I'd recommend Perfect Pool Service to anyone. They've always been professional and prompt with any service and repairs I've needed for my pool. Their communication is great and I've been very satisfied with them.

I signed up for their services earlier this year, during which time their service has left much to be desired. The service person showed up sporadically, and when they did show up, the work done was spotty and left the chemistry in my pool out of balance. Despite my request to cancel their services (or rather, lack of), my credit card was still charged!! Please avoid this company!

Perfect Pool Service has been caring for my pool for many years. They do excellent work, have very nice team members and send me weekly photos of my perfectly clean pool they are truly second to none!

I hired these guys to acid wash the calcium off my tile walls, and they drained my pool, and cleaned only the bottom and under waterline. They didn't even spray the tiles. I complained when they were done, and Freddy argued with me, and hung up on me at the end and charged me $500 for 2 hours of work, and a rude response. Very unprofessional! I'd never hire them again!

I have been through several pool companies in the past 4 years. Perfect Pool Service is without a doubt the best, and only pool service I recommend. They truly provide peace of mind; something I haven't had in a long time.

Amazing pool service company!!. Always reliable and truthful. They are always on time for every scheduled maintenance. First pool company in Vegas that actually takes the time to do a great job and always keeps in constant communication with their clients. The best in town!!!

They have ruined the bottom of my pool. Did not complete contract i paid for. Never have come out to maintenence and did not check my filters. Came in and out so fast did not do a goid job. Wont return my calls. Owner is mia all the time messages are full. Non responsive. I paid the contract with guarentee work would be done. NOT

I wish I could give them a good rating. But the damage to my pool says otherwise. Put an unfathomable amount of chlorine in my pool to the point it’s all I could smell.
This cost a lot of money to fix and whilst I was trying to fix this my equipment was also damaged.
They were also continuously charging my card on file even though they weren’t doing any work.
Terrible service, terrible company.

Josh is exceptional! On time, thorough, and very professional. We just re-upped after selling our last home, and then building a new one with a new pool. Josh is the only guy we trust.

They charge my credit card for service before they even service the pool. The tech. never even shows up. He leaves a lame excuse to the company. Last week he reported that the gate was locked. I do not even have a lock. Right now the pool is so bad it is brown!!!!!!!! and stinks. He never shows up and always has an excuse why. I called and I am told that he showed up- I have been home all day staying way from work and losing pay to see him not show up. My pool is BROWN IN COLOR AND STINKS. In this hot weather we would like to swim but the pool is a swamp. Lord knows what it is going to cost to fix this by another company. Floating leaf's etc.. There is standing dirt in the spa. That is how this company cleans pools.

We have been using Perfect Pool Service for over 5 years and have been very pleased with their work. Their technicians are friendly and efficient, and the owners are quick to respond and resolve any problems that arise.

Initial contacts professional, the first 3 weeks were marginal at best, obvious pool wasn't vacuumed, camera showed only tile line was brushed and not the sidewalls, they added a ton of chlorine, way over shock levels, left the gate open one week. On the 4th week the tech didn't even show up, my wife was home and I have cameras on front / side / and back of house. I called and left 2 voicemails to cancel service last week. Appears to me they've taken on more accounts than their staff can manage.

Perfect pool service shows up and gets the job done! My pool is always sparkling blue when they’re finished. Highly recommended! Ask for Josh to be your cleaner he is the best one!

I’ve been with perfect pool service for over a year now. Ive been very pleased with their work. I like how they take a picture of the pool once it is cleaned and then they send it to via phone. I have recommended them to my friends and Family.

This is a new pool service we just started using this summer and so far they have been terrible our pool stays clean for maybe 5 days and starts turning minty with debris on the bottom of the pool. They told us our pump was too small for the size of the pool. We never have had a problem before. Why did our leasing agent switch pool services? Please take me back to Dimarco Pool Service!

We switched to Perfect Pool Service a few months ago and have been extremely pleased. They are slightly higher than our previous company but definitely worth it. I love getting a photo texted to me after their visit. Looking forward to a long relationship with this company.

After being with this company for almost 2 years (we did have a few glitches) they informed me they need to do a special treatment due to the winds we had. The cost of this is $350, but I get it for the discounted rate of $250. If I don’t get the service they will not continue to service my pool. I have never heard of such a thing. They have fired me as a client for refusing a service I don’t feel I need. BEWARE

Disappointing. Signed up in February for bi-weekly service at a certain price through April, at which point it was supposed to move to weekly service for the summer season. Right before April received an email stating ‘chemicals have gone up in price so you need to pay an extra $30/month. Or we will give you enough chemicals for two weeks’ which didn’t make much sense. Regardless, continued service for a little while longer giving them benefit of the doubt as things are crazy all over. Then came more issues:
Pool techs did not spend time sweeping pool or vacuuming, there was always a layer of dust on the bottom of the pool that I had to take care of myself
Left backyard gate propped open despite being aware of dogs on property
Final visit, didn’t leave any chemicals when they had completely run out, leaving me to buy my own chlorine and acid
I tried calling to get them to make things right or at least get a call back from manager/owner, but was never responded to. Told them to cancel service in May, and they proceeded to charge my CC for June service. Now I’m forced to dispute this with the credit card company because I’m not confident anyone at this company cares.

Completely satisfied with Perfect Pool Service. We have used this company for quite sometime and they have always been reliable and thorough. It is nice to have one less worry knowing that Perfect Pool will take care of cleaning and maintaining the pool every week and promptly take care of any issues that arise with my equipment.
