They were able to fit me into their schedule as soon as I called them. Their cleaners arrived promptly and on time and were ready to work. They did a brief walk through of our home and described in detail what They were going to do. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable.. I will definitely use them again in the near future as well as refer them to friends looking for carpet cleaning service.

Genesis Carpet Cleaning service has another loyal customer. I reached out to them a few days ago and received a quick response and price quote that was honored. The cleaning team arrived on time and did a deep clean of the stained carpet. The cleaners were efficient, courteous and professional. I am thrilled with the results and will be hiring them again in the future.

I have dealt with multiple carpet cleaning companies over the years, and this by far is the most professional, organized company I have encountered yet they are efficient! They were recommended by my co-worker. The tech I dealt with is awesome, Omar has great sense of humor and positive attitude, he got to work on my 1300 ft square home ( 4 bedrooms & my living room ) & he finished in less then two hours! Scheduling was smooth! I called last Friday ( black Friday) around noon and they were able to squeeze me in that Saturday! I'm not big on writing reviews, however this company performed an exceptionally high quality of work in my home, and they deserve some recognition.

They call when they are on their way, no extra charges and their cleaners who came to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. My carpet now looks great and they provide good honest service. The cleaning team was awesome. Seamless booking process and did an amazing job. I had a couple of dirt stains on a newly purchased carpet and he got the stains right out. I would highly recommend their services and the price is quite reasonable. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They made efforts to protect my hardwood floors without being asked and that was a really nice plus as compared to my previous carpet cleaning experience with different company. My carpets were thoroughly washed and cleaned and they now look in fine condition. I highly recommend them.

This is a great company, super friendly and quick. I called a day before to make an appointment and they fit me in for the next day. They cleaned my four carpets for a reasonable price.They did their best to keep the cleaning area clean. I will definitely using them again.

I had a great experience with this company, I was in search of a carpet cleaner and came across Genesis and do not regret choosing them for the job. I called in for an inquiry and was immediately connected with Sunshine. She was very helpful and answered any and every question I had. I scheduled an appt and everything ran smoothly. They were punctual and the quality of service was great, I will definitely be using them again.

We told the exactly what we needed done on the phone and they quoted us $85.00. When they got here they tried to jack the price up to $250.00. We ended up paying $150.00. They were here for only a few minutes working and then they DUMPED THIER WASTE TANK for the day in the street in front of our house. When I called to complain, they started yelling at me and hung up.

We Hired Genesis Carpet & Upholstery to clean a Sofa and Love Seat and clean the Fringe on two area carpets. Today the Sofa and Love seat look like Zebra's. The Fringe was to be bleach white I attempt to brush out the stripes with a soft brush without success, the same for the fringe on the rugs. When we called this morning, all they said this is normal and the stripes will disappear over time. See Photo

In our discussion with Genesis (Nathan), He was not happy about our review about the quality of work. Nathan said that they have a 30 day warranty and were going to come back to fix the issues. Soon after he texted my Wife, that they were not going to honor the warranty unless we changed our review. IF GENESIS CORRECTS THE PROBLEM. I WILL add ADDENDUM to the review
