Absolutely useless, unprofessional, quote differ from an actual price. ASLO He charged me upfront whole amount!! I have never paid upfront for any service. Small hallway and stairs plus a small 7x9 rug cost me 120.00 it took him less than 15 min to do. Upstairs only dirty spot was cleaned and nothing else!!

BEST carpet cleaning company in Vegas hands down. They are very flexible with our schedule and clean my carpet with pet stains for a resonable price.The technician was very professional and even moved my furniture.

These cleaners were great. Runners on the stairs hadn't been cleaned in years and now they look great. They carefully removed a few tricky stains. Had an issue with one of the carpets being too crusty after the cleaning, but they came back quickly and fixed the problem. I would definitely use them again.

Unprofessional and discourteous company. My appointment was between 2-4. At 3 I called and the phone answering service said they would be here "When they finish their job in 30-45 minutes". Called twice again at again at 4 and 4:30 and got the same reply. At 5 I called to cancel. Took time off work and had to pay daycare overtime because they never showed up. I would not recommend Genesis Carpet Cleaning.

I called to have my two carpeted bedrooms cleaned. They told me they had a special for two rooms for only $59. I said wow and scheduled them for the following morning. He set up cleaned a small box and said this is what it looks like, I clean it for $259! WHAT?!? I said no, I was told $60. He then called his office and was able to $159. I said no, its $60. That’s what I was told. He said $60 is just for steam. I let him do that. It did absolutely nothing but wet my carpet LOL. It didn’t vacuum or clean anything. Most pointless money I’ve ever spent. Now I have to call and hire someone else. If I would have been told over the phone at scheduling that it would be $159, I would have paid it. I’m not in to this bait and switch con, and I’m not giving you anymore of my money. I had planned to get a quote for my entire house for all the tile while they were here, but I will be going with another company. 6/23/19

GCC did an excellent job. Very friendly and a hard working team of cleaners. I thought our carpet was on its last legs and was in pretty bad shape but these cleaners were able to remove stains that I would have thought to be impossible to remove. A service well worth the money.

Omar and Henry did a great job cleaning the carpets in the home I just purchased getting rid of all traces of the previous owners! A must for move in or outs! It feels clean and smells good! I love it. And they were very friendly!

I must say that this is by far the most efficient carpet cleaning company I have ever used the prices are so reasonable and the technician named Arvin that came out was so considerate let alone recommended us something that made my carpet look almost like new, I highly recommend them for my family and friends also for anyone looking into have a good and honest job done. If you need a professional carpet cleaner that can get out almost any carpet stain, you won't be disappointed if you call Genesis Carpet Cleaning service. I have been using them for about three years and would not use anyone else. The service is impeccable. Their sales rep is always very professional and gets the job done. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid this company. They did not do a great job, I could have done better. They have affordable prices but when they come out to ”inspect your carpet” to make suggestions they add on. So I paid $129 for two apartment bedroom ”deep cleaning” they left the carpet soggy took over two days to dry and my son room still smelled. They tell you 30 days guarantee, so I asked to redo and they have rescheduled about 3x. So here I go moving things to be ready for them to reschedule, it's been frustrating. I don't recommend them due to poor customer service and misleading advertisement.

Honest review:

I was given a quote of $79 for steam deep cleaning for four rooms by Alice over the phone. Stated technician, Eli, will be at my place 2pm - 4pm. Tech came on time at 3pm. I told him the price I’m going to pay for the four rooms and he agreed. Later he shows me the difference between a deep clean with enzymes (definitely better) vs regular steam deep clean. Obviously an up sell tactic. Now that cost to change it to enzymes is $229. I obviously said no to the up sell and the guy had an attitude about it. I didn’t feel comfortable working with them any longer so I said let’s just cancel before he did anything else. Now, they said cancellation charge is $39. I can’t cancel now because of that hidden cancellation charge. Seriously, the work done is less than half an hour to vacuum 4 rooms with a wet vac.. $79 for half an hour of work that doesn’t even take out the stains. They have false advertising, rude, and if you want to cancel, you can’t because they will charge you for it. I am not doing business with them and I highly advise whoever is reading this does the same. I will be talking to the owner of the company, Nathan.

Very pleased with Genesis Carpet Cleaning service. We have now had them in twice to clean our living room carpet and two rugs. They provide a neat and clean service and now my carpets look awesomely clean, thanks to them. The cleaners are excellent and they take pride in their work. I will use them in future for sure.

I had a great experience with Genesis Carpet Cleaning service. We were getting ready to move and wanted to freshen up the place a bit, so we had them come to scrub the carpets. The cleaners were very friendly and courteous and they worked quickly and efficiently, moving a few items as needed. I am quite satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommended.

This carpet care team did another wall-to-wall cleaning in our apartment and their work was just as great as the first time we called them a few years ago. They were meticulous and our carpet looks excellent now. It's nice to do business with hardworking companies such as this great carpet cleaning service.

The cleaners from GCC did such a thorough job, it made a lot of difference. They were very professional, called before coming, arrived on time and were very reasonably priced. These service men are great. From scheduling through getting the job done they were professional, friendly and helpful. They were upfront with what the situation required, what I could expect and what they recommended. I am delighted looking at my cleaned carpets and will certainly call them again.

I have yet to find a decent carpet cleaning company. This company had good reviews so I thought the service would be fair. When I called to get a quote, the woman I spoke to seemed courteous and knowledgeable. She gave me fair quote and I booked the appointment. The technician showed up on time, but it was only one guy. He then gave me a different quote which was double my previous quote. I understand that a quote isn’t exact but double seemed extreme. I expressed my confusion and was told about the difference between “deep cleaning” and shampooing (both of which were priced much more than what I was quoted so I guess I was quoted fo basic vacuuming?). My schedule is so difficult, I reluctantly agreed to the price because I had taken off work for it. Then when tech was done he quickly tried to get me to sign and pay, so he could leave. I refused until I saw his work. I’m glad I did because NONE of the stains in my carpet were removed. I understand that not all stains are removable, but he got none of them out and wasn’t even going to mention what he was not able to accomplish. The service was unprofessional, overpriced, and substandard. I would not recommend.
