Called to get a quote on my pool, was texting the service man to set up a time to come by, and he started texting me pictures of my backyard. He never asked me if it was OK to stop by, I wasn’t even home. he didn’t even knock, he just came into my backyard. My in-laws who are visiting were scared because there was a stranger walking around. Who does that? He also quoted me an insane price on a bunch of stuff that I know for certain that I don’t need and he wouldn’t know either unless he tested my water. Absolutely unprofessional, I would never use this company. Tell your employees that breaking and entering is a crime.

I am a pool owner and have used this pool service for the last 3 seasons. The quality of the chemical automation is great, they always come on time, and their rates are fair. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help with their pool.

This pool service came for swimming pool crack repair. I was blown away by how well they handled the whole process of fixing my pool. The pricing was very fair because it included a lifetime warranty on the repairs, and they came out in a very timely manner to get things done quickly.

I am currently still waiting for the guy to come. From 9-12 the appointment, it's 12:20 and not even a call. I called and they said he was on his way. Damn, at least call to say you are going to be late or something...

My name is Benjamin Ray and I had my carpets cleaned by this company yesterday and they were very unprofessional the receptionist and the management and to not tell their customers that they only take cash which I didn’t know because it will be my first time using them and also my last time I’m special needs with cerebral palsy so I was trying to explain to the management my situation because I don’t drive I take Uber or RTC Paratransit and never been so disrespected in all my life
I recommend not using this company
And they did not even give a receipt

Scheduled an appointment which they did not keep, claimed they call and no one was home… reality they are way expensive and unprofessional, tried giving them a chance but it’s not worth it.. I rather pay more for better service

receptionist was very disrespectful. hung up on me and when i tried to call back to ask about services she squeaked a squeaker in my ear and then refused to answer my call. never going to consider this place when i move to vegas next month!

moved out of my place and had to had the floors cleaned,
the guys did a great job and I was able to get my deposit back. I would for sure recommend them to all of my family!

I think these guy are professionals,Friendly and on time. am please with how they clean my 2 area rugs.Am Giving 4Star because I think you guys can improve by wearing a shoe bag over your shoe When Cleaning. Instead of stepping in the same place you just clean but overall👍🏼✨🤩

Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service that I received from Supreme Carpet Cleaning Company. My carpets look like New again!!! The staff was professional and on time. Will use them again.

No show!!!!!! I had an ETA tine of 2pm. I was home waiting. They never showed up. I moved my things to get the carpet cleaned. Please do not use them. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE:(
They say they knocked on the door. Lol. WOW. Please listen to me. Don’t use them.

When they came to my house they moved all the furniture i asked without even thinking twice. The guys were extremely professional and very nice! When it comes time to clean my carpets again I’m going to be calling them back!

Well, when I called them they quoted me $75 for 3bdrms but when they arrived they changed the price to $85 and after I disputed that because I felt they used a bait and switch tactic, but then because I had moved all my furniture and things out the way, I relented and decided to pay. However, the man left out and I thought he was going to get his cleaning equipment but he never returned.
