We recently hired Molly Maid to handle the post-construction cleanup for a plumbing project completed by our team at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Las Vegas, and they did a phenomenal job. The space was left spotless—free of dust, debris, and construction residue. Their crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail, which is crucial when turning over a project to a customer.

What impressed us most was their professionalism and thoroughness. They went above and beyond to ensure the property was not just clean but truly presentable. It made a huge difference in the final presentation of our work.

Could not recommend Ivan and his team more!!!! They have taken such good care of my parents who are older and not capable of cleaning as well as they used to. I am so happy I went with Molly Maid, I cannot say enough good things about this company and their kind and compassionate employees ♥️

SCAMMERS. They will quote you one price over the phone and switch it up once they have arrived to your home. The office is extremely incompetent and the lady in charge of speaking to the customers takes everything personal. If it’s her business she’s not doing well handling critics and misquoted prices. Had to tell them to get out my house due to these issues. Never recommending them to anyone.

We just had Molly Maid out to clean our apartment before we move out and they did a fabulous job!! I am very impressed with their diligence and above and beyond mentality to get the place cleaned quickly and effectively. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Poorly run by an incompetent office. After committing interstate banking fraud ( taking out none authorized funds) due to mistake. The rude manager answering the phones on 10/4 9:30am, canceled my service due to me being upset that they illegally withdrew an extra $100 above the agreed upon/contractual amount. I'd go further, but fixing ignorance can be impossible. Run don't walk from Molly Maids of Central Las Vegas. If you run the CC charges, know banking laws. If you're in customer service, offer some form of service. I'll say the cleaners might be fantastic but idk never got that far as my appointment was canceled due to my being upset after theft from my banking account.

Very communicative, very professional & my house was BEAUTIFUL. It's been a minute since I've seen my house this clean & I'm happy to stay with them to keep it that way. I'm only paying slightly more than my last cleaning service but I feel like the price is well worth it.

I appreciate the opportunity I gave to Molly Maid. The staff was super personal and friendly. When they were finished, the house looked great, but I was most impressed by my bathrooms, they looked just like they did when I first moved in. I was so impressed! Thanks again, see you next month.

Molly maids never fails! They pay close attention to customer wants and needs and, they definitely deliver! I have used them for 2 move out cleans and, received nothing but positive feedback from our property manager and, received full deposits back!

I contacted Molly Maid of Central Las Vegas for a one time clean at my father’s since he lives alone and I was flying in as a surprise. He thought the cleaning was the surprise. But to my surprise, Molly Maid of Central Las Vegas went above and beyond. From the costumer service while scheduling a surprise clean, who was in contact with me at every point of the clean and answering any questions I had, to the actual clean. The clean was exceptional. My father was very impressed and happy with the clean. When I walked into the house, it looked unrecognizable. My father isn’t the neatest person in the world and they made sure to leave that house more than just cleaned, but organized. The little things they did make a huge difference and it felt great to walk into my old room looking like I never left. I am beyond happy with this company. I will definitely be calling Molly Maid again and again for any future cleans.

Wuendi and Zulay did a spectacular job cleaning my home. They exceeded expectations and left everything absolutely spic and span, highly recommend!

1st time using a cleaning service and I have to say the outstanding customer service started with the initial phone call, inquiring about services. They make it very easy & are very clear on what to expect! THEN, team #7 showed up. Claudia and Barbara were AMAZING. They were quick, friendly, very detailed, and work great as a duo! 😀🙂 they asked me how I liked the cleaning every time they were done with a floor before they started the next level. These ladies left my house looking and smelling new (considering I have many pets, ha!) Hands down the best cleaning company leading the way for cleaning miracles.

I really appreciate Molly maids. They are always on time , do a great job, and have accommodated last minute changes that I needed. I have the best team that always comes, and they are the most respectful and kind ladies.

Ana, & Marian of Team 5 do outstanding work, and are also very nice to speak with. Their English and Spanish are excellent also.
We are going to request that they will be the young ladies we wish to clean our house on a regular bases.

I went over what would be cleaned with the scheduler. Some things I expected were not done. I later found that some items are considered extras. If this had been explained I would have scheduled for these items to be addressed. Examples include high pot shelves which were not dusted. High windows in a single story home which were not cleaned. The cleaners had no ladder to access these areas and were not permitted to use mine.

I sorry that I can't remember their names, but the two ladies who came did an incredible job. Our house was sparkling clean. They were very thorough. We really appreciated their hard work.

Our first time using this maid service will be our last. There are 4 major things that occurred that caused us to never want to do business again..

During cleaning in my office, a figurine was moved off my desk, broken, and just put back on the desk. No mention was made, I had to chase the maid down before she left and she helped me find the piece she lost. She didn't even address breaking my stuff!!

Second, they did not vacuum our upstairs at all. I had to go back and re-vacum the whole upstairs. They did a light sweep/mop, but they did not get nearly enough dust or hair from our hardwood floors.

Third, our last bathroom was not even cleaned and the mirrors and top of toilet were not cleaned.

Fourth, the way they loaded our dishwasher, I have never seen anything like it. They just literally threw the dishes into the dishwasher without organizing any of them at all. It was a complete mess, and I had to re-wash everything because nothing got cleaned.

I reached out to customer service and only 1 of my issues was addressed and quickly dismissed. This company does not hire quality maids and does not provide good service. I'll be looking for a cheaper, more professional alternative.

Time is hard enough to manage having a 3 year old and an almost 1 year old running around all day and to have to make time for a deep clean is nearly impossible and physically impossible without feeling completely out of energy and with time for nothing else of course. I am so happy we hired this Team and even happier with the results. I truly could not ask for more. For me, a clean home is the foundation for a good day. Thank you so much.

Molly Maid employees did a wonderful job cleaning our home. It felt great knowing that the house was clean enough for my family to enjoy without worrying about touching things and using our spaces. The ladies did a very thorough job. I definitely recommend. And their prices were very fair.
