Had Nick, the Design Consultant, stop buy for a consultation today. Expecting to pay $80-150,000 to build out the landscaping in my new house. He was very rude. Will use another company.

Had my pool and landscaping done by Desert Springs and couldn't be happier. From the initial design to the final product, every step of the way they were professional and always kept me informed of what was going on.

They make the sale and then professional pool building is out the door. We had to inspect every step of the way since they didn't follow the plan they drew up. The workers were rude when we wanted the mistakes corrected. The supervisor was never around. Let me just say there were and are multiple problems and they really don't care about customer satisfaction.

Only been two years since pool was built. Now having issues that they simply WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT! Don't recommend them for the long haul, when they can't give you the service you deserve for the price, not worth it. Plenty more pool builders out there to use!

This company is a joke! I have been so patient with them. If you didn't sign a contract with them run to a different place. They will start and not finish the project. Every week they say you are on the scedual and then no phone call nothing! You have to keep calling them to get a response. A total lack of management the hand doesn't know what the foot is doing. I have tried everything to get them to take action and all I get it next week we will be there. Landscape isn't done spa is still in limbo. Just save yourself the time and headache and read reviews find someone else to do the job. They are nice people just not worth working with on a spa pool or landscape job.

Desert Springs Renovations exceeded all my expetations, my pool turned out absolutly beautiful. All of the employees including the estimator, field supervisor and coordinator were wonderful. They do fabulous work.

Worst, a certain Christian told us that he is coming last Friday in the afternoon to check our backyard where we are planning to build a pool. He didn’t show up, no calls, simply ignored the appointment we made. He took our info when we went to their office and confirmed the appointment date and time but no Christian came. Worst customer service ever. Those whose planning to get the service of this company, think a hundred times 😡

We recently started a pool project with Desert Springs Pools & Spas. As to date our experience has been very good. Al Mcintosh has been very informative and helpful through out our deciding process, explaining each question as we go with patience and clearity. Although the pool has not been installed yet due to changes "we" made in our design, we are happy thus far with all of the professional attention we have received for the process needed to complete our first dream pool. I will update as we move along :) We are looking forward to the next steps with enthusiasm.

Excavation started yesterday on my new pool and I am very impressed! The start of this project was Prompt and "On Schedule" as promised. The men doing excavation have been very courteous and have taken special care to ensure my yard is secure (closed gates). They have confined thier dig and work to the specified area without disturbing the rest of my yard. These men are obviously well trained in thier field and show true workmanship and skill. I would lay down money that the "Cat" operator could pick up a dime with that tractor without scratching the concrete! I am very pleased and satisfied with the start of my pool.

Desert Springs Renovations remodeled our back yard recently and the work was far better than that we expected.Their work was fast, clean and on time as we discussed. Im really happy to say my wife who is as picky as they come even said she was very impressed. They are a very knowledgeable and courteous group.

We couldn’t be happier with the work done by desert springs. Our sales representative, Mike, has been amazing from the very beginning. He came out to our home and designed a desert oasis for us filled with a pool, spa, firepit, bbq island, and tons of landscaping. He was always available by text and phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week and always answered our questions. Both Mike and Jason with landscaping with very patient with our changes as we were pretty specific with what we wanted. It was so nice to have our whole backyard completed by one company for such a great price. We got quotes from multiple companies and desert springs was by far the best one. Again, We couldn’t be happier with desert springs! We recommend them to all our family and friends!

I recently had Desert Springs Renovations perform major construction to my pool and spa, in replacing my concrete deck, re-plastering my pool and spa, upgrading my equipment and building me a waterfall with a slide attached ! What an Amazing finished product they provided ! My kids thought we hit the lottery !!! I cant believe we were able to afford this project, and we're having them back to restore our landscaping ! I would highly recommend Desert Springs to anyone planning pool or spa renovations !

In a time were you would think companies are looking to find jobs to keep there employees i had the worst experience this morning. I had a representative from desert springs pool come to my home . I would just say I had to ask him to leave . The manner in which this person talked to me as a customer was completely unexceptable. The disrespect and attitude was more he was doing me a favor of coming to give me a quote for my replastering my pool and tile work . I guess this company has some many jobs here in las vegas that they don't need worry how they talk and treat there customers. People are probably busting the door down to have them come and do there pool . Well I for one won't be treated this way .there are other companies that can do pool work and know common courtesy. So if you want to be treat with disrespect and can careless the way you are talked to this is the company for you ...again I told him to leave ...

Alan was absolutely Great, knowledgeable and caring. He was able to diagnose a problem with my in floor system within 20 minutes that had plagued everyone else for over a year because of incompetence of other pool companies. I have a very large complicated pool with 4 motors, he was able to figure it out inside and out within 15 minutes. Great job!!

Jesse is the field superintendent for the construction of our new pool and has been truly amazing. Jesse goes above and beyond in so many ways. He answers the phone every time we call with questions or concerns. He takes the time to fully explain everything! All the different crew’s from plumbing, electrical, concrete, tiling etc. truly have been wonderful. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Stopped by to get a quote for a pool. The guy came out later that week to measure and go over what we wanted done. Said to give him 3-4 days and he would get back to us and email the design. Two weeks later....no email, no phone call, nothing. If they can't get back to me with a design to take my $50k- 75k, how can i trust them once they have my money???

Not really sure of other people's experiences, but I called them for help with my pool and deck lights that kept leaking and popping the breaker. They fixed the problem quickly and very cost effective. I had not ever purchased anything from them before and although my purchase was very small (under $400) They treated me extremely well. I DO recommend them and was VERY impressed by the service and cost. I WILL be spending more money with them in the future.

We appreciate the service, both in our yard and pool. EXCELLENT workers, supervisors and quality work! We needed some creative ideas to spruce up the yard. Ed provided good ideas to beautify the area, save water. The yardmen are polite, timely and care about the job they are doing. Highly recommend this company. Oh! our pool man is wonderful too ! Hooray

Desert Springs Pool Maintenance Crew:
Your pool service leaves a lot to be desired.
Your staff is not honest and your service manager lacks serious skills. He is very condescending and protects his lying staff instead of conducting a proper investigation
to find out what really took place like an experienced manager does. We informed him of some dark marks or “burns” that were observed on the bottom of the pool...He never even came out to our home to see the burns on the brand new plaster, which this company also Installed. Instead, he sends someone else who did nothing. Extremely disappointing and disturbing how this company thinks they can get away with this. So folks, spread the word and don’t throw your money away with these people or they’ll rip you off like they did us.
