This is the second time I've used Smiths Fine Rugs and I'll use them again. My senior dog had a major accident on a pale blue/grey rug and it needed professional cleaning. Smiths collected and returned the rug as good as new and even helped us trim our new rug pad to size. They are professional yet friendly, helpful and got the job done quicker than the estimated time.

We have trusted our orientals to these folks since moving to Nevada. We just had them washed again and they look wonderful! Ron, who picked them up and returned them, is a consummate professional as well as being very personable. I would recommend them without reservation.

I had not yet used any service in Las Vegas to clean our rug so I did a bit of research and decided to try them to clean a very old Persian rug. I was very pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and nice they were. The service was great, they bent over backward for us, and they were the nicest people. It is not easy to find good people for any services especially in this town but this is one I am adding to my list. I can't thank them enough.
