I have never had an issue with this company's end result of cleaning windows. However, I was a little surprised that they were unable to provide an estimated time due to their failure to provide a schedule for their crew.

3 guys came, we were sooooooooo impressed. Can't tell you what a great job they did. Super great customer service, cleaned inside and out price was reasonable. Work was exceptional.. 100 percent would call again!

Window Bright is a miracle! Quincy installed bug screens on three windows in my house so efficiently, affordably & professionally, I can’t believe it. And he was on-time and friendly. I will use this company until the end of time!

Just had my 2 story house windows and screens cleaned after being dirty for 2 years. These guys performed a magic trick for the windows were filthy and we could barely see outside but now they look brand new. I asked them what the magic solution was and they said if they told me they would have to charge me more money. 5***** to this company and the technicians

Quincy showed up and was very honest, open and upfront. Once I agreed on the work to be done he got started and left every window looking amazing. The price was extremely fair compared to other Companies I called. I totally recommend them and Quincy.

There were 3 men that cleaned my windows. They were polite, friendly and quick. My only complaint is that they were way behind schedule and the front office did not communicate with me. I had a 2 hour scheduled time and they were over 2 hours after that. I had to keep calling the office to get an update.

I've been having Window Bright, clean my windows and put up and take down my solar shades seasonally for the last few years, having bought a house they had regularly previously serviced. They're always punctual, professional and friendly. I have recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors as well.

The employee was great! That said I had simple questions about warranties etc pertaining to the typical “life-span”. I was not willing to say have this expense every 5 yrs etc. When I spoke with the lady at the office, she did not have an answer and said she would get back with me. By the end of that day I had not heard anything and then the “Owner” called and gave me the sales pitch talk about how I wouldn’t find another company that can offer this or do the job right away etc. When it came time to give my CC info I mentioned the 10% discount offer…..He then wanted to say I was already getting a good deal and truly made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. I stated that I did not ask for this, rather was offered by his employee. His professionalism and communication skills were for a lack of better words Very poor and definitely did not have a “customer service attitude”. If it wasn’t for the employee and his patience as well as explaining everything I would have gone with another company. After the job was done I had simply asked via text to the owner for clarification as the newly installed solar screen material was not as thick and durable as my previous so wanted more information. He said he was on his way to assess the situation. Luckily he brought his employee who did the work and he showed and explained the differences. Meanwhile, the owner stood at the end of my driveway being irrational and unprofessional making statements such as “I hope I never go to your medical facility” (as I had my scrubs on) and proceeded to yell “You are the worst customer I’ve ever had, I hope I never have to deal with you again”. Exact words and this was a grown man and business owner????? Definitely not a positive experience for me.

Window Bright Window Cleaning came out to my house today, they were on time, very courteous and did a great job!!!
I would recommend them to anyone.
While they’re at my house, cleaning my windows, they notice I had a lot of bird waste in the corner of Of my roof and recommended that I have my roof washed down And Solar Panels cleaned.

All employees have been fantastic and the work is fabulous as well! The receptionist will quickly give you a fair quote over the phone. You get a discount for signing up for quarterly cleaning, which I did. They always show up with a friendly smile and are very careful not to disturb or damage anything around the house or landscaping.

I'm preparing to sell my house, and dreaded cleaning the windows of my 2 story house. I tried contacting 2 different window cleaning services, and my calls weren't answered and no returned calls. I tried one more company, and had no expectations at all. I saw Window Bright had good ratings on one of the websites I was searching. Best call I ever made. EVER! They were so good. Professional staff, perfect results, efficient, and a good price for the work performed. Particularly noteworthy was the cleaning of window screens. I've cleaned them myself in the past, and it always seemed pointless. The never lookef good when I did it, and I assumed that they needed to be replaced. I was absolutely stunned. As I looked out the windows after the workers were done, I thought they forgot to put the screens back on! See attached pic. I should have taken a "before" pic. The difference is stunning.

This is going to be a regular service that I use from now on! Needless to say, I highly recommend Window Bright!!

Dave was incredibly professional and thorough on our carpets. We have a large staircase and he took deliberate intention to make them look like new even though they’re nearly 20 years old. Can not recommend higher. Best experience with carpet care ever. Price was incredible and the service was excellent. Would give 6 stars if I could!!!

If I could give these people a negative score I would. They call even after you request to get taken off of this list.

Called to make an appointment this morning. A man called me back and I asked what chemicals they used because I have animals in my home. The man rudely stated that it was too early in the morning to answer those type of questions and hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are rude and have no understanding of customer service. If I could give a zero I would!

I have been using A-1 Carpet Masters for about 3 years now. I will continue to use them because they are great. Very friendly honest prices and they do great work.

I have been using A-1 Carpet Masters for a few years. They are always on time and offer the greatest customer service. I have used them for carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and have them scheduled for furniture cleaning this week. A previous review states that these guys call them consistently, but it's a small family owned business and they do not call and "bug" customers for business. I believe that reviewer had the wrong company because these guys are 5 stars all the way!
