Had a great experience with The Steam Team. Chris was very nice, responded very quick and scheduled me for the text morning. He was there on time and did an amazing job. I’d recommend 💯✅

Absolutely outstanding work! I was about ready to call the national steam cleaning company that I had used before. My wife suggested I call The Steam Team. While his price for carpets was similar, his price to clean our sectional couch and four upholstered stools was substantially lower.
We have light-colored grout throughout our house. I had moved an area rug and saw that over the past 3+ years the grout had become much darker. After Brian was done, it was impossible to see where the area rug had been. The grout everywhere in the house looked like new.
His attention to detail on our large sectional couch and the four rooms of carpet we asked him to clean was exceptional. He even moved the furniture and cleaned under all five recliners.
Brian was here for nine hours on Sunday and was back at about 8:30 Monday morning, working for about four more hours to finish up.
I really can't find the words to say how pleased I am with results. I wish I had before pictures to post to show how incredible the work was.

These guys service was excellent… The floors look new again and I can’t recommend them more. They were very polite and on time.

Fantastic work, great communication, and punctual. We bought a house and wanted to have tile and grout deep cleaned and sealed, and carpets deep cleaned before moving in. Chris was easy to get in touch with, was on time, and the results are amazing. The estimate was transparent and fair. Would recommend!

Great communication and easy to schedule. Made my carpet feel fresh and new again after some wear and tear from my dogs. 100% recommended and will use again in the future!

Becareful if your driving next to one of their cars they tried to turn with NO signal and almost caused a crash

Brian was great and we will continue to use his company for carpet cleaning. We learned about them during a remediation in one of our bedrooms for a burst water heater. This time was for a standard whole house carpet cleaning. Brian was on time and even texted to say that he finished his last job early so we got started sooner than we expected which was awesome. Brian worked cleanly and professionally and was done in no time. It has been 5 days and the carpets look wonderful. My only regret is that we waited so long to reach out to 24/7 Carpet and Floor Care. Highly recommend!

I had a tenant move out, and new tenant moving in rather quickly. Brian actually accomodated us to fit me in his schedule, because the tenant was moving in on such short notice.

I've used Brian's company twice now, and will definitely keep using his services. I actually used another company before, and they left our carpet sopping wet and still dirty.

What he quotes over the phone is what he charges. You know how that goes.

The quality of the cleaning was excellent, especially as our carpet is a lighter cream color.

Great experience with 24/7. Brian completed cleaning carpets in four rooms and large hallways in 90 minutes. The carpet looks literally brand new due to his efforts. Price quoted is very comparable to other cleaners in the area. Highly recommend 24/7 for any carpet, wood or tile cleaning. You won't be disappointed.

We had maids come a month ago and they did an amazing job! This time around we had two diff maids come.7/30/20.. used my products and didn’t even ask... lady upstairs was in my bathroom cleaning it for 1 hr 45 min.. didn’t even do the shower or mirror. My bathroom isn’t a mess at all and for her to spend almost 2 of the 3 hours they have to clean in our bathroom is ridiculous. They didn’t even get to do my two boys room bc she spend 3 hours doing two bathrooms. Extremely disappointed and will not use this cleaning company again. My house didn’t even smell clean after!!! If your going to have a cleaning company please provide these ladies with their own cleaning supplies, vacuum, broom, etc. my vacuum and broom were used as well as a few cleaning supplies that they snooped for.
