When I brought my rugs to Smith's, they were in pretty rough shape. Bad traffic patterns and my dog didn't help the situation ;-). I picked my rugs up today and they look brand new! Pete and his team were polite, informative, and provided updates through the process. I would recommend Smith's any day of the week!

Mr. Peter Smith, owner of Smith’s Fine Rug Cleaning is an expert. I took him a wool rug I had for more than twenty years and he removed the rust spots. No other rug cleaning was able to remove the spots. The rug looked new when I picked it up.
From late November to Christmas holidays I took five more rugs for cleaning. They all came beautifully clean. He even accommodated my request to clean a Christmas rug in less than a week before Christmas. On top of that he even delivered the rugs on Wednesday before Christmas. The cost is figured by the size of the rug.
Mr Smith uses the European method of cleaning that we had seen in Turkey. I give Smith’s Fine Rug Cleaning and the entire staff ***** 5 stars for knowing how to clean rugs and ***** 5 stars for courtesy and professionalism. THE BEST!!

Smiths Fine Rug Cleaning--formery Oriental Carpet Cleaning--is the only company to whom we have entrusted our wool area carpet for nearly 8 years. The oriental patterned rug received excellent cleaning and care in this area of new construction with its dusty, dry climate. We were able to purchase a pad from the company when it became necessary. The delivery men are are very careful, helpful and polite. We highly recommend them.

A year ago I purchased handmade silk turkish rug from someone representing a company I had purchased a Hereke rug from in Turkey. Unfortunately my new puppy had an accident on my silk rug. I knew it would need special cleaning and researched online information and reviews on who in Las Vegas could handle a delicate rug. I contacted Smith's Fine Rug Cleaning and they sent Ron out to pick it up as it was way too large for me to handle. The owner, Pete, called me to deliver some bad news. My handmade silk rug is mostly viscose, a cheap cellulose/rayon. Not only that it is prone to running when wet making cleaning very difficult. Pete offered to clean it or to send my rug to a company in Denver, Robert Mann Oriental Rugs, that he felt could handle cleaning without damaging the rug, so that's what we did. Upon completion they sent the rug back to Smith's. Robert Mann did a good job of cleaning it except for one area that still showed some stain. Pete said he'd try peroxide plus some focused light to treat it but it would be a risk, Given how I had been screwed by the rug merchant on the purchase of this fake rug I though the risk was minimal. Ron delivered my cleaned rug from Smith's the next day and it is spotless. I was really thrilled. I can tell you that Pete Smith, his employees and his company are outstanding. They are professional, talented, honest and caring. You will never find a more capable or dedicated company to handle your fine rug cleaning, authentic or fake. They are the best.

I randomly found this company online. They answered the phone with courteous. Literally was able to schedule pick up the next day. My rug 9x7 was cleaned in less than 7 days. Looks great and fresh again. Delivery was great and only $40 extra dollars to pick up and deliver. What a deal. I now have a trusted rug cleaning company..

What an amazing company! Smith’s is the only company in Las Vegas that picks up and delivers area rugs after thoroughly cleaning and drying them at their facilities. My 12-year-old area rugs look brand new, and the delivery team of Ron and Alex made sure all of my furniture was put back where it belonged. Pete and his team are exceptional! My Karastan rug was cleaned impeccably and looks like new. Their attention to detail and flexibility for pick up and drop off are above and beyond for customer service. The delivery team made sure the placement was perfect. They really focused on making sure all the furniture setup was done correctly after the rug and pad were in place. The attention to detail and followup are incredible. I highly recommend their services.
