We are almost finished with pool construction and can’t say enough about Edgewater and their professionalism throughout the process. From beginning to end, the communication was fantastic. Our questions were always answered quickly, we received email communication throughout to keep us updated and informed on the various stages of construction. All of the different crews were friendly and did a great job of cleaning up each day after their work was completed. We are so thankful to have had such a great experience, and know we will love the final product.

I love my new backyard! I was very pleased that upon completion, my yard and pool looked almost identical to the original plans/design I was given when I signed my contract. I believe all work was high quality and nothing was left undone; my only disappointment through the process was that it took longer than expected but it was worth the wait.

We had Edgewater service our pool weekly and then decided to add on to our pool. It is finally completed and we absolutely love it!! Edgewater was very professional and addressed any concerns we had as the project progressed. Ariadna in the office always replied to my emails and was always very friendly and helpful!! I would highly recommend Edgewater Pools to anyone!! They are simply the best!!!

It has been a pleasure working with Dan & the employees at Edgewater. Dan was very knowledgeable & helpful designing our pool within our budget. Edgewater worked hand in hand with our contractor/builder to coordinate the construction of our pool. Great communication between all parties. The pool install contractors Edgewater works with are top notch. Very attentive to detail, professional plus clean up after themselves! The pebble/plaster was completed this morning by some amazing talented guys and we are excited to see water going into the pool tomorrow!

Edgewater was incredibly efficient and organized in installing our customer pool. Once the project started they proactively scheduled various milestones to get it completed. Incredible company to work with and very professional.

Pool constructed on June 23 2021 three months later we have a completed project. The Edgewater team was outstanding from the design phase by Mike B we elected for a zero entry pool or beach entry with a BBQ Island & TV Wall. When looking at the pool design on the computer everything looked good. When the actual construction started they were concerned with the slope of the entry but with the Superintendent Marco who was always around we were able to walk through the concerns they had with the slope so we modified it to make it work much better. Marco was always around throughout the building process and found things that were not up to his standards as the work was progressing. He had it fixed prior to moving the project along. The communication from the office Melisa was outstanding, she would communicate each phase of the project with weekly emails. A very satisfied customer.

Edgewater provides a wonderful experience for their customers. From design to completion, we were kept well informed. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.

As we wait on one last detail, we have been very happy with EdgewaterPools and look forward to our first summer using it! Melisa was great at communicating with us and Rigo was out once a week to check on progress and update us. We love the addition to our backyard!

Edgewater totally transformed our very small backyard to be so enjoyable! We had just gravel and a concrete pad and we have now turf, pavers and some cute trees! It’s so inviting and lush and our new puppy loves every bit of it. Everyone at Edgewater was super friendly & professional and best of all - quick! I have built 3 pools and Edgewater is by far the best contractor I have ever used. Dan and his team were on top of everything. They hit the date they promised, modified a few things for me with no charge and the pool looks amazing. Would reccomend to anyone wanting a pool.

Our pool turned out better than we hoped. It took time to coordinate all the subs and to finally reach the end, but it was worth the wait. We had Edgewater Custom Pools build our pool in April 2019 in Mesquite, Nevada. It turned out absolutely amazing and is such a wow factor for our backyard. The quality of this pool is exceptional. They scheduled and gave me progress reports without fail. They are extremely professional and have made sure everything they did was to our satisfaction. This pool is life changing for us and I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering getting a pool. This is the second pool we had built by Edgewater. They do excellent work and will would certainly use them again if we ever build another pool. They work quickly and don't leave a mess. The pool, pergola, outdoor kitchen and landscaping looks exactly like the design we approved.

Edgewater Pools was wonderful to work with. It was such an easy process from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was professional and respectful. They were also very professional and great to work with. The only thing we were disappointed about was the tile on the back side of the spa. We didn’t know all 4 sides would not be tiled. Other than that I highly recommend Edgewater Custom Pools. From start to finish it was 7 weeks! We chose Edgewater because they came highly recommended to us by some friends who had just completed their pool a month prior. We also really liked that they could do the pool, landscape and outdoor kitchen together, which was very rare to find. Four months later with a finished project, choosing them was 100% the right decision. I can truly say the whole process went relatively smoothly. Dan was very patient with us with the designs and all the staff in the office and the workers have been exceptional. Marco, the project manager, always went above and beyond his duties. Nothing was ever impossible when it came to things we wanted to alter or add. The guys worked extremely hard and showed up bright and early everyday. They may not be the cheapest out there, but they have saved my husband and I months of headaches and misery, which to us is priceless.
