I hired this guys over the phone to do a Job of extracting water on one of the property i see over .they came out and put some fans down did not extract the water but bill me for it .
Then the owner wanted to git paid right away .told him he had to wait for check from company. He did everything to make my day impassable .
Finally I got the check.and meet up with him the next day at a parking lot . He should up with another person and they try to harassment me . The owner even pulled out a gun .this are not people you want to deal with .

I used this company for the first time & was very dissatisfied with the results I got at first. When I called about my disconcertment they sent some one else out who came out and was very concerned about the issue I had and he made sure he went over the job that was incorrect & he did an outstanding job I recommended this company and also Alex my couch looks brand new again and I am so happy with the outcome.

Mike the young man that cleaned my carpet did an amazing job. He took his time and had such attention to detail. He is a hardworking man and am impressed with his skill. Thank you. Will definitely be using you guys again!

This guy Eric with A One Carpet cleaning was awesome. He went above and beyond his call of duty. He was professional, explained what he was doing during the process, and he kept us entertained and laughing the whole time.
All for a price that is valued.

Joseph showed up on time and were very affable as they worked... They did a fantastic job on our carpets throughout the entire house including some tough pet stains... We are very satisfied with the job he did...

Very nice workers, very friendly...however the chemicals they used to steam clean the tile left the floor incredibly sticky requiring me to wet mop the floors myself to remove the residue. Brought them back a second time for touch up, same result. Would never use them again.

Called friday got a quote for $50 and an appt for sat. Guy showed up did a walk thru showed me a long invoice with a bunch of scribbles and his grand total was around $280 ish . Ended up doing the carpet for way less. I even asked the lady on the phone would the price could be different in person she said yes but not by much. Well $280 is a lot. Guy did a great upsell presentation but i wasnt fooled and stood my ground. After the whole upsell stunt he got to work & he actually did a good job. I would recommend but stand strong on your quote if you received one.

I moved in to a new house and the carpets were filthy! I thought I was going to have to replace them. I called A one to see if they could clean them and after they were done cleaning them, they looked brand new! I couldn't be any more happy with A one! Their technicians are friendly , professional and most importantly they do a fantastic job! Thank you A one!

If there’s a zero star I would rate zero! Terrible service both carpet and customer service! The company offer $185 for basic cleaning which does absolutely nothing! If you don’t do anything with $185 services why do you even offer people? Totally rip off! Stay away from the service and the customer service! Bad attitude!

I was given a quote of $99 for 5 rooms of cleaning. When the tech got there it changed to almost $300. He explained that my carpets needed a deep clean, which is fine but that is not what I was quoted for. I was never asked any qualifying questions when I was given the quote. I was never asked if the carpets were stained, had they been cleaned recently, where there any pets, etc. I told the tech I was not going to have them done by this company as I felt that the quote was not handled properly so I was concerned that my home would be handled as poorly. I got a call today requesting feedback on the cancelled appt and I told the woman my concerns. She told me that lady I spoke to on the phone DID ask me those questions. Thats funny considering I never spoke to a woman on the phone prior to today. She insisted that I did speak to a woman and that said woman did ask me those questions. She kept interrupting me and talking over me. She kept yelling at me as to why I was yelling at her. I hung up. Frustrating, unprofessional, poor service....NO THANK YOU

I have two cats, and one got sick all over the carpet. Technician said "No problem" gave me a quote, and went to work. I'm impressed at how quickly he was able to complete the job, and how professional he was. I will definitely call A One the next time.

This company is a scam.
Avoid this company.

They claim to include Scotchgard protection with the cleaning service, charge you for it, but then they simply clean your carpet and leave without applying carpet protection.

The technician claimed the Scotchgard had been added to the water and that during the hot water extraction process the carpet was also being protected. NOT TRUE.

I called several carpet cleaning companies who unanimously told me that diluting the carpet protection in the cleaning water was absolutely a scam. I also called Scotchgard directly and was told the same.

CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH
I would love to put 130 negative stars because that's the overage they charged us when they came over. I called the office to make an appointment and we were going to use one of the specials they had that month. We just moved into this house and desperately needed the carpets clean so we went ahead and paid their ridiculous price. He wouldn't even explain why there was a change in the price. Then the tech couldnt get his machine to start and ACTUALLY ASKED ME FOR CASH so that he could go get something to fix it! He said he would take it off our bill. Really?!

I called A One Carpet Cleaning on Saturday 9/21 and they came out immediately. My carpets have gotten at least two years of wear and tear on them. Between fostering puppies and my own children accidentally squeezing an entire tube of toothpaste on the master bedroom floor to heavily soiled traffic areas and honestly I didn’t know where half the other stains were from - These guys are the TRUTH. Moya was my technician. He was courteous and assured me several times (I was worried) that he would do his best. My carpets look like new carpets. 💖🥰 I am soo grateful for A One Carpets and the amazing job that Moya did on my carpets! THESE are my carpet people. I paid a very fair price too. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I had a young man by the name of Joseph(if that was his real name) come clean three rooms for $50 and the actual deal was three rooms for $49. I walked him through the house and showed him all of what I needed cleaned, he said ok! I left my house and returned, it looked as if the carpet had not been cleaned at all. Every stain was still visible, the carpet was wet only on certain places and other parts of the carpet was dry. I immediately called them back to let them know I wasn’t satisfied with the service. At first the guy sounds concerned so he puts me on hold for 10 mins comes back ask me for my address so he can pull my order up only to tell me that it looks like I got the basic shampoo cleaning. I got a lil aggravated with that response and I said, So basically, your telling me I got what I paid for? I guess he didn’t like that because He started to go back and forth with me about my poor choice of words rather than sending out another employee who would do the job right. At that moment, I knew we weren’t going to get to some kind of resolution so I hung up! I say all of that to say this... Their service sucks and they’re are so unprofessional and Rude! DO NOT go through this company they have the Worst customer service ever! I didn’t even want to give them A star so that should say a lot!

Company was 2 hours late, my 4 months old carpet smells after them leaving. Still waiting to having someone get in touch with me. I'd recommend any of the 100 other carpets cleaners in Las Vegas.

Team took great care and stands behind their work. Some moisture happens to get into the stair baseboard and immediately the team sent someone out to inspect and were quick to do the right thing to take care of the issue. I would recommend this company based on how well they took care of the customer even after the initial service was completed. Very Responsive.

I tried to make an appointment, they are very rude and they said they do not coming to North Las Vegas. I have a beautiful 5 bedroom home so not sure why you would discriminate with people who live in North Las Vegas!!! You just lost a lot of business because I am going to make sure everyone one I know you have a problem with North Las Vegas!!!

The service was decent but the person cleaning my carpets went to back his van up closer to my house and hit my garage. Luckily he didn't do any damage and was very apologetic. I scheduled to have my hardwood floors done as well but no one ever showed up. Would not recommend using this company because of their lack of professionalism.
