I’ve a condo in Las Vegas that I needed cleaned quickly, particularly the carpet in the bedroom that had a significant stain on it. They gave me a same day appointment & did a great job cleaning :). The stain on the carpet is completely gone! And the rest of the cleaning around the condo was very well done as well.
They also worked with me on giving a price point that felt reasonable to me.
And I really appreciated their sending me before and after pictures since I’m in Los Angeles and as such needed extra help to determine what needed to be done and that it was done well. Thank so much!

Bartolo came to clean our carpets and did an excellent job. It came out better than expected, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company over some of the others who seem to be more focused on making money than providing a good service. This company is honest and they did exactly what was promised.

Arrived inside appointment window with updates of arrival. Clean & neat professional appearance. Worked quickly and neatly. Minimal inconvenience. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend & use services again.

My carpet was extremely dirty plus dog stains. The carpet was older and at this time it looks brand new. Bartolo did a fabulous job. I will use you again and ask for Bartolo only.

Appreciate the job well done by Abraham. It was terrific that the day after moving my furniture into my new place from storage, seeing that my couch and matching chair had gotten so filthy, that I was able to make an appointment online that night for the next morning.

This is my second time using this company and they didn’t disappoint again. I had them clean my sectional and they brought it back new. 5 years of dirt gone in 2 hours. Definitely book an appointment and be satisfied with the results.

All the spots came back. It was still wet in some spots the next morning. I texted the company and other response and it been 4hrs and not sure about the so called steam looked just like they did years ago with spraying water and sacking it up.

I had a really great exparents with Vin and his co.Worker.
Both were very professional and friendly. They showed up on time.
They did an amazing job of spot cleaning my traffic areas and spots that I had on my light color carpet. And the steam cleaning was very effective and left.The whole house smelling fresh and clean.

The guy who came to clean my carpets was amazing, fast, and did an amazing job in less the 45 mins . I was worried it would take long and I'd be late to get my kids from school, but nope he got it done with time to spare . I was shocked, very happy with the job. It smells fresh and I got the dog odor sanitizer and it made all the oder go away ❤️ price was great, I will definitely have them back . It was a great experience.

I have always used Real Steamers with three houses I have owned. A long time friend of the family referred them and I have never looked any where else. They do an amazing job with carpet and upholstery. I have stayed with using them over four years and will continue to only use Real Steamers

Bartolo was very professional, prompt and excellent service. Didn't think there was hope for the white carpet we were dealing with. But he did amazing

I had my carpets professionally cleaned a few days ago, and unfortunately the service did not meet my expectations. After the cleaning was completed, there were still visible pet urine stains throughout the carpet. The technicians were in and out in approximately 20 minutes, which did not seem sufficient given the condition of the carpets.

I contacted the company to address my concerns and was informed that the manager would be available on Monday. When I called back on Monday, I was not allowed to speak with the owner or manager and was told someone would return my call. I never received a call back.

Additionally, the company refused to come back to the home to re-clean the affected areas or offer any further resolution. Overall, the lack of thorough service and poor follow-up customer support was very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The house still smelt like pee. Waste of $150 . They were also an hour late. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Customer service was poor. They actually told me to lower my voice when I was just being stern. Upset customer and they had just told me they can’t do anything. Also said “what do you want me to do fire them”
I said no just make it right.
I had everything moved out of their way. My house is very small . They were in and out way too quick and unfortunately I had to leave for work. My mom saw them out but is partially blind.

Bartolo was punctual and professional, taking the time to answer my questions and explain the process. The living room carpet looks much cleaner, and the minor repair blends in seamlessly. Overall, it was a smooth experience with excellent results. Definitely considering them for future installations.

I have them come in once a month since I work too much lately to reinforce training with my puppy, I love this service, they are super kind and convenient, as well as flexible and considerate! It’s fast, fairly priced, and my carpet leaves my apartment smelling amazing. The best part, they COME TO YOU! I love it here, 10/10. Ask for Bartolo, he’ll get you right.
