So we had the team from Fish come over to our home to clean our windows. Everyone we contacted was extremely professional and pleasant. I have to say that as a result of their excellent service, we realized we need new windows! As soon as the new windows are in, we will bring Fish back whenever the windows need a cleaning. Recently Fish Window Cleaning came to my home and I can finally see the neighborhood outside my windows. They shine, are crystal clear and streak free. They were able to get paint splatter off the windows, and many where splattered. We are so pleased with their service. Kim the owner is delightful and professional. Her staff are also courteous and professional. We will be calling for their services over and over again throughout the coming years.

This is the first time I have ever had my windows professionally cleaned and I have to say, I was deeply impressed. I knew my windows were hazy and screens dirty but didn't realize just how dirty they were till they sparkled again. Joel was our technician and he was very thorough and polite, wore booties inside and made sure I was happy before he left. It is my pleasure to write this unsolicited review of Fish Window Cleaning's services. My windows were in dire need of cleaning, and I reviewed various cleaning companies on line. I decided to call Fish. The owner, Kim, provided an extremely reasonable estimate, and her presentation was impressive. I immediately hired Fish and could not be more pleased with their services. Kim and her expertly trained crew were punctual, professional and respectful of my home. The pride in their work was expressed through their attention to detail and customer service. My windows were so clean that I thought one of the windows had been left open--it was not! Fish's services exceeded my expectations. I am a happy Fish customer who will be using their services on a regular basis. Thank you Kim and Fish!

I was searching for a residential window cleaning company that was reasonable and who would provide their services to me and my home in a "tailored way" and I came across Fish Window Cleaning on my way to the gym early one morning! They were cleaning the windows on a commercial business and I stopped them in the middle of their job and asked if they did residential homes. Mike stopped what he was doing to give me his business card and once I called, they were able to come to my house that same week! They have been cleaning my home windows now for about a year and doing a fantastic job! I would recommend their services to all homeowners.

I neighborhood business owner referred me to Fish Window Cleaning ... I had them to my house this past week and they did a wonderful job for me! I had them do both the insides and the outsides, the screens and the tracks of all our windows ... I hated having to pay someone else to do a job around my house, but as I'm getting older I find myself farming jobs out more and more often. The guy who did out work took his time and did an excellent job for me. I think I'm spoiled now, I'm never going to do my own windows again! Very highly recommended company. Professional, competent and a pleasure to have in my home.

If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. These folks do not communicate with you as needed. Had a problem with our pool that they did not inform us needed to be fixed and the pool suffered for it, yet continued to charge us for it.

The owner was always friendly with us. Unfortunately the pool guy did not always show up every week when scheduled. Was paying for a service I didn't always receive. I shouldn't have to track down and call and see why the pool wasn't cleaned.

UPDATE: The owners have been in touch with me several times since the incidents that led to my negative review. They made amends by writing off a small balance owed for final services. And they explained the additional employee education they have put in place. They even shared how remorseful the young man was. This shows great integrity and I believe they are sincere. While I have already switched companies, I would be inclined to work with them again in the future.

Original: I rarely write reviews for Google. But I feel strongly that consumers should be educated so they can make good decisions with their hard earned dollars. This company should be avoided. Not a good value for the money spent. Always late. Always! No consistency with the pool service and/or individuals that maintain the pool. Constant excuses for everything, including not doing what was previously discussed and agreed to. Have to remind them of things way too often. Today, I was rescheduled to have my pool drained (they could not keep their commitment to the previously agreed to dates). And not only was the young service guy 5 hours late (UUGHH), but he was careless and not listening. I told him—no STRESSED to him—that we were on septic NOT sewer. So what does he do? He proceeds to put the hose in my septic system and starts to flood the thing! Had I not gone back outside to check on things, there is no telling the damage that could have ensued. I grabbed my husband and we both ran to tell the guy he needed to pull the hose because AGAIN, we are on a septic system. (It sucks but that’s the way it is on my street.) He then had the audacity to start laughing. This was my last straw on top of all the other mishaps with this company. I hope the concrete examples give more insight into the 1-star review. It is warranted. This is not a frivolous rant.

We moved into our home at the end of May this year and for the first time had a pool to manage. As a result of a recommendation of my in-laws, we hired Clean World Pools to handle it. We needed a lot of help because our pool was green and looking pretty bad! They got it right as rain super fast and Akil has been tending to it every week without fail. Stephen is also friendly and efficient. We recommend Clean World Pools highly.

We are pleased with our service. The owner is reliable and makes an effort to do the right thing. Whenever I need to speak with the owner or our pool guy they always return emails and calls. If we need something corrected they go far and beyond. I have gone through 5 different pools companies - saying they have cleaned my pool and/or they went by my home. When I roll back my cameras - the truth always comes out. This company has been very consistent and honest. Thank you very much for servicing our pool.

Clean world pools is an AMAZING company!! They show up weekly and my pool always looks great. They send out a weekly report of what was done to the pool. If I need any repairs done, they take care of it ASAP, with fair and reasonable pricing. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us by coming out and explaining the pool system. They provided excellent service! We have used a few different pool companies over the years and they are by far the best!!

Clean World Pools is top notch! I'm a guest at a vacation rental and have been so impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this company and staff. They've taken great care of us during our stay and ensured the pool was perfect throughout. From regular cleaning to helping with some glitches in the system it's made our trip everything we'd hoped. If they give this kind of service to someone they may or may not ever interact with again I can only imagine how great they are for the person who owns the pool!
