Love my new clean carpet. I know laminate is in but carpet is cozy. Thanks to Wally for making a clean fresh look. A few hours later as I'm walking on carpet it feels much softer. And my stairs look beautiful. So glad I called them.

John was very personable and professional. Telling me exactly what he was going to do. I very much like the results. The price is very reasonable! He also told me about tile cleaning which I showed interest in having done in the Summer.

First time using Raysco based on a recommendation. Very pleased with the service, results and technician. We were cleaning carpets spoiled by a dog so we had special pet process and protector applied to 5 bedrooms and a master closet. We also had a large couch cleaned. Price was good, our technician was knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard.

This is not my first experience with Raysco and it will likely not be the last! The carpet looks brand new and it is 36 years old!

Once again, Raysco exceeded expectations. Next day, on time service by a very professional team, John and Norman. They quickly analyzed the problem... white carpet that hadn't been cleaned in over 5 years... analyzed the grime and pet spots and offered solutions. 90 minutes later they left a house whose floors dried to their original like- new look and now the house hits the market looking sharp. I'll be offering Raysco as a value added service on all my listings.

Outstanding service, my tile floors look brand new today. The service was great and I was surprised that the company actually lowered my estimated price as I had over-estimated my square footage, and the on site technician (John) did accurate measurements when he arrived. The team was courteous, efficient and explained and answered every question I had. I only wished other companies would have the work ethic like Raysco.

John was fantastic! He explained what he was going to do, set expectations and was extremely polite. The carpet came out better than I anticipated. I have 2 children and was so impressed with what he was able to do. Thank you! I won’t use another carpet company!

I love this company. They operate how a good company should. I was so "Down in the Dumps," when after my tenant moved out, they did so much damage to my place. They really did damage to my engineered hardwood floors. The "not the sharpest tool in the shed," tenant used Mr. Clean on the floor 3 years ago & left the residue on the floor. So, she hadn't cleaned the floor in 3 years! Yes, very disgusting! I thought it would never come out. But I called Raysco & spoke to Ray and he assured me he could remove the residue. I have used Raysco for numerous projects at my 3 rentals, included carpet cleaning, power washing the driveway, etc. They have always done a superior job.

So, Ray sent John out to clean the wood floors, took pictures, as I asked, since this is a rental as I live out of state, and John brought back the beauty & luster, back to the floors. This made me so happy after a horrible renovation process, as some of my log time vendors, weren't as top notch anymore. How come all companies aren't like this. Does nobody have pride in their work anymore? If I could give Raysco 10 stars I would!!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The tech was polite and excellent in explaining everything to me and went above and beyond to take care of my issues. He let me know when he was arriving and when he was finished. On time and efficient. I will definitely recommend Raysco and will be using them in the near future.

Coit arrived on time within 30 min of my call. Had an emergency flood from my water heater. Thank you Coit for doing great work and keeping me updated every step of the way.

I have used Coit for multiple of my apartments after my move outs for deep cleanings and they’ve always done a consistent job. They are always clean, efficient, friendly... etc. Since the pandemic I am very cautious about who I let into my home but they followed all covid restrictions and made me feel very comfortable! I love Coit and I won’t use anyone else.
