I have a beautiful 5x8 wool Chinese Rug that had been rolled up and stored for about 10 years. They washed it and returned it to me looking nearly brand new.

Oriental Express did a beautiful job cleaning my rug! Their customer service was very professional and friendly and it was done in a very timely manner I definitely take my rug back and highly recommend them!

Excellent service! They really take good care of your rugs and if needed and you desire it, they do repairs as well. They also have pads if you want them. And they have reasonable prices

Oriental Express cleaned two oriental rugs for me. One belonged to my mother. She kept it in her foyer and the worn fringe showed the traffic patterns into the living room and dining rooms on either side of the hallway.

Bill and I discused replacing the fringe versus keeping the rug as it was.

That discussion was important because it helped me realize that the wear on the fringe was a memory in itself. It showed the pattern of my family walking through the foyer to the rooms on either side. The wear patterns gave the rug it's character and held memories of my family in place and time.

I am forever grateful that Bill took the time to have that conversation with me. He helped me realize the importance of the worn areas in the fringe and what it meant to me.

Oh, and they did a great job cleaning both rugs. :-)

I have used Oriental Express several times and have been very pleased with the services they provided. They have also solved my problem of unwanted fringe on my wool Chinese rugs by applying a new binding on the ends for a very reasonable price.

Loved Oriental Express, they cleaned my oriental carpets and runners beautifully and in a quick turn around time. Rugs came back looking clean and fresh. Very professional service and I highly recommend them.

I have a very large hand-made rug I purchased in the Middle East that was bleeding into my floor. I brought it in and asked if washing it would solve the problem. The young man who helped me said that would ruin the rug so instead suggested a foam pad cut to the shape and size of my rug. That worked great and has to this day. I very much appreciated the expertise and honesty and will return for further rug services.

My first experience with Oriental Rug Cleaning was with an antique area rug.
The rug was cleaned and repaired, when I picked it up I was very pleased with how beautiful it looked.
I also had a rug cleaned, that was very dirty that I bought at a thrift store.
Oriental Rug was not even sure it would clean up. They agreed to try cleaning the rug and it is beautiful.

I had 8 oriental rugs picked up, washed, the fringe removed and the ends bound, repaired where needed, and delivered and placed where they belong. Peyton and his assistant did an incredible job. The rugs look amazing. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend!!!!

I am not very happy with the service, after they cleaned, my carpet was super super wet, as if they had thrown a few buckets of water on it, how sad, instead of being happy to see my carpet clean, I was sad, I wonder myself, when I can return the furniture to its place
