We were VERY PLEASED with Xterior Creations. From start to finish, Jason, Dan, and Dan very helpful, patient, and "hands-on" through all phases of construction. We would definitely recommend Xterior Creations and use them again if need be.

We met with several pool installation companies and went with Xterior Creations because we felt the most comfortable choosing them for this large investment in our home. The process takes a few months, but every step of the way, they did a great job, communicated well and saw the project through to our pool being fully functional. From the design and all the the way through the build stage up to pool school day, their entire staff has been great to us and we absolutely love our new pool, it makes our backyard living space the main feature of our house and it will be as long we live here. We cannot recommend them any stronger for your pool project, you will NOT be disappointed in a world where most contractors end up over promising and under delivering. Our project superintendent was Marco, he was absolutely the best and is a great person.

If you're in the Las Vegas/southern Nevada area and are looking for a pool builder, we highly recommend Xterior Creations! This company is extremely professional, customer-first oriented, thorough, and excellent in product quality and customer service! We purchased a new build home and needed to have the pool and backyard done, but with moving from out of state and taking care of all the details within the home, it was too much for us to take on the task of "project managing" the backyard improvements at the same time. We researched and interviewed a couple different builders, but settled on Xterior who could handle everything we needed for our project, and every day we are so grateful that we did! With the help of our pool designer, Jason (he's the best!), we had our paperwork for the HOA approval process done and ready to be submitted by the time we closed escrow, and the crew was in our backyard marking things out and starting to dig within weeks of our escrow closing. There were crew members there almost every day, and we were amazed at how quickly the progress went. Not only the speed, but how neat and tidy they kept the work areas at all times, and how efficiently they worked. We realized how great both Xterior and their subcontractors are when our neighbor started their pool and backyard project, and we could clearly see the difference in how the crew operated and maintained the project area, how quickly (or slowly in the neighbor's case) the progress has gone. There were periods when no workers were there at times for various reasons, but it was never more than 5-7 days at most, whereas we've seen delays of 3-4 weeks without work at the neighbor's. We feel bad for them. Our entire project was quite extensive, with hardscaping, landscaping, patio covers/gazebos, etc., and all in all, we were done in about 6 months. The customer service throughout the process (Mayra is the best!) has been outstanding! When we've found cracked tiles or minor issues, we simply call and they schedule the repairs within a few days. Xterior is a full-service company that is worth every penny!!!

UPDATE: I understand now why so many reviews talk about how great Dan is. He came to our house to personally see what had happened with the irrigation and had the landscapers come out to fix it and pull out the dead/dying plants. We are waiting on replacement plants at this point. They also sent someone out to fix the stucco, and we only found a couple of spots, not several as I said before.
I'm happy to be able to leave a better review. We love our pool. It is exactly what we had envisioned and we use it almost every day. While it was a long process and lacking in communication in the first half of the build, everything turned out very well and I was impressed that they had guys come out and take care of the pool until we were able to scheduled pool school and take over the care ourselves.
Obviously some hiccups along the way, but I am very happy with how the situation was resolved.

I wanted to leave a good review of this company, we had some issues along the way, getting the pool in took quite a while and the communication was poor until the last month or so. We were patient and tried to be understanding of the workload of the company.
Our pool turned out beautiful and we are enjoying it.
The reason I can't leave a good review is their subcontractor absolutely destroyed our irrigation line. It was turned off and we noticed that our plants out front (nothing to do with the build) were dying. We turned on the irrigation line and the water was clearly just pouring in to the ground. There was a large puddle just outside the pavers and water coming up underneath the pavers. If we hadn't been paying attention and turned on our irrigation, we could have lost all of our pavers including our driveway. When I contacted the company, I had one person tell me we "waived the company's liability" and the other person I emailed did not respond at all. Of course I signed the waiver form, there wasn't anything in the backyard to damage. They did damage our stucco in several spots as well, but we didn't care so much about that. That is just part of construction. But to completely destroy our irrigation line and not take responsibility is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to try and find a company to fix their mistake in time for our next trip out of town. The work should have been done right to begin with and fixed when done wrong. After paying as much as we did to put in a pool, you would think they could take care of any issues they cause. Depending on if we are able to save all of our plants that stopped being watered, their mistake could cause us several thousand dollars after we have already spent so much on a pool.
I feel bad that I recommended a company like this to neighbors.

Our backyard looks like something out of Better Homes And Gardens because of their outstanding design ideas and excellent workmanship. They maximized our view and the space we had to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Thank you to Mike, Scott, Chris and the whole Xterior Creations team you were all truly a pleasure to work with.

Our experience with Xterior Creations was great from start to finish. Communication was great all along the way, and our questions were answered in a quick timely manner. The staff was very professional and helping us design a pool that would fit our yard, Budget and needs. The team that came out to build the pool in the different phases were all great. Would recommend this company to anyone considering adding a set up like this to their yard!

Xterior did a fantastic job with our pool! Not only were they quick and had great craftsmanship, they were extremely communicative about every step of the process. Our PM Marco was quick to respond and handle any of our concerns. I am generally not happy with most contractors (it’s the industry unfortunately) but have recommended Xterior to all our neighbors doing a pool. Thanks guys!

We had a great experience working with Xterior. Our initial contact with Jason J started it as he was very responsive, creative. We had a few hiccups once the project started but once we involved Dan Foster, it went smooth all the way to completion. We love our backyard and enjoyed working with the folks at Xterior.

This review is written after summer use and warranty care, my pool was completed December of 2022. I most definitely recommend Xterior Creations to anyone looking to have a pool built in Las Vegas. Had a pool/spa with water and fire features built by Xterior and couldn't be happier. I did A LOT of shopping around before committing to them and definitely made the right move. I can tell that the owner really cares about his product and his customers. They were a good balance of quality and price compared to others. Damon was a great highly experienced designer who always put up with my indecisiveness with a smile on his face. Marco and Scott also made sure that I was very happy with everything in the construction process. Warranty Service, while I have not had the need to use in the last few months, has been great as well. Shout out to Alan who came out to fix a couple imperfections after the pool was completed. I will purchase a pool from them again if needed be in the future!

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Xterior Creations. This is our very first pool and they took the time to explain each step along the way. The design process was excellent. Jason was able to take what was in my head and make it better than I could have imagined myself. Dan was in constant contact and was super helpful every step of the way. The different crews that were part of the process from excavation to plaster were all very professional and clean. We are so happy with the paradise they have created for us in our backyard.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Xterior Creations. From our original meeting to the orientation of the equipment they've gone above and beyond with excellent customer service/communication. I was really wowed with the detailed live action rendering they provided us with (even had sounds of the water), and the finished product looks exactly as they designed.

I called for a pool since I was moving to town and the sales rep asked for a meeting. I informed him that I would be moving there in a couple months and I know the pool process is lengthy and has many moving parts so I was starting the process so that way all design and material decisions would be completed and we have all our preliminary steps finished by the time I’m there. He told me it’s $500 to speak with him further unless I meet him in person. I asked if we could do zoom or FaceTime since I hadn’t moved there yet and he said that’s also $500 and that in person meetings are free. When I told him that I won’t pay $500 just to speak with him to learn about his companies offerings, he told me we are one of the best pool companies in Las Vegas and my phone is ringing all time. If you don’t want to pay the $500, someone else will. With that type of arrogance and rude disrespect, I decided to give my $100,000 pool investment elsewhere. You might have a lot of good fake reviews and you might even build nice pools, but I’ll never know because you decided to act “too big for your britches”

I was referred to Dan by our pool designer Jason Karras. Previously in California my husband and I acted as our own contractors in building a pool. We recognized that this time we wanted a turn key service that we would work with but managed the entire project. We are beyond thrilled with the end results. From the implementation of the design, the price point and the customer service I would rate the staff, the sub-contractors used, and the responsiveness of Donna who managed the schedule, to Dan the owner who solved any problem and answered any and all question during the entire process a ten on a ten scale.

From start to finish the entire staff at Xterior Creations exceeded my expectations. Damon McBride was outstanding in helping with my design and working within my budget. I would say by most pool designs and prices mine was simple and on the cheaper end, but Damon never made me feel like I was wasting his time and always responded to any of my e-mails or phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

Once construction started Mayra Ross took over and never left me wondering what was going to happen next or how long it would take. She was consistently on top of all aspects of my build and answered any questions I had along the way. I never had to e-mail her twice about a question or concern she always responded quickly and professionally.

If you are debating between pool companies for your project, I promise you will not find a more professional team than Xterior Creations. I never felt like just a customer, I always felt like I was part of the team and that my project mattered to them as much as it did to me

I just had my second pool built by this company and absolutely love them. They started May 1st and were done by mid-July. My designer Jason was awesome (2nd time using him...love him) and my project manager, Chris, was a life saver. Building the pool this time around as a single mom was a little more stressful and Chris was there for me every step of the way. The night before my inspection, I realized the pool alarm I bought was broken. It was too late to purchase a new one and the inspector was coming in the morning. I texted Chris in a panic and he arrived at my house by 7am with a replacement alarm. I'm so grateful to this company for the beautiful pool they seamlessly built for my kids and me. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Jeff was wonderful to work with. He helped us build EXACTLY what we wanted in a pool. The final product looked better than the model. They did a fantastic job, my pool is beautiful. From excavation to final product it took roughly 10/11 weeks.

Xterior Creations is simply awesome in every way. First off the people are very personable efficient and professional they are Jason , Mayra , Kendrick , and Giovanni , and more. Really anyone I dealt with was excellent . This company has and excellent product and fair pricing they treat you well and we’re working on my pool at an amazing pace.
