Claimed their website did not work and that my order didn’t go through. I could not get a hold of them over the phone. They finally emailed me to try their website 3 more times on separate occasions all resulting in errors. Then they send and charge me for 2 orders. When I try to return it, no one would contact me until I canceled payment.

Place an order but never got a confirmation or response of order placed. Have called repeatedly with no response to voice mail. Some extensions only put you back to the main menu. I called during business hours and some extension say to call back during hours of operation. I also sent an email (to which no response was given) and threatened to refuse the charge to my CC and have it considered fraud - still no response. If you have money to throw away, then do business with these pathetic losers. Otherwise, stay away!

The only way to contact them is by dialing 1 when you call them. All other extensions take you back to the main menu. They also do not respond to emails. I paid extra for fast shipping and will not receive my package until next week

Like others, this place was non-responsive to calls or email. They said the adapter was identical to the one for my product. It is not. Too large. Calls are for telemarketing messages only. A guy with foreign accent who answered when I eventually pressed 1 for a $100 rebate said I had the wrong number and hung up on me. Uh, no. They also wanted to sell roadside warranty, health insurance, and other products by pressing 1. Called 4 times over two days. After 30 seconds to a minute, even pressing 1 gets disconnected. This is a total scam. Avoid this if you truly want service or a product that fits. Very disreputable company.

La Mar is the man. An honest contractor and a genuine guy. He squeezed me into his very busy schedule and did a great job. I will use him for all of my low voltage needs.

If you need to replace your old outdated equipment, La Mar is the man. He is knowledgeable, troubleshoots, and provides on time installation of low voltage equipment and infrastructure. Call him to help you bring your home or business up to date. He did a great job.

Ceasar and his partner installed my TV’s in a quick and professional fashion , and finished the install in an hour, and fairly priced, talk about Over the Top these guys went way over the Top with the work they did, I would Highly recommend and wil use Ceasar and his crew for future Tv installs.

I’ve used Cesar’s services to mount and demount my TV’s 3 times now and he’s the best in Nevada at what he does. Got all 3 of my appointments I scheduled with him done in under 25-30 mins each time, and they came out perfect always. He’s very responsive and always works around your schedule to make sure the job gets done on your time. Look no further, schedule with Cesar ASAP. Will for sure be back for his services a 4th, 5th and even 6th time when I need it.

I will definitely call Over the Top Mounts again. They were running a little late and sent me a text to let me know which I really appreciated. We had 3 tvs mounted with wires hiding and electrical moved. Caesar and his partner worked fast and the job was clean and perfect for what we asked for.

Caesar was absolutely incredible. We had 4 tvs to mount, one was 85 inches. He mounted all 4 of them easily by himself, was friendly, professional, and very reasonable pricing compared to the competition. He came up with solutions for problems we encountered with stripped screws and also helped with electrical problems. Would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend

Cesar is very communicative and professional before he even arrives at your home… I had a long job with 5 TV mounts including moving electrical as well as an electric fireplace mount. Cesar was knowledgeable and worked fast without sacrificing quality. I also feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with placement and aesthetics which I appreciated. I called to get three outlets in different rooms moved up and two TVs mounted. Caesar arrived at 10:30am and finished around 12pm.
