Dude was outgoing, he was supper funny.he even helped me make a video before packing up all his equipment I’d love to hang with this young man he was just all around awesome 👏🏾 he got my carpet cleaned and it was fast 💨 we just moved in and previous owners left 🐱 hair and pee all through the house 🏡 he got rid of all that plus the smell no hesitation I’ll use his services again thank you champ

Premium service was provided by both the technicians as well as the office personnel. I called for service and was given the first available appointment on the very next business day. I received confirmation emails immediately upon placing the service order, and upon service completion. I would welcome these guys into my home anytime.

Andrew is the best if the best I would give this company 100⭐️s if I was able he responded promptly when I messaged him there’s no hidden fees he was here at tge time he said and best part made my area rug look brand new again ! I will definitely use him again

This guy is really "the rug doctor"!
Talk about bringing " life back into my carpets".
I have used several other carpet companies over the past 11 yrs, because of the 5 room specail they offer.
I have no where near 5 rooms.
I have 1 living room, 1 entryway, and a staircase of 14 stairs. (I will let you in on a little secret, I never paid close to their special price. Ever!! )
I am well aware my carpets need to be replaced but, as a working woman we tend to push that idea under the rug, if you know what I mean. lol
What I really like about the Steam Team company is they have great customer service, which is #1 for me.
I set my appointment.
He called me to let me know when he was in route to my house.
Once he arrived, he listened very closely to my concerns, and trust me I had plenty.
Andrew let me rant about the other companies then with compassion and understanding, he reassured me that he will, get my carpets looking clean again.
And his promise was kept.
I was impressed with three major things the Steam Team offered me, which made me feel, I needed too rate this company.
#1 Great customer service.
#2 Quality of work.
#3 Promises kept. ( my carpets looked beautiful and dried within 4 hrs )

This company was referred to me by a # of folks on a neighborhood Facebook page in which I belong. I've not been steered wrong yet! A family owned & operated company that takes pride in their work. The 2 person team that came out were beyond accommodating. The results were great! I'm so so please. They are coming back to clean & reseal my marble floors.. Also hoping that my outside tiled floors can be done too.
Top notch! Oh... almost forgot! The VALUE is amazing! They will definitely be on my quarterly cleaning rotation.

They did a great job cleaning my grout. I feel like I have a whole new house. I couldn’t believe with all their good reviews and how good they are that they were available the next day! The two guys that did the job were very nice. Of all the 15 places I called, they were the cheapest by a landslide.

The steam team is very responsive with phone calls and text messages. I have old dogs that need extra care and don’t have time to make it to the bathroom and every time I need a quick cleaning they are just one call away. The work is very professional and they make sure to take all precautions. Very nice people. Will work with them again! Satisfied customer as always.

I decided after 10 years of living in my apartment it was time to get the carpets and tile cleaned . Going with the steam team was the best decision I could have made! I’ve dealt with other companies in the past for other‘s homes which has made me weary of using these types of services for my own , but compared to them the steam team was tremendous. Not only was the communication while both Setting up my appointment and when they arrived incredible but the job they did highly surpassed my expectations . My family Was astonished when they came home to see the results definitely using them again .

I needed a carpet cleaning for an apartment I was vacating and I gotta say that I was very happy with the level of service and value I received. My 4 bedroom 2 floor condo looks like it has brand new carpet again. The price was very reasonable and I absolutely recommend this company.

They are very professional in doing there job . They were on time and cleaned my carpets and my tile. I have never seen my carpets or tile so clean even when we moved to this house the carpets and tile were never this clean and it was built brand new and they were so quick.Chris was so professional with cleaning and on time like they said they would be. I would recommend them to everyone and that says a lot coming from me.

I had them out to clean the floors in our office (carpet), shop (concrete/epoxy) and restrooms (tile). They were on time (early even), professional and so much cheaper than everyone else we called. Cheap does NOT mean poor quality in their case. Electronic appointment reminders were nice, as was the no pressure sales. No one at the office thought the carpet stains would come out, but they are gone! The shop floor, like night and day. The tile looks better than the day we moved in. Will definitely call them again.
