Setting up my move out cleaning was simple and fast. I had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Partway through the cleaning they let me know an additional hour was needed, explained exactly what still needed to be cleaned, and provided the cost upfront. The cleaners were super nice and efficient and you could tell they were true pros. They finished everything so quickly and saved me about two full days of cleaning if I had attempted to do it myself. I will definitely be hiring them again for all my future housecleaning needs!

I can’t say enough about Molly Maid—they came through in a pinch and got to me super fast when I needed them most! Their team was thorough, didn’t miss a beat, and went above and beyond with every detail of the cleaning. The house looked immaculate afterward, which was a game-changer—photographers came out, and we got our home listed on the market seamlessly. Absolute pros—highly recommend!

I have to say that I am genuinely impressed with the quality and attention to detail provided by this company and excecuted by the staff. They've exceeded my expectations; being new to Vegas I've tried other cleaning companies and have to say that I will be sticking with Molly Maid. I heard about Molly Maid as it is the preferred company where I'm from in Toronto and I wondered if the same cleaning standards apply for the US Molly Maid. For virtually the same cost as another "affordable" company I received a much higher level of care with my home from Molly Maid. Currently, its been difficult to attend to cleaning my home myself as I'm an expecting mother. The level of detail the staff took with this service is much appreciated, especially considering I have 2 shibas that shed hair quite frequently. The staff were able to remove the dust and fur noticably well. They cleaned the baseboards, were able to remove all the water marks on my shower door glass (something I and other cleaners have failed at removing), lightly cleaned my convection oven, my sliding glass door and removed a dark grey stain left in the main tub by the builders that I couldn't get out. The cleaning products used did not have a strong scent which I greatly appreciate, the house smells amazing. The house looks pristine and I owe it all to the lovely staff at Molly Maid who took care of my home.

Worse customer service in the world. They dont follow up on when they will come to do the work. We wouldnt use them at all they apparently dont know what they are doing.
Assistant is rude n dont respect anyone. Wouldn’t recommend them to do anything.
