Horrible horrible company. Please do not contact them. You will regret it. They did my carpet one Saturday morning by like close to 6:00. It was still soaked. I called and spoke with Mike. He stated that they are closed Sunday so contact him Monday. Sunday I had to go Go rent a carpet dryer from home Depot as my carpets were still wet. Contacted Mike again. Monday was not professional at all. Was yelling getting loud making it seem like what I am saying is not valid saying he had five cleanings and nobody else complained which that has nothing to do with me.. I am still dealing with my carpets. They haven't smell to it and why wouldn't they? They have been wet from Saturday till Monday morning when I left to work.. please do not hire this company

I used this company to have an area rug cleaned. They came to get the carpet and said it would be $125. I asked about the repair for the corners of the carpet. The tech contacted the office to ask. The person said when they received the carpet they would ilunroll it and check on the damages and let me know about the repairs. They were supposed to call me and inform me. I never got a call I had to call them. The person answering the phone took my name and number and said they would call me the following day. I get a call telling me the carpet was cleaned and it would be $125. I asked about the repairs and the person on the line was clueless. Did not know about any repairs. I explained everything and said I needed to speak to a manager or owner. The person said they would need to have someone call me. So today I get a call from a Monica. I explain things to her and she proceeds to tell me they do not do repairs on area rugs and the technician should never had told me this. I explained that I witnessed someone from the office tell him that they would look at the rug when it came in and give me a call. I expected a call about things before anything would be done. Monica proceeds to tell me again and again about their policy and she would need to look into the issue but I agreed to pay $125 for the cleaning. I have no problem paying for the cleaning. However, the dismissive attitude and lack of respect this company displays is not ok. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner. Monica flat out refused and said you will get your rug when you pay the $125 and then hung up the phone. I am very sad for this company and I hope the owner of this company knows how the staff treat the customers. I will never use this company again. They have communication issues and have no concern for others when they make mistakes.

I will recommend your service 100 percent and many times I can, good and very talented workers, I have service with others before and nothing compare to you guys, now on LV carpets is te only one exist for me, I have 4 properties by my own and only trust in you guys I can tell that you will never disappoint me, thank you and thanks for been here and work for us! We had our 11’x14’ carpet cleaned, they picked it up dropped it off and the carpet is perfect, Sergio was very professional, showed up on time to pick up and drop off, very happy with the service, price was fair definitely recommend this company

I called LV Carpets and Floors and Eric was here within 2 hours. HE DID A PHENOMENAL JOB!!! Our loft and stairs were really thrashed and dirty looking from all the traffic going upstairs… when Eric was finished our carpet looked like brand new carpet! I’ll only be using this company from here on out. Thank you Eric for such an incredible job!!!

With a small child and a puppy at home I have trusted them to do ensure that their play areas are up to the best standards possible. I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed. Shout out to Sergio for being fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

They did a fabulous job cleaning up a new carpet I got. They clearly knew what type of carpet I had before I knew it! Their confidence was amazing and I knew my carpet was in the best hands. A little hard to find, but fully worth the drive. Great turnaround time too, didn’t even have to wait a week. I’ve recommended them to many people already and will continue to do so

Lv carpets did a great job on my carpet and tile.
We have a small puppy that made a mess and we couldn't get rid of the smell.
Not just that but they cleaned the carpet and removed all the bad smells, they also cleaned our tile and grout and did an amazing job.

I'm highly recommend them and will definitely use with them again.

I just had my carpets cleaned by LV Carpet and I am extremely satisfied with the service per! Sergio was the technician and he did an amazing job! He was within the time window, and took great care in cleaning my carpets! My house smells great and my carpets look amazing..

This company is off my list for the following reasons:

1. Originally, I contacted the representative when I had been waiting one hour into the two hour arrival window; I called to find out when they would arrive and the lady said 'In 45 minutes.' After another hour, I called back to ask where the cleaner was, and the lady said they would be at least another 30-45 minutes. I asked why nobody contacted me to let me know they would be late, and the representative actually started ARGUING with me that she DID inform me. I was upset, and should have canceled them and gone with another company. But I rescheduled for the next day, and the lady on the phone said they would throw in a 'spot clean' and a deodorizer.

2. The next day arrives, and the cleaner guy shows on time; the first thing out of his mouth is 'I know you have an agreed upon price, but we need to add more to that price if you actually want a cleaning. What you were quoted was for a steam.' So I told him that the difference between the two was not discussed in their $79.00 special for three rooms, but I would go ahead and go with him that day because the carpets need cleaning, and I am selling my home.

3. Cleaning was completed (no extras noted) and the carpets looked 'good', not stellar. I noticed the guy draining the tank in the street, and after he left, my front porch door does not shut correctly, probably due to the hose vibrating the metal door when it was propped open. My husband will look at it to fix it.

4 I noticed today (three days later) a bunch of 'stuff' in the gutter in front of my house. I went out to look this morning, and it was the debris from the water/cleaning tank all mucked up in the gutter (wads of carpet strands, balls of goopy stuff, and odds and ends of other debris.) I cleaned my gutter and it looks nice, but overall, the hassle of this company is not worth the money spent and 'okay' result of the carpets.

Please take heed, and don't make the same mistake that I did but giving this company your business. There are better one's out there, so please call around.

Hello… This is my follow up to Las Vegas carpet cleaning services. I reached out to Mike the manager, he sent a Professional handyman over to resolve our issue. They did a great job, and handled everything very professionally. Thank you Mike/Las Vegas carpet cleaning for resolving our issues. 😊

We had Persian rug that are very expensive. My dad gave it to me before he pass and I needed the rug to be clean,after quick search I found LV CARPETS which are experts on rug cleaning.

They did wonderful job on my area rug,the pick up and returned was less then 7 days and the results was AMAZING.
We also let them cleaned our outdoor blinds which got really dirty after the storm we had.

We had a great experience with lv carpets cleaning our hard wood floors and couches

The hard wood was with alot of scratches and lv carpets came and did miracle on my floors,we wanted to replace the floor but we said we will give that another change.
Lv carpets made my floors look almost like new
Wasn't cheap but definitely cheaper them replace the floors

Recently I had my upholstery and area rug cleaned by LVCARPET.
We have a new puppy and he made a mess (yes,even on my couch)
LVCARPET crew came on time and did an amazing job .
Thr area rug fresh and clean (they cleaned it at the rug spa them own) and the couch like new again

Paid premium price for deep cleaning. Took almost 15 mins which with deep cleaning should have taken more time. Stains still on carpet and pet area still visible. Do not use them. Also had area rug cleaned and corner of rug where stained was still dry. Looks the same as it did before cleaning. Beware!! Store states they said they would take into store to clean and they did not. It was all recorded on camera and is an outright lie. They did pick back up and take in but now smells like mold and mildew and still not clean. Had to pay another company to redo our casita carpet as well! Beware still people!

They quoted one price for carpet cleaning and come and try to up sell if you a shampoo carpet cleaning if you don't buy the upsell they just run water over it and all you get is the same dirty carpet only now it's wet. Very poor service. I could have done that with my own steam cleaner.

Highly Recommend this company!! they actually use eco friendly products.. which is more important than people realize... also their free quote estimator is amazing that I could see exactly the price range for my place.
