Just would like everyone to know that Over The Top Mounts is a very efficient and affordable company. Cesar was able to mount my television on the same day! He explained everything in detail with a very positive attitude. Television looks great. Thank you so much!

I’ve hired Caesar for the last three years.

Initially, when you talk to him he presents himself as a very professional technician who does really good work; however, the last few times that I’ve hired him and once he’s actually in my home doing the work, his demeanor has been poor!

Whenever you have any questions about the placement of your mounts, or anything, he becomes extremely rude and argumentative.

He makes you feel like you’re “just a number or box” that he has to check off on his list.

Or even stupid if you ask clarifying questions about where the middle of your TV will end up after you choose the place for it to be mounted.

As a single women, I rely on the technicians that I hire to be the experts; presenting solutions and ideas to assist me in making good decisions about the work I’m paying them to do in my home.

It’s like he’s in such a hurry to get to the next job that when you have questions or want to try another option for the way your TV will be mounted, he becomes very impatient, speaks to you in a very demeaning tone, and just rude.

He even threatens you that he will charge extra if he simply has to move the mount 2-3 inches over or whatever (without the TV on it) like he’s hoping you’ll just settle for whatever.

I was extremely disappointed in the experience he provided.

I knew I could find much cheaper prices for mounting services, but felt it would be easier if I just continued to go with someone that had previously done work for me.

There is never an excuse to mistreat anyone especially people with disabilities.

For me, I have a brain injury.

The next time it could be someone else.

I sincerely doubt that he would have treated me this way had I had a male in my home.

I pray that my review causes Caesar to really think about what it means to be kind and provide great customer service if he intends on servicing others.

And although he apologized via text AFTER he left my home,(photo shown), I felt it was disingenuous & just his way of trying to ensure that I didn’t post a review.

Cesar and Jose came over same day. They were quick to respond and very professional. They mounted two TVs in under an hour. Super fast and ensured safety for my family by making sure everything was hung correctly and would not move off the wall. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after they mounted everything.

Recently moved to Vegas and needed my tv's mounted. Contacted several vendors including Over the Top Mounts. They were the best value, super responsive, & quick (came the following day). In addition, the technician went above and beyond for us. We were missing two HDMI cables and he was able to provide them at a good price. He advised us in placements of the TVs and worked around our furniture. Couldn't say anything better about them! I'd you're thinking of getting your TVs mounted do it with them!

Great experience with the installation of an outdoor tv. The staff was very professional and help me with the programming. Would highly recommend them.

Extremely fast. Came right away. Tv and wall look amazing. Caesar took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and worked properly. Would definitely recommend and most definitely will use again in the future.

Cesare and his associate were very fast, clean and efficient. They mounted two tvs one 75 in and the other 65 in within 35-40 minutes. They asked us where we wanted it placed and checked again before starting. You can tell he takes pride in his work especially since he’s been doing this for about 20 years! 10/10 recommend we will be using his company again. Thank you!

Ceasar came through and did a wonderful job! I was running late, I gave him a call and asked if we can reschedule last minute. He later came by to mount my tv and Xbox. He was in and out! He also cleaned up after his work! Definitely give him a call! Great Prices!
