or more months after schedule after multiple calls and no communication, get virtually no instruction on how to troubleshoot the equipment or run the controls. And whatever you do, don't contract them to do any landscaping around the pool. You'll be so ready to get rid of them after the pool that you can't stand one another. The owner/job-foreman came by ONCE after the plumbing was laid and inspected. He never saw the completed pool. -
First-time home owner, with a shabby looking pool. I did a little research on multiple companies and found these guys came highly recommended by a few of my neighbors. Let me tell you! They did not disappoint! They were professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient! I will highly recommend to anyone looking to freshen up their pool! Thanks Nevada Pool, i cant wait to enjoy my beautiful new pool!

Thanks, Nick and Nevada Pools, for our beautiful pool and landscaping. Nick was amazing from the very first time he came to our home; he was very professional and kind. I was very impressed with his customer service and his design was brilliant!
I highly recommend Nevada Pools. We were in good hands throughout the entire process. -
These guys built the pool in my new home and it’s beautiful. However, the maintenance services they were contracted for and provided for the last four years (I took ownership only a year ago) has been abysmal. It’s now costing over 10k to fix their negligence and impossible to get anyone to respond to an email or phone call.
There is no accountability - someone came to test chemicals and fish leaves out once a week, but I have no reports on what was done and when and no advice was ever offered for the OBVIOUS problems. The calcium buildup on the walls and tiles is so bad, I’ve had to contract another company to clean. It should never have gotten this way with proper cleaning. At one point, the pool cleaner who was on-site offered me a pumice stone to clean it myself – a stone that would have destroyed my glass tiles.
There are burnt out lights, broken spa blowers, and a poorly installed umbrella sleeve in the deck.
They also increased prices to a ludicrous level because of “supply costs.”
After informing Nevada Pools about the issues, they said we’d schedule fixes. Never heard back. For over a month I called, left voicemails, ramping up to emails every day… not a single response or follow-up. Eventually, I fired them, via email and voicemail, and still no response. I know the message was received because the maintenance guy stopped showing up.
They build beautiful pools, but whatever is going on at the maintenance and communication layer is typical Vegas and awful. -
Our pool is beautiful. Nick was fantastic at responding right away when we had questions! I would definitely recommend Neveda Pools.

My pool turned out beautiful. It took a bit longer than anticipated but much of that was due to slow agency review times. Nick Campo and their team are very helpful, responsive and fair. Was a pleasant process. 😇

Nevada Pools was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were always on time, worked hard every single day, and maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire project. They hit their deadline perfectly and delivered exactly what they promised. I could not recommend them enough—truly an outstanding company to work with!

Nevada pools designed and installed my pool, decking and landscaping. I selected them because the price was fair, they were very patient with me during the design process and they have built all the pools for the Tripointe model homes for many years which gave me piece of mind.
I could not be happier with the the quality of their work. I am an engineer so I see things that other homeowners might miss. They took the time to answer all my questions (which were many) regarding wiring, controls, automation, plumbing etc. and they did everything that they promised. This was my first pool, and I learned so much about what is involved and all the things that can easily go wrong, that most homeowners might never recognize before it’s too late. I would highly recommend Nevada Pools to all my friends and neighbors and I would use them again without hesitation. -
We contracted with Nevada Pools to do the total build out of our back yard. This included an inground white plaster pool with travertine decking for the pool, patio and area beneath a pergola. The pool has an in- floor cleaning system, wet deck and spa. The spa aligns with a raised observation deck that includes a fire custom built pit.
We also had them add a pergola over a grill island. Nick Campo, our designer and project manager did a great job of listening to what we wanted and translating that into to the design. His suggestions were a great help as well. The pandemic added some challenges to the construction, but they were able to address to our satisfaction.
The pool start-up team was very knowledgeable about the start up process including installation and programming of the WIFI module that enables control of the pool and features from a phone or PC.
We had no issues with responsiveness. The bid they gave was was competitive. -
We found a crack in our pool and decided since it was already empty we would re do it. Nick was fantastic to work with. He helped pick the tile and showed us different types of plaster options. We went with a glass tile and pebble finish inside the pool. The communication of dates to when things would be completed was 5 stars. Whenever there was a weather delay I knew well in advanced if the team would arrive to work on the pool. Our pool is absolutely stunning now! All around Nevada pools is the way to go. Great customer service and a great finished product. See pics!

Ask for Nick Campo at Nevada Pools to design and manager your backyard project. I had a very specific look that I was going for and they delivered. Super responsive and responded to my texts even after hours or on the weekends. There were a couple hiccups on the way but not their fault due to supply issues post pandemic. If I had to do the build again I would still go with Nevada Pools. Nick is a good guy. Ask for Nick 👍.

We contracted with Xterior Creations to build a mega spa/spool. We have worked with several pool builders in the past on three other pools, and this was by far the best experience. After bidding with several companies, Dan Foster had the best price and design, providing us with plan that met all our requests. The contract was straight forward outlining expectations and fee schedule. We received our lien releases as soon as work was completed. From design phase to completion, attention was given to details and communication. Work was scheduled and completed on time, as described, and with respect to minimizing impact to our property. We are more than satisfied customers! Five Stars and more for Xterior Creations to build your dream pool!

We had Xterior Creations install our pool and they did a great job and are great to work with. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the landscape company they recommend, Treeline Landscape is a disaster to work with. I would highly recommend you find a different landscape company. Unlike Xterior Creations, Treeline does not communicate and are very unprofessional. I ended up firing them and hiring another landscaper to come in and finish the job. I still have not received some of the plants and landscaping rock that I paid for, so going to have to go to the contractors board. I really don't understand why Xterior Creations wants to associate itself with this company. Even Xterior Creations employees say Treeline's a mess and don't know why they work with them.
