Amazing service! Very easy to set up an appt!
Bartolo was nice!
And he did an amazing job!

My only concern is that I was kind of confused about the prices cause it said $34.99 and had the different prices of how many rooms or if you want extra stuff done.
In the email, it said there is 69.99 minimum for appointments.

I spent 70 dollars on the carpet cleaning of my studio apartment.
I thought that was kind of too pricey just for a small studio space.
But it's way better than what other places were charging.

Their service was perfect. They showed up on time, gave a good and properly priced quote, left everything clean and were available for any questions I had. Will use them again when needed.

We needed the carpets cleaned today before we moved in to a rental house because the carpets were supposedly cleaned. Anyway, reasonable price and were able to accommodate us last minute. Kudos to the company. Thank you..

Carpet smells, done very quickly I wanted to be satisfied 400 dollars later I am sad. Don’t fall for the 29.99 or whatever per room. Please look around and read reviews first!!!! Could not even get a coffee stain out. Tried to insult me and say it was urine when I wasted coffee and my medicine. They came back and fixed the smell, Thank God but still look around first. They are Too expensive for me

My husband found them on Facebook marketplace, they did excellent. They were very fast with their service and my carpets look amazing! Would 100% recommend and they did my living room rug and it looks beautiful.

Showed up on time! So friendly, honest, hard working. Not only did I have my capers shampooed, they tightened up hallway carpet.

Real steamers carpet cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our stairs and hallway carpet. We had tough pet stains and they were able to get it all out. Our carpet looks brand new! They were on time and very professional. Extremely happy with this service.

Amazing job the before and after pictures and the detail to work are amazing. They also gave me a 15 minute courtesy Call to let me know that they were on their way. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

These guys did a great job on my two guest bedrooms. very easy to communicate with, we used messenger to set up the appointment and get everything completed. Definitely worth the five stars, cost was very affordable and they did a great job. Can highly recommend.

Bartolo arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous. The job was to clean the upstairs hallway + 13 steps. He finished in about an hour and the carpet looked brand new! Very happy and would definitely recommend and would use Real Steamers again.

I must say that this company came highly recommended from Google. So that's why I chose this company. The original quote is around 150. I paid 475. Nevertheless, here is my review. This company was late TWICE. That was terrible, to say the least. Now, I must say that the guy was very friendly who cleaned my carpet and offered to install the brand new carpet that I purchased because 1 room just needed new carpet. So after getting to my home late, he said he would be back at 3 pm. They never called and said they would be late so I called and it was already 4:30 pm! They didn't come till 6 pm they finished the job after 9 pm. Then he told me that the next day the carpet would smell wonderful after paying extra money for treatment. That wasn't the case and the last straw was will you give a discount after all of this? He said no. So that's is why I'm giving this complete review. If you're late twice, that's a problem. Fix that with a deal or something 😒 . He did install my new carpet and gave me free padding but that was it. So, I was like it's ok, I'll just pay it." I'll use someone else next time and won't use this company ever again.

This is the second time I have used Real steamers carpet, cleaning service and each time I’ve been very satisfied. They are very thorough and he even cleaned the area around the carpet and wiped the excess water so that it was dry. I was having the service done once a year, but I think I’m going to have them come every six months because I love how it makes the house smell so clean when they’re finished.
