Smiths fine rug cleaning , cleaned my oriental rug and put new fringes on it. They did an amazing job, it looks like new, even though it is 50 years old, the colors are much brighter. The two young men that came and picked up the rug were great and helped with moving the furniture and the same when they bought it back, I’m just so happy they helped me preserve a family treasure. Large area rug 8'x 10'. They did a very nice job cleaning it. Pick up and delivery $40. Cleaning $400. They said 10 days. Had it back in 8 days. Very good co. To work with.

Pickup service was great and the pricing was reasonable. Original time frame was 7-9 days. We were not kept updated on progress and rugs were finally returned after 5 weeks and several phone calls from us to them. Finished product was very good. Overall, good service except for keeping us informed regarding time delays.

Both area rugs came out great! All traffic stains; gone. Techs who picked up and delivered were courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend their service.

We just picked up four rugs that we had cleaned and they look like brand new. This is the second time we have used them, they do such a wonderful job and they are so helpful. We needed pads for under our area rugs, and they suggested that we could use pieces of pads that they had left if we wanted which was a big savings. I would definitely recommend them and we’ll be going back when needed

I was very apprehensive to turn over a very expensive Turkish silk rug to be cleaned by anyone. I also live in a town where there is not a lot of this type of service. I ran into Smith’s with some Google searching. I took a look at all the reviews they had in their file by coincidence a friend with whom I had worked 20 years ago, highly rated them for cleaning a special rug she had from when she was a child. I went in and met Ron and Debbi. Both were very friendly, and Ron was an absolute angel explaining the way they make these rugs and the idiosyncrasies they each have. I ended up leaving my rug there with a level of comfort I never thought I would achieve. I picked it up approximately 15 days later and it looks like brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all. See after & before photos.

I have a cherished rug that my rescue dog had scratched to where the weaving was separating, not to mention some doggy throw up stains. I took it to Smith's. They stabilized the backing and cleaned it so well I'd forgotten just how pretty it is. Definitely recommend. Timely service, nice people.

I can't say enough great things about Smiths Fine Rug Cleaning! Pete, Debbie, Carmine and team were so friendly and wonderful to work with. I brought my area rug in to be cleaned after finding them on Google. My rug was gray from the heavy traffic of a large family. They gave it a thorough cleaning and had it ready for me the next day. When I picked it up, it looked brand new, and was back to the original light cream color. I highly recommend Smiths Fine Rug Cleaning and as a real estate professional will be referring them to all of my clients. They are centrally located and for those that prefer to have their rugs picked up and dropped off, they offer that also for a small fee.

Had a sentimental New Zealand lambswool rug cleaned and was very happy with the entire experience including when I had to leave town and ended up needing it delivered. Top notch customer service, great communication and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

What amazing service! Smiths came to my home to pick up my very large dining room rug and one other. They carefully moved my dining room table and returned the rugs looking brand new. No Holiday stains remain! And precisely returned my dining room back to original placement a week later. Ron is a fantastic employee and your best representative.
