I had the best experience with Coit cleaning my drapes at a property on the strip. They came out and gave me a fair price, removed the drapes the next day and the day after that came back with great care and expertise and reinstalled the drapes. They were heavy drapes and perfectly reinstalled. And they were beautifully cleaned, they came back better than new. The owner followed up with a call. I deal with a lot of companies in Vegas, Coit is professional and knows their business. I highly recommend them.

We had a leak in our house and contacted our insurance company. Coit Cleaning was the company that responded. Dominic and Vince came out and were very knowledgeable and professional. Dominic kept us updated through the process every step. Highly recommend.

I am happy to recommend COIT to anyone in need of any of their services. We were recently undergoing a large restoration project in our home following a water leak. During the “pack up” process, our custom drapes were taken down and sent out for cleaning by the contractor. When drapes were returned, they were completely ruined. They had been pressed flat with no regard to existing pleating. COIT was able to send someone out within a few days for an estimate. Oscar, the technician was on time, extremely personable and informative. He could not guarantee that drapes could be saved. It was decided to work on one panel to start before committing to the whole thing. He brought back first panel for approval and then proceeded with remaining drapes. Our drapes were saved. They look like new and are hanging beautifully. During this process, I had occasion to speak with the owner, Pete Smith. He was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. Overall, my experience with COIT was well above expectations. Every person I dealt with, Oscar, Shawna and Pete Smith were so professional and not off putting as so man people are today. So relieved that we do not have to consider replacing very costly custom drapes. Thank you everyone at COIT!

Requested a quote from COIT and was extremely surprised when a local dispatcher returned my call within 30 minutes with availability that met my schedule. On the day of the appointment Vinnie called 30 minutes before arrival and again 5 minutes out. He was professional and extremely thorough quickly cleaning the carpets in our house. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will be a repeat customer with both COIT and Vinnie.

Donte is absolutely amazing! He helped us with the cleaning of outdoor chairs that came with yellow spots for a recent remodel and he went above and beyond. Thank you for your help, for doing an incredible job and being such an asset for your company. Amazing service and results!

I had the unfortunate experience with a water line breaking and it flooded two bedrooms .. I did my due diligence to select a company to address water damage and mold mitigation.. I was very impressed with Coit from the first meeting with Dante the Mitigation Team Manager his estimate was extremely thorough with his documentation and photos collected. Dante included with each and every item in details and covered each line item with back up support and summary.. the team performed the work extremely well and each member was pleasant to work with.. from furniture removal to cleaning the air ducts .. they cleaned each day to dispose of the drywall, baseboards and wall insulation.. did not track dust or trash through my home .. kept that portion of the house sealed off to prevent migration of any spores.. used humidifiers and air cleaners to keep the operation of mitigation contained within the two rooms affected by the flood.. work was complete in 8 working days with a third party inspection and report. All documents were transferred to my insurance company. Communication with the insurance adjuster was easy and transparent all documents were uploaded and reviewed in a timely manner.. I highly recommend COIT Remediation Services .. couldn’t be more impressed by the team and their daily updates on progress.. they responded and respected my home as if it was theirs.. I do not wish this experience on any one but if you do experience any water damage this is the one company I would highly recommend.. they also offer free estimates! Easy to work with and they will listen to all your concerns and answer any questions you have !!!

There was tile damage done to my floors from the machine. Waiting to hear how to resolve this. Haven’t heard from them. We’ve sent a email.

Coit cleaned my 12' x 15' carpet --how did it turn out? I couldn't be more pleased! Why did I wait so long to call Coit? Their employees, Carlos and Bryant, came to my home, picked up the dusty rug, and a week later, delivered it LOOKING LIKE NEW! I just want to admire how great it looks and feels!

From the initial call to the main office until I signed the receipt my service was handled smoothly and efficiently. Vinnie, the service technician did a masterful job restoring my carpet to a condition it had not seen in years. The job was over so quick I kind of wish I could have watched the artistry a little longer. Penn & Teller would be jealous of the way Vinnie made the dirt disappear. Thank you Coit on a stellar job all around.

The first two pictures are after and the last one is before. The difference is even more noticeable on person. I couldn't believe the color of the water after Vinnie was done!
