The customer service has declined over the past few months. Their responsiveness to existing customers has deteriorated. We expect more since this is our second pool with them. It's a minor repair but the communication has been awful. The vendor they work with does not communicate with you for setting up a date and time. They did show up out of the blue, one day, and we happened to be out of town. He was rude and used vulgarity, via our Ring doorbell because we wouldn't let him into our backyard. I have recommended several people over the years and a current neighbor. It seems like their current clients are their priority and not existing. Beware going forward. Desert Springs Renovation is 1 of 3 divisions of Desert Springs Pool and Spa. The owners name is Lyn. If they check their records better and talk to their Customer Service representative they will see we have a claim. I used this division since the other website didn't have a place for reviews. The address location is the same place we signed the contract for the design and landscaping. I'll be happy to update my claim once it is resolved. 30 days and counting...

After a tedious and very productive renovation, I would like to thank the crew at Desert Springs for a superb job. My old 80's pool was transformed into a new modern pool that is beautiful. The process took six months but people need to understand remodeling is not new construction. They have to rip up the pool first and then try to piece it back together. The owner was extremely knowledgable and scheduled the subs in a timely manner. I was amazed how many different people had to work on the pool. It's a big undertaking but I'm glad I did it and glad we chose them.

We're in the process of having a pool built. So far we have been nothing but please with Desert Springs. Chandler was our sales person and he did a great job figuring out a design based upon what we discussed. He was good about changing things for us. Brandon and Dan have been awesome to deal with. They have moved quickly and helped us make adjustments along the way. The pool isn't done yet but so far the experience has been better than I thought it would be. Great Job to Desert Springs!

My Pool was 18 years old and tired, it needed new plaster, painted faux rocks, pool lights and some deck need to be ripped out, replaced. I contracted Desert Springs Renovations and very happy that I did. First, the Bid came in on my budget and time frame; from start to finish took 6 weeks. Second the work preformed at each stage was excellent, and each crew that came out to do work were very professional and knowledgeable. Last and most important the Renovations Coordinator Starr did an amazing job, her communications with me were top notched, I always felt like I was in good hands. So Glad I used this company. They are an ALL-Star team.

I have used Desert Spring for Pool Maintenance ever since our pool was built. We have never had a problem! Our guy shows up every week and does a great job keeping our pool clean and crystal clear! I love that they also send a log of what chemicals were added as well as before and after pictures of every service. I highly recommend them if you need a pool maintenance company!

Desert Springs will absolutely not follow through on anything not in writing. I do think my pool came out fine. It works, but expect to do clean up on your own.

The excavation crew damaged my brick wall. The repair was to plaster it in a color that clearly identifies it is patched. But also leave all the scratches behind.

The plaster crew dumped out plaster in any space they felt it was appropriate, to include a wall and pavers. DS said they would clean it, that never happened.

I did appreciate our project manager, but simple texts of status would have been appreciated as we didn't know what was happening. They cut the buried coax line and never said anything. That left it up to us to find it. They will leave piles of rock in front of your driveway as well.

After telling them I didn't want to use their pool maintenance company I felt their instruction was rushed. I was even told to figure out where my pool cleaner hooks up myself. They didn't install the valve and that was on me. Easy, but they should have at least been able to tell me which nozzle.

My pool needed rehab and I chose Desert Springs Renovations. They had built our previous pool in Green Valley in 1994 and did excellent work, so I contacted them about our current pool's complicated remodel. Their bid was competitive, the work was professionally carried out, and I was very happy with the results. A minor problem occurred after the work was done and they stood behind their work and redid it. One of the best pool contractor experiences I've had over 3 pools. I also decided to use them for pool maintenance and have been super happy with the service, professionalism, and results.

My pool was done by Desert Springs Pool company three years ago and I use them for maintenance as well. It is professional company and the team assist the construction process well. The pool was completed on schedule with my expectation. I used them for maintenance. The maintenance guy Ray did a great job. The Warranty department Shelly is very responsible for something which need take care for the pool. They will send people quickly. Really appreciated the service provided by Desert Springs .

Wasted a lot of our time. Mark came out to bid on the job, kept saying he is sending bid this week, then next week, then "soon", then went MIA. Learn what professionalism is and then be a professional.

I recently had my backyard transformed by Kevan and his landscaping team. Kevan was a true professional—honest, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He provided a fantastic 3D rendering that helped me see exactly how the design would come together, making the planning process seamless and exciting.

Great company. Honest, hard working people. They do what is promised, price fairly, and take attention to detail seriously.

We have used desert eagle for years and would never use another landscaping company. They do amazing work and will leave your yard looking better than ever. They have resdesigned our backyard for us installing pavers and building a deck. I can’t recommend them enough.

Desert Eagle Landscaping was amazing! We were hoping to have our backyard completely re-landscaped for our daughters upcoming 2nd birthday party. They not only made time to accommodate our pressing deadline and finished extremely quick, but their work was flawless - and the price was unbeatable! They had to remove all of our old sod (and irrigation system), remove all of the old hedges, trees, and rose bushes in the planters and along the edging, grade our entire backyard (literally), put in a whole new irrigation system (including a new timer box in the garage), then re-sod 3/4 of the yard, install a lengthy 3' chain-link fence with a gate that protected the grass from our dogs and gave our daughter her own "safe space" to play with her friends, laid chat on the other 1/4 of the yard for our dogs to play... and probably much more that I'm leaving out. It really was a lot of work. I've been highly recommending Desert Eagle Landscaping to all of my friends and family. And now I highly recommend them to you too!

This is the 3rd time I've used Desert Eagle and I've been very pleased all three times. They listened to me, did what I asked and cleaned up my whole back yard, not just the area they worked on. I think their pricing is very good. I have recommended them to my friends. My jobs have been fairly small in size, but I was treated like I was a star customer. They show up on time, and that's important to me.

We cannot praise this company enough!! The owner, Edgar, cares about each projects and meets personally with the clients! He took our desires and designed a beautiful landscape for our very large front lawn! He showed us actual pictures of what it would look like upon completion not just a sketched rough draft. The team was courteous, honest and professional throughout the entire process. They showed up on time everyday and worked tirelessly The office staff was also very responsive. Whenever we had a question, they would put us in touch with Edgar or the project manager WIlly, and they would get back to us the same day and usually within minutes of our call. We are so pleased with the outcome, we will definitely be calling Distinctive Exteriors to complete our backyard design next spring!!
