These guys are con artist. They say the job is going to 80-120 then they want to add charges so they can make your carpets wet. Dumpster fire have the nerves to call themselves a cleaming company.

If they had a negative star I would give them that they were 4 hours late and the guy said he was done after 15 or 20 minutes just had to pay another carpet cleaning company to come and do it right it looks like he just vacuumed the rug then left all the dirty water in the rocks in my yard definitely stay away from this company

The guy arrived on time, over the phone they had said carpet cleaning for two rooms was $39 which is a great price but when he got there he stated it would just be a steam cleaning, a shampoo carpet cleaning would have been $100 he did the steam cleaning for both rooms in about 20 min or less and the carpet looked the same just wet, do not recommend.

Great service and did 2 rooms quick. Very happy with the service that was done in my apartment. Price was very competitive and fair. Will use them again!

Called for a water damage issue, they overcharged by thousands although it was only 4 hours of work. They refuse a refund or any justification for the charges. Stay far away, terrible business ethics and fraud.

A one carpet cleaning company have the best cleaning and costumer service!!! We definitely will call only them when we need carpet cleaning.

Bait and switch and their equipment is filthy... How can you expect a company to clean your flooring if they can't keep their vans and equipment clean. Vegas Cleaners and A One Carpet are the same company.

They offer to clean 3 rooms for $69. If you want them to use soap it's $125. They don't tell you that over the phone. Waste of money.

This company is the worst. After waiting for 4 hours this guy show up. He was unprofessional. He only spent 11 minutes for 4 rooms. When he said he is done I pointed out all the dirt and he said he can't do nothing about it. Charged me $99. Be aware of this place. REAL SCAM NEVER EVER USE THEM.

Over priced and under performed. Sounds like other reviewers have had a better experience, so maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I would not recommend this company. I feel like I paid for them to throw some water on the carpets for twenty minutes and leave.
