This company is a rip off and should be avoided. We requested 5 rooms to be cleaned as well as stairs and hall and Scotchgard to be applied For $160.00 plus deep cleaning. We were given an appointment time for Tuesday afternoon and No one showed up. We contacted them again and they put us back on the schedule for Wednesday morning. We were also told that they would give us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. The technician arrived and the price jumped to $320.00 for the deep cleaning. We explained the discount and he eventually lowered the price to $273.00. He deep cleaned the areas that needed it and shampooed the carpets. He then did a hot water extraction. When he said he was done we asked about the Scotchgard. He said it was in the hot water. We have contacted 3M/Scotchgard and that is NOT how it is applied and this A One carpet does not use the Scotchgard product. We were ripped off. No Scotchgard, over charged and lied to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The people at A One Carpet Cleaning have revived my flooring. I was sure I was headed for a costly replacement in the near future, but they were able to bring new life into some old looking floors. It looks so good, I decided to splurge and do my tile and grout since they saved me the cost of new carpet. Thanks to the team at A One Carpet Cleaning, I also have fresh smelling shiny as new tile. I will call them more often now that I know I need to clean on a regular basis to prolong the life.

Do not trust this company. They do bait and switch. They post an ad of someone deep cleaning the carpet with steam clean prices. Once they arrive they give you the deep clean price that is double the cost. For example, they quoted me $49 for 3 rooms and $2 per stair (16 stairs) and the total was $81. When they arrived they try to upsell heavy and quoted $200 plus dollars for what was being done in the ad. Run away from this company. Bogus!! Red flags !! False Advertisement!!

STAY AWAY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY
We cleaned our area rug and oh boy will I never go back to this company again!!! First off the whole house carpet can be cleaned for 150.00 including stairs. Our area rug 7X9 was priced at 250.00 and few days to get back. Not only rug was held for over a week but it was cleaned POORLY and was really rough to touch. Communication was at 0 as well. I called multiple times before I got my rug back. So I filed a complaint and ask for at least half to be refunded due to the fact that rug still dirty and I was offered one day (today Shantel said, it's very slow and we can come over today to clean it ....again). I explained that my family has to work in order to pay for expensive rug cleaning and I would love a refund. She called me back within 3 min and said I can get 50.00 back. So here it is STAY AWAY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY.

From the moment I called them to the moment Eric finished was less than 24 hours. The price was extremely fair and Eric did an amazing job cleaning the tile and grout lines!! He is very personable and genuine and worked quickly and professionally. Without a question I will use them again the in future and recommend their services!! Great job! :)

I have a small two bedroom apt. I went with this company due to the price I was quoted to do two bedrooms living room and stairs. That price change as soon at he walked in and saw my service dog stating they would need to do a "deep clean" because for pet stains. My dog has never messed my carpets. They saw my dog and assumed she was not trained. So the price went from around $80 to $250. Once I declined the services the tech stated he could knock off $100 and do it for $150. Since I have already arranged a friend to help move furniture I agree to the price. There was no deep cleaning done the tech steam the carpets just as any other service company I have used. He missed areas in each room and refused to steam the areas when I pointed it out stating he did them even though they were dry areas. The only area where I seem a difference were my stairs that were very dirty. I bought a Bissell carpet cleaner $300 2 weeks after their services and u can see in the pictures the dirt I've pulled out of a small area my living room.

I needed 1 large room, less than 1,000 square feet, cleaned in an office I was renting. The office was completely empty. I was told it would be around $125.00 to $150.00 on the phone. When Charles came from the company, he said the carpet was very dirty and it would cost $700.00. I said that was extreme and we negotiated it down to $300.00. He said he would do a deep cleaning. It only took him 35 minutes and the carpet still looked dirty. He said after it dried, just vacuum it and it would look good. A day later, we vacuumed the carpet and it still looked dirty. When I called, they said they would come back, but he didn't show up. We had to move in on the weekend, so I hired another company to clean the carpet. They only charged $100.00 and did a great job. I would never recommend A One Carpet Cleaning. Overpriced and poor service.

We have used a few cleaning services and have had good and bad results. We tried A One yesterday. The technician tried to upsell us to hundreds of dollars more than the $59 deal. I agreed to pay $125 if he could get the pet stains out. He spent only 16 minutes in the house to do five rooms. He just pushed through it without attempting to rid any of the stains. When he was done, I pointed out all the stains and he said there was nothing more he could do. I have never seen such an unprofessional service person. When the carpet dried the next day most of the stains were back and it looked and smelled terrible. Even a couple stains that had faded from previous cleanings were now darker than ever. I cannot believe the low quality service this guy offered. I didn't bother calling the company because reading some reviews I figured they are like all the other scam companies out there taking advantage of senior citizens. Obviously, I can't recommend them or could ever use them again - waste of money. DO NOT USE THEM!! There are dozens of carpet cleaning companies in Las Vegas. It's hard to believe most of them would not do a better and more professional job. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Had them come out to clean one rug and they did a terrible job. Definitely not worth $100. They left my rug soaking wet and still dirty. Once it was dry there was so much dirt coming off of it that I honestly problem would have done so much better had i just done it myself. Not worth it.

My carpets are almost 5 yrs old. They did an awesome job. Technician gave 110% customer service and very professional.

First Service tech did not do a great job and was rude. But management was quick and responsive, polite, professional and sent out an amazing technician Martinez who did an outstanding job.
