I called these guys regarding a spa equipment leak on June 29. They got in touch within an hour to schedule a visit and came on time, diagnosed the problem, went to get parts and came back to fix it on the same day - perfect diagnosis, simple explanation, perfect job and cleanup, and reasonably priced. Definitely will use these guys again.

Just switched to LPS recently. The provider we had for 20+ years left the area and I've been looking for a new good fit for the last couple years. I wanted a full service company and I am confident I've finally found it! Justin and the team was recently out here to drain, clean and fill the pool and it looks beautiful. I am very pleased with them!

Derek at Legend Pool Service has been maintaining our pool for years now. When we first bought the house, we tried to do it ourselves and the pool had so many problems we really hated it and considered filling it in. Since Legends took over the maintenance (weekly), we have had no issues and the pool is clean and clear all the time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My previous pool maintenance company sold me to a new company, and they didn't do a good job. My neighbor has a giant tree next to the fence that has something falling off it year around. I had pool maintenance companies telling me to call back once that tree is gone...

Offering excellent quality of service, communication, overall maintenance and repair knowledge, timeliness and pricing. Throughout the year you will receive helpful tips and techniques regarding your own pool service needs or general pool FYI messages/topics of information. They have continued to exceed our expectations and this is after 3 years of weekly pool service. They just now replaced my pool pump and did a fantastic job!

This company started cleaning my pool in October of 2023. My pool was green, and I was told they would do a green-to-clean process and shouldn't need to drain it. Unfortunately, this process did not work, and they ultimately had to drain my pool. At that time, they also put in new filters. It has been about 8 months, and my pool is already back to the point it was when they started maintenance. They have not cleaned the filters and say the reason my pool looks like this now is because I have yet to get a pool vacuum. I paid them more than any other company I have hired and received the worst service from them. I hate leaving a bad rating, but I have to be honest.

After giving up on the unfortunately quite bad pool servicing company that our pool builder had recommended to us, we decided to give Nearby Pool Service a try instead--and oh man, this has been a fantastic decision. The quality of their work is superb, and they're clearly committed to doing a good job and delivering quality results to their customers, not just skating by on the bare minimum.

If you're looking for a pool service company that will genuinely care for your pool and keep it in top notch condition, then these really are the guys you're looking for. Honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been using Nearby Pool Service since 2022. I found them after not having success with other pool maintenance companies. They are on time and have amazing communication. I love that they use the Pool Junction app so I can see what they do to my pool every visit. The team is also great with any questions I have about the pool.

I have had Nearby Pool Service for more than 6 months to service my in-ground hot tub and I have got to say they are an excellent choice. I have had some issues with other companies in the past and none have compared to them. I have had some issues with my hot tub as it's older and they have been super helpful getting the right information quickly.

They did a great job. Friendly, professional and great price. They even helped to check on my system to make sure all was well. I even felt good enough about them to refer my friends with pools to these guys. .

We have had our GIANT 1963 built difficult to manage pool serviced by Nearby Pools for years. After going through lots of other services who couldn’t manage it, we were SO happy to find them. They do an excellent job. They do repairs as needed. They communicate consistently and send updates after each service. We couldn’t be happier.
