I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was deserved.
I’m not a young person anymore, and having a clean home means a lot to me. The ladies who came were very polite, respectful, and patient. They didn’t rush, they paid attention to the little things, and my home felt fresh and peaceful again.

It’s hard to find people these days who take pride in their work, but you can tell they really care. I felt comfortable having them in my home, which is very important to me.

Good experience Nearby Pool Service. The representative Derek serviced our filter and also drained and refill. He demonstrated his experience with knowledge and communication with his work. I will be recommending Nearby pool.

Talk about responsive. We were so impressed with how quickly Derek was able to help us with our pool filters. And the quality of his work is top-notch. We also asked him to check out a couple of things and he was able to assess the need and make a spot-on recommendation. Also, when he noticed that we had a bunch of leaves on the bottom of the pool, he took the time to vacuum them up, even though he was called to only clean filters. That kind of “above and beyond” service is getting more and more rare. But we’ll be calling on Nearby Pool Service next time we have an issue arise. Great work!

Derek was SO helpful, professional, and communicated quickly with me. They have taken excellent care of the pool and have advised on on the right new equipment we needed at the right time. They are very easy to contact and have helped explain how to troubleshoot any issues we have had. And they are just really nice people.
