UPDATE: We’ve been in the house almost three months and the pool has been wonderful. Edgewater’s service is consistent and timely and any issues (and there have been few) are resolved as soon as possible. There technicians and administrative staff are friendly and efficient. I would recommend Edgewater and its services for anyone wanting to add a pool to their yard.

Thank you Edgewater Pools for getting our pool up and running. The design went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted. I’ll admit that having a pool built when we were 3200 miles away was difficult at times and Edgewater was attentive and answered our questions almost immediately.

Update as of 7/8/24. During the final stages of my pool build Edgewater was wanting a review. I did a review and provided a 3, which isn’t bad but not great. Which then caused a phone call from Dan one of the owners to call and scream at me for 8min. That I am a bad person because of my review. I was going to change it to a 1 after that call, however the pool wasn’t done and didn’t want to cause any more problems. Well as of today I tried to get my pool serviced and due to the 3 they will not service my pool. So I am changing the review to what it should have been originally after the owner calls and screams at you. Go read the yelp reviews and you will see the trend. I would not recommend them due to the services if there are any issues or concerns they will blame you. Due to a 3 review they hold you hostage.

March 2024 - As of today it isn’t fully finished. The guys at the job site were easy to deal with. The project manager on the job site was great. The communication from the office around scheduling, status, next steps was not good. If you are building a pool and don’t live there I would make sure you have some one that can be there within days. Or plan to have to delay or reschedule.
There is one main item left and my review could change if they don’t finish the job as they committed.

Edgewater did such a great job on our pool and landscaping! We literally called every pool company in the Las Vegas valley and Edgewater was the best and honest company. Jake offered us different design ideas that we didn't even think about that fit in our budget. Melissa was very responsive throughout the entire process which made us very comfortable. Everything happened in a timely matter and the communication was A+ status. A complete and honest company at its finest as well as kind and considerate employees and ownership. If I had to build a pool 10 times over, Edgewater would get the call every single time. The crew did an amazing job and were very respectful when working. Something you should know before you build your pool is caliche. Edgewater was very honest about finding caliche, and even though we encountered caliche, Edgewater was upfront and honest about how many hours would take to drill. Please please please take my review into consideration when looking for a pool company. Edgewater is the BEST!

Our experience with Edgewater Pools has been great! From start to finish, our project will end up taking a little over 3 months which is so much faster than anticipated. They not only did our pool, but our landscaping as well and we are very happy with both. Rigo, who managed our project from start to finish was awesome! Very responsive, professional and easy to work with. All the members of the crews were great, worked very hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. Ariadna in the office was always quick to respond and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend, especially if Rigo oversaw the project.

Edgewater Pools were on budget and schedule even through the COVD pandemic. They did our whole backyard, pool, patio cover, decking, BBQ island, and landscaping. The office was very good about letting us know as each phase was to be completed. Every construction crew was professional and friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day. After the pool was completed, Edgewater was really on top of it to finalize all the items on the punch list. Highly recommend them.

Edgewater was amazing. All of the crews were professional, helpful, and skilled. Any questions that needed answering, Adriana was quick to respond, helpful and kind. We will and have definitely recommended Edgewater to all our friends and neighbors. Thank you Dan and Mike for and an awesome experience.

My wife and I just moved into the Summerlin area. Edgewater Custom Pools built our pool and Edgewater did a fantastic job. We just love our pool. The entire process, which took about one year, as our home was being built, was seamless. From the first time we went to Edgewater's office to meet with Dan and his team, we were made to feel welcome. The team took the time to walk us through our design ideas, and then come up with a design, based on their professional experience, to give us the pool of our dreams. They went with us to a local nursery as well to help us pick out the various plants/trees for the landscaping they did around our property.

The final product is wonderful. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service. We were kept informed by Edgewater of their progress during the entire process. This was made even more important given that we were out of state as our home and pool were being built. The pool has exceeded out wildest expectations. Edgewater paid attention to detail and it shows in the final product. Also, their representative, who gave us the orientation on how the pool works was very patient and thorough.

We can honestly recommend Edgewater Custom Pools to anyone looking to have a quality pool built. Most importantly, you are not just a number to Dan and his team at Edgewater. The Edgewater team exceeded all expectations from start to finish. Starting with the owners Dan and Mike, to the administrative team and most importantly the the day to day supervisor Rupert and his team. We would highly recommend them for all of your pool and landscaping needs.

Edgewater built a great pool, patio, landscaping, fence, all on time as promised! The only downside was the salesman. The salesman would not supply a break down of the pricing. When I asked him for the breakdown or changes during the design phase he would get belligerent, therefore the design and equipment was not exactly what I wanted.

Edgewater Custom Pools is a fantastic company to work with when building your custom pool in the Clark County/Mesquite/Las Vegas area. I was highly impressed by their overall design, communication and support during all phases of the pool build and design process and their team is very knowledgeable. They were very attentive to my needs and the end result was amazing. I had them design/build a custom pool with full back yard landscaping, putting green and all final details. They knocked it out of the park and I highly recommend using them. They were there every day for two months and the process was very efficient. A+ all around and they stayed exactly on the projected budget/timeline. Great company!!

I've built 2 swimming pools using Edgewater, and honestly I price shopped each time. They were always very competitive. The amazing part is the speed of building a swimming pool. They were at least 2 months quicker than the next competitor said. I was hesitant with how fast they claimed they could build a swimming pool, but they hit their timeline perfectly! Very professional and great communication along the way. This is your company for swimming pools!

Edgewater pools in every phase exceeded our expectations. Their workmanship is the best. Their professionalism is great. Very easy to work with. The First of August we contacted Edgewater Pools after talking with 5 other Residence in our neighbor hood who used Edgewater. They (one of the owners) came out in less than a week and listened to what we wanted and 2 days later sent us a rendition of our pool in our backyard. It was everything both my wife and I asked for. It was a week later we gave Edgewater pools the go ahead to start. They made Permitting, HOA approval easy and submitted everything we needed. I was so impressed the Excavating crew who had tight quarters to work in. They were bilingual and made it easy to communicate. All Edgewater employees were amazing and cared about our pool. The superintendent was very helpful keeping me in the loop for what happens next. Our pool started excavation on August 12th and 6 weeks later we filled the pool. Hands off the the Owners of Edgewater as they stopped in and made sure quality was at the top. We were pleased with all of the Sub Contractors. I would Recommend Edgewater Pools to anyone, you won’t be disappointed. Dan and Mike Run a Great ship.

If you are looking to have your pool done, look no further this company is absolutely amazing, it definitely is family owned and operated. We had our pool designed during Covid and I have to say The process was fast and the employees were so friendly and educated. I have recommended this company to a friend of mine also and she was very very pleased.
