The Molly Maid team was efficient, thorough, and friendly! I was able to schedule for next-day service. We were very impressed with their work.

Karla and Briseida (Team 8) were outstanding. They were very thorough and my house is now sparkling. The process to receive a quote and communication with the office was smooth and prompt. I highly recommend.

The company was very friendly and upfront about everything. They did a move out cleaning for us as well as scheduled our carpets to be cleaned the same day. The 2 women they sent to do the cleaning went above and beyond what we could have expected. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I have been trying to let go how I felt with my experience with the ladies that came to clean my residence. When I arrived 1 out of the 2 ladies had her purse still on her shoulder & they were talking in the kitchen. They said they arrived 30 mins ago. Purse still on her shoulder after arriving 30 mins ago but I didn't say a word about that. They had to be called back to clean something they claimed they cleaned but didn't have a pic to prove, that took an added day and on that day they took a brand new bottle of Febreeze fabric spray that I specifically left to spray the house with once they were done and to make things worse they left dust on all of the ceiling fans & light fixtures. I will never do business with this company again. I wish I would've spoke up sooner & especially to their face but I chose to listen to my spouse who wanted this whole moving ordeal done. I hope others have a better experience than I did. I'm good at remembering faces so if I do see these ladies we can have a talk about professionalism and theft.

For the past seven years almost 8 Molly Maids have been cleaning my home sometimes I've had to ask them to do extra things as well and that always goes well. They show up on time. They tend to business and get the job done very quickly but very thoroughly I also appreciate the advanced notice on when they come and right down to maybe the 15 minutes or half hour before they send a text. I have total confidence and trust in the company.

I would give Zero stars if possible. I had a move out cleaning scheduled for today (move out is time sensitive). They gave me a window of 12-5p aaaaaaaaaaand no one called or showed up! I lost my whole day waiting for someone and now I still need to get a cleaning booked and done within the next 48hrs! I do not recommend! Avoid at all costs. I tried calling the company number BEFORE 5p and they already left for the day and was sent to voicemail. Of course when I called and tried the connector to a sales rep, I got through. Funny how that’s where the employees are well staffed. They were unable to help me either. Do not use Molly maid!

By the way, after going through reviews, I’m noticing they don’t publicly respond to the negative reviews, only the positive ones 🤔🧐 anyone else find that odd?

The 2 Molly Maids that cleaned my apt. are so good. My apt. was cleaned quickly and left beautiful. They exceeded my expectations. I ordered a one time special occasion clean, but I am so happy with the results that I may have it cleaned every month.

Both ladies did an outstanding job with cleaning the areas as I instructed. They also took out my Christmas tree that I had still up for almost two years. And they both were so sweet, kind, and extremely polite. I would like the same two ladies to come back for recurring house cleaning. Thank you so much, Molly Maid!

The team did a fantastic job of cleaning this big house. They were very nice, only had a bit of a language barrier but all in all they did a wonderful job! I had dropped a whole tray of white paint onto my wood floor in a bedroom and they worked really hard to get it cleaned up. I would definitely recommend this team of Molly Maids!

My apartment is 500 square feet. I was charged $250 and they did not clean the entry way, oven/stove, laundry area shelves or refrigerator. They used MY cleaning stuff. A roll of paper towels that were mine and we were missing a roll of TP. I would NEVER refer them and feel I was totally ripped off.

Asked for a move-in clean. I had already done some basic cleaning but realized it was a bit much for my back to handle at that point. The biggest thing I wanted done was the cupboards cleaned, inside amd out. I don't think they were even touched. I was also told I would get a call around 8am the day of to confirm appointment time, didn't get a call until after 9am to say the appointment would be between 2:00-3:30pm amd wpuld get a text 30 minutes before they arrived. It wasn't until after 4pm that I finally received a call saying the cleaners had lost track of time and I would get $25 off if I rescheduled for the next day. I said that wasn't possible, which seemed to make the lady upset. Finally they arrived close to 5pm, asked what I wanted done and said it would take ~3 hours. When they were finally done, I can say that the carpets looked great, but everything else still seemes dirty. Don't waste your money.
