I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 3 pm. Nobody showed up. I called the company a couple of times and nobody answered. I got a call back from them at 6 p.m. saying that they missed a call from my number having no idea who called them. They said they wanted to reschedule for today at 3:30. At 3:10 I got a call from them saying that they're almost there. I told him I'm running about half hour behind because my roommate was supposed to meet them but they canceled again. With such planning, I don't know what to tell you about the quality of their service because I never had a chance to get it. However, they managed to waste enough of my time to leave a review

Very nice guys came to my apartment at the last second because the original company I booked cancelled on me. Did the work super fast, and left. Carpets look brand new. I would use them again if I needed to. They take only cash. No cards.

Very unprofessional didn't call to let me know they wasn't coming after wasting four hrs of my day waiting. Giving me a holiday special rate of $50 for my bedroom & living room (which are fully furnished) they changed the rate to $75 again w/o advising me. How do you give someone a holiday special & w/o notice change plans & rate?

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I called a few days ago for Supreme to come out and clean the carpets In my townhouse. When I got Covid a few months ago my dogs peed everywhere in my house. The dog Walker never showed and my house was a mess. I was embarrassed to even have guests over. Several other places quoted me around $300.

Supreme was on time and professional. They charged me a fraction of the cost. My carpets are clean and smell good finally! Cheaper than renting one of the cleaners at the store and the results are much better. I did that last time and I never will again! Thank you supreme! I’ll be calling you guys back in a few months to keep my carpets looking good!!!

called them on Thursday they came out Friday morning(1211/2020). The techs was Fernando and his partner they did a great job I didn’t realize how dirty the carpet was until they cleaned it. 100% recommend. The footprints was me after they finished but it looked fantastic. Very happy. The cost wasn’t very expensive as some other companies quoted me almost $100 more for the same work.

I made an appointment with them for 1 to 2 PM in the afternoon. They ended up knocking on my door at 8:20 AM waking up my newborn baby along with the rest of the household. My newborn wakes up repeatedly thru the night but usually completely rests between 8am and noon. When I told the guy that my appointment was for between 1pm and 2pm, he said, "Okay, no problem". He didn't speak English very well. At 1:45, i called their number a few times because no one showed and I couldn't reach anyone. The person that I had spoken to over the phone told me they would only accept cash payments. They are definitely being deceitful on their tax records. Long story short, no one showed up for the appointment time and no one answered calls afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The phone number to this business showed up written on a wood post on the inside of my porch that has a locked gate. This is extremely creepy and a terrible way to market if this is the purpose here. Stop entering people's private property!!

When I renewed my apt. lease early, they offered a choice of free window cleaning or free carpet cleaning. I chose the latter. I was told cleaner would come to my apt between noon and 4:30 pm on Wed. When no one showed up by 4:30 pm, I contacted my rental office, since I didn’t know what company was hired. I was told they were running behind but should be at my apt within the hour. At 7:15 pm, a young man appeared at my door- apologized for the lateness and was prepared to clean my carpet. I happily welcomed him, realizing, he was determined to complete his job. About 30 min. he had completed cleaning and my carped looked awesome! I am sorry I did not ask his name because I genuinely appreciated his determination to finish the job. What I am trying to point out is Supreme Carpet Cleaning follows through. Each cleaning job they performed, they did a thorough job, even though it put them behind. They completed all the appointments scheduled, even though it meant working longer shifts. Thank you Supreme Caroet Cleaning❣️
